Finding President Trump guilty of a crime is seemingly a foregone conclusion. Even the White House is saying Joe Biden will deliver remarks to the nation from the official executive office as soon as the guilty verdict is delivered {SEE HERE}.
Judge Merchan has yet to release the public version of jury instructions, however he previously decided last week that the jurors do not need to agree on a predicate crime in order to find President Trump guilty of trying to hide one.

What juror is going to want their life totally destroyed (doxxing, harassment, or worse) by finding Trump not guilty?
I believe it’s hard for most Americans to wrap theirs head around the level of corruption and malfeasance we are witnessing with public officials and members of thejustice system. The only positive result is the reveal of it.

Republicans tend to lack spines and nerve. If any of these AGs had a pair they’d file random felony charges against the judge and demand he appear for adjudication.
But they won’t.
Those fools don’t realize that they’re next.
So this jury, if they have absolutely NO clue what the hell Trump supposedly did wrong, but they think maybe just maybe he did something, has to find him guilty even though they have no idea what he supposedly did..yeah that sounds like something Iran would do

I'm no lawyer, but it seems as if there's no finding of an underlying crime, there's nothing to unlawfully conceal.
I think this is where the word "moot" comes in.
What will Merchan do to stop Trump from appealing ?

Yeah, I kinda agree with you. But I’d remove “cop” and add “appointed office”. If you came here legally, go chase the American Dream. However, you should not be eligible to make any fundamental legal decisions.
The Founders understood that foreign influences can be corrosive. Unfortunately, they did not go near far enough.

Trump’s one chance is that a closet MAGA supporter snuck on the jury. One who is very bold. That has been his only real chance since day 1.
Well, that’s a good start. Thanks for the reply. But every GOP senator should be there. And every GOP representative should be there.
And maybe even some old-time liberal Democrats who understand what a disgrace this trial is.
