Sounds like a bad idea for Biden’s campaign. What is he going to do? Gloat ? A lot of people already assume the White House is behind the Lawfare against Trump. I assume he will use this as an excuse to weasel out of the debates.
This will cause him to sink lower in the polls , which I suppose doesn’t matter if you can take your opponent off the campaign trail (and cheat)

I am going to have a difficult time holding myself back. Not against Biden himself, who I think will be out of office soon. I blame the Dems and woke types all around me.

To be sure as Xiden will make comments like “I’m not going to debate a criminal” and similar jargon. Combine that with so many unconstitutional antics from the judge it will get struck down upon appeal rather quickly and wouldn’t be a bit surprised if SCOTUS jumped in. About the same time as the riots get going in Chicago LOL.
Best thing politically for Biden is to do and say nothing. Let his proxies do the talking. But Biden was never very smart.
