Biden’s handlers thought it was a sly Machiavellian move to coordinate local, state, and federal prosecutors to wear down Trump, bankrupt him, destroy him mentally and physically, and brand him as a criminal felon—through a long winter, spring, summer, and fall of lawfare of the sort never witnessed in America before.

But the latest Michael Cohen iteration—Liar, Crook, Spy, Grifter, and now Thief—along with Judge Merchan’s one-sided, adolescent pouts, have blown up Alvin Bragg’s circus—even if the biased judge warps the proceedings and a slanted jury were to nullify the evidence and convict Trump.

this time, PDJT certainly won’t underestimate the dangers posed by the so-called Deep State (entrenched anti-Americans whether communists, nazis, or paid enemy agents, or just Useful Idiots being run as far as they can be made to).

many have civil service protections, they’ll be difficult to remove... (but easier to at least transfer to other assignments like, maybe, helping build our southern defense wall or?)

at the end of a term, we often see those without civil service protections, being higher-ranked “managerial” level people, diving into civil service positions.... and no doubt there’ll be a whole lot of this “burying the bone” activity going on in the Biden regime ... starting probably around now and going right up to the end
(this at least opens up the top jobs for the new president to appoint new people)

at any event, we sure hope some of the bad apples can at least be moved out of defense.security.intelligence/foreign relations/policy positions.... to spots where they can’t do any more serious damage

No one, especially someone in government, should be protected from losing their job for poor performance or like in this case, doing their job in an insidious treasonous way.

The Constitution sharply, brutally limits the powers of the central gummint. But those restrictions are now almost completely sidestepped.

I mean really, where does the Constitution give Uncle Sam the power to outlaw incandescent light bulbs? Or give tax breaks to EV buyers?

However, each of the several States has their own legislature, their own police, their own safety regulations and their own medical oversight boards. So why are we duplicating State powers?
