yes (and maybe some no, too....the civil service system allows for reconsiderations, hearings, appeals in some situations)
at any event, we sure hope some of the bad apples can at least be moved out of defense.security.intelligence/foreign relations/policy positions.... to spots where they can’t do any more serious damage
and some of the unconstitutional agencies (AeyTeeeEff and more) shut down in the process
No one, especially someone in government, should be protected from losing their job for poor performance or like in this case, doing their job in an insidious treasonous way.
