So legally, and what other way would there be, what can you do? If some stranger threatens to kill you, would you not then genuinely feel your life was in danger and be justified in reacting in a way that would forever end that threat? Serious question.
If not legally, at least doxxing him...

Much like the figs and their rainbow it is a shame how sybols of the ancients are degraded.

In the Zoroastrian religion of Persia, the swastika was a symbol of the revolving sun, infinity, or continuing creation. It is one of the most common symbols on Mesopotamian coins.
The icon has been of spiritual significance to Indian religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The swastika is a sacred symbol in the Bön religion, native to Tibet.
It has obviously been used for many things for thousands of years.
