On CNN This Morning, CNN senior political analyst Mark Preston said that porn star Stormy Daniels claiming in court that Donald Trump didn't use a condom ("protection") during their alleged sexual encounter constitutes a "sordid detail" that will hurt Trump with women voters in swing states.
Host Kasie Hunt gleefully agreed with Preston, chuckling as she said, "It's all very sordid." No qualifiers from anyone on the panel about the porn star's claims being "alleged." The veracity of her testimony was seemingly taken as a given.

I saw an article earlier today about how terrible Stormy Daniels was for the prosecution. Of course, that writer apparently thinks this trial has a real jury instead of an OJ jury.
I see. So the reason for the trial is not to convict, but to tell the folks how awful Trump is in the hopes that that will convince them to vote for the guy being accused by Tara Reade, the guy who made all us poor in an instant, the man who gave away our interests in Afghanistan, the man who hates his own country.

None of this will change minds at this point. They have him on tape saying its cool to grab women by their vaginas. None of this garbage will win or lose him many votes. If anything this persecution will serve to make him a martyr.
I don’t believe anyone who voted Trump before is going Biden or staying home this time, no matter what ridiculous lawfare occurs between now and election. IMHO.

I suspect Michael Cohen used his position as President Trump's lawyer. In such a position, I suspect he conspired with Stormy Daniels to extort money that they would say was for a non-disclosure agreement. Some of that $130,000 hush money Cohen would pocket for himself. More would be extorted later. I believe that Cohen was attracted to Daniels, which was a big motivation for Cohen. I hope this will be brought out next week.
