Israel has spent months cleansing Gaza of Hamas terrorists following the Oct 7 massacre. Today an Israeli spokesman said there were 4000 terrorists remaining- all holed up in Rafah. Israel intended an incursion into Rafah to put a just end to Hamas.
At least that was the plan. Joe Biden just threw Hamas a lifeline.
Biden, despite his and his regime's assurances that their support of Israel was "ironclad", has decided to not support the only real US ally in the Middle East.

The Biden administration, which has waived these sanctions in the past, said in the notification that it intends to extend the waiver through April 30, 2025, allowing weapons to be sent to a host of nations that work closely with the Hamas terror group and other Iran-backed terror proxies.
Thus, Biden will cut off Israel if it pursues the goal of eradicating Hamas but instead will arm Hamas through Qatar and probably Lebanon as well. The why of this strategy can be found along the shores of the Great Lakes.
