Does anyone know anything about Vivaldi?
I was looking for a privacy browser for the new ?Chromebook I was given. Brave doesn't seem to want to download, but the web search pulled up the Vivaldi browser. (I guess you could say it's a browser for all four seasons.)
Anyone used this browser? Know anything about it?
Download Brave on another computer and put it on a thumb drive and try installing it that way
It is a GREAT Restaurant in Cuernavaca Morelos..
Michlin super star.
The Red Priest of Venice
There’s a you tube video where a German violinist named Anne Sophia Mutter leads the orchestra playing Four Seasons. She’s great. as to the browser, I understand it’s good Spring Summer Fall and Winter.
Had good luck with Brave. I’d stick with that.
Well.. he did apply some “Seasoning” to his concertos
I don’t presently use Vivaldi, but I liked it in the past because it allows you to have a real menu bar instead of a stupid “hamburger”. I believe Chromium underlies it like everything else current except Firefox.
Born in 1678. Died in 1741.
You radical you. Did you part your hair differently and undo the top shirt button, too? Just wait until the head of your department hears of this scandalous behavior!
Seriously though, if you're still teaching what with this lunacy going on please be safe.
Vivaldi was a hack.
The Beatles were better.
Hmmm...
Do not be afraid...
Be Brave...
😎
No, it is Chromium-based.
I use two stand-alone installs of it. Along with many portable Firefox.
There is also this good (so far) Firefox (Gecko) derivative.
See my posts in all
Before being named Firefox, it was called variously Phoenix (having risen from the ashes of Netscape Navigator) and also the same name as one of Stravinsky’s most famous works.
Cf. “https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefox#Branding_and_visual_identity“.
Yes, familiar with Firebird, which began life as a ballet and rocketed Igor to fame with the Parisian crowd, who later rioted after his Rite of Spring 😆. Glory is fleeting.
