KARMA IS A BITCH!........But a lovely one........................
Florida ain’t New York!
That’s a great watch!
Wasn’t AOC condemning Florida, and then was seen vacationing there with her ‘fiance’?
Dumbest way to catch a felony EVER...
I might flip off people with socialist/commie stickers on their cars... but BECAUSE I’m a conservative/libertarian I would not purposefully damage another’s property because of a political opinion difference.
Yeah, I’d be owning that vacation home.
I don’t know where you live, but in many places now flipping people off can land you dead now in a ‘road rage’ incident.
And some are just cowards who will do bad stuff when they think nobody’s looking, but fold when they’re caught.
While I think it is FAR too easy to collect a felony charge these days, $6k in damage is above even my high bar for this.
Jesus.
Don’t mess with people’s rides man!
Just mind your own business.
Is there a “Teachable Moment” category?
A few things he said, “Stupid stupid stupid”.
This is exactly why I do not put political stickers on my cars. Never have.....................
He’s from New York...................
This pleases me.

I’m one of those people that if the cops ever had to put out an APB would be labeled, “Armed, Dangerous, and kind of scary looking...”
I’m not all that dangerous generally... but the skill set is there.
Thankfully the Trump supporter is pressing charges.
Growing up in Florida we had people from all over North America visiting all year long. Most people were pretty decent. However, the people from NY and Quebec were a constant pain in the rump. Rude as heck.
emotional distress, no longer feel safe driving my vehicle, always having to look over my should expecting someone else to attack my property, etc
It’s why I stopped... Never had one of my vehicles damaged, but that was then...
Today’s times are getting tense.
I would guess that most people do plead ‘not guilty’ when things get to court.
Or, if she really wanted to be rid of him, “HE’S GOT A GUN!”
Unlike negligent acts, some torts occur when a person intentionally acts in a way that harms another person. Intentional acts are more likely to be both torts and criminal acts. Some examples of intentional torts include:
Committing Fraud
Assault
Battery
Trespassing
False Imprisonment
Defamation
Intentionally Causing Emotional Distress
It is the responsibility of the defendant to justify his/her actions that might excuse him/her from liability. If the defendant can prove they had consent or permission from the plaintiff, or the defendant can prove their actions were to defend himself, his property, or someone else, they may avoid liability.
