Some of the most highly sensitive documents Biden was not authorized to have were stored at the U of Penn Biden Center in an easily accessible unlocked office and closet.
According to Special Counsel Robert Hur, Joe Biden kept more than 600 pages of classified documents in unlocked drawers/closets at the Penn Biden Center and stored some of them in dilapidated boxes in his Delaware garage and other unsecured locations where Hunter Biden could easily access them.
Some dated back 40 years when Biden was a Senator and Obama’s VP, and was not authorized to have classified documents.

President Joe Biden should be “impeached and imprisoned” for pledging to direct funds to Bursima Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company that employed Hunter Biden, former White House stenographer Mike McCormick reported in a new book.
Joe Biden played a role in the family’s foreign influence-peddling “conspiracy” in Ukraine, Townhall’s Rachel Alexander reported based on excerpts of McCormick’s book, The Case to Impeach and Imprison Joe Biden:
McCormick became aware of the criminal nature of the activity after poring over the emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop, which allowed him to put it all together. “When I worked for him, I thought Joe was harmless — egotistical, buffoonish, and unpresidential, but harmless,” he said, observing Biden’s chronic political act.
“Now I think of him as an evil criminal who should be impeached and imprisoned.” McCormick served as Biden’s stenographer when he was Obama’s Vice President from 2011 to 2017, wherein he transcribed every Biden speech and interview.

Depends on how he did it. If he just deleted them they’re still there. If he wiped them with the proper tool they’re pretty much gone.

This is the actual definition of that "obstructing an official proceeding" law that they put so many Jan6 people in jail for. It was written because Enron shredded files so they would not need to provide them under a later subpoena. It wasnt obstruction of justice because they hadn't been served so congress made doing that a felony via that 'obstructing an official proceeding' i.e. a hearing.
