All UK Birds require registration by this fall, or do they?
Citizen Watch Report ^

Feathers are flying as new regulations swoop in to tighten the reins on bird owners across Great Britain. From backyard chicken coops to parrot perches, the government is spreading its wings to crack down on bird flu. But is this move all it’s chirped up to be?
In a bid to curb the spread of avian influenza, proposed rules are set to cast a wider net, roping in bird keepers of all feather sizes. Whether you’re raising a brood of chickens or sharing your home with a chatty parrot, the government wants to know. But the question remains: are these regulations really as voluntary as they seem?

Why are the Brits so misogynist that they would register their women?
BTW I only read headlines.

Thomas Jefferson kept a mockingbird that he loved. I think he named it ‘Dick’.
That would be illegal in the US, today...

Since you can’t regulate wild birds, this is a clear move to regulate people and restrict and control them even more, not to mention going after their food supply.
The globalists simply cannot stand the thought that someone might be able to feed themselves and not depend on them for survival. Or not depending on whether the elitists decide to let the hoi polloi live.

When do they start running the bird detector vans? They can detect a tweet or a squawk at 400 yards.
Dead parrots are half price for the license.

I don’t know what a ‘pidgin’ keeper is (unless it’s someone who speaks a very simplified language) but pigeons are legal to keep in the US.

What do you mean by ‘wild birds’?
You can certainly regulate the keeping of certain species of birds, at least in the US - we already do.

They are worried about kept birds that are allowed to fly (homers, raptors) or birds kept in a way on the ground that they can become infected. Makes sense to me.

I can’t recall the last time I heard a Brit refer to a woman as a ‘bird’...but maybe I don’t associate with the ‘kids’ anymore.

Those people don’t need any chickens. Just harvest any eggs needed from the Easter Bunny. Colored eggs are more fun anyway.
