The FBI searched Biden’s former office at his U of Penn’s DC think tank “The Biden Center.” It came days after Biden’s lawyers identified classified material there. White House has claimed ‘transparency’ as agents also searched Biden’s Wilmington home for classified documents.
Investigators from the FBI searched the office that Biden maintained at his DC think tank – days after his own lawyer identified classified material there, it was revealed Tuesday. The White House and the Biden Justice Department did not disclose the search, which was reported by CBS News, despite the Biden White House’s claim of ‘transparency’ over the rolling discoveries of classified material.
It was not immediately known if any additional documents marked classified were uncovered during the search. On November 2, days before the mid-term elections, a Biden attorney discovered 10 documents marked ‘classified,’ then contacted the National Archives, which alerted the Biden Justice Department.

How many offices does he need?
He has to have them their otherwise he would be inconveniencing Chinese intelligence.
LOTS of crimes were committed. They declined to prosecute because the criminals were Democrats.

When these obvious crimes were committed, Biden wasn’t such an old, dottering fool.
Let’s prosecute that OTHER Biden. The old one can just tag along for the ride.

There never was a doubt as to whether he had misplaced sensitive information. It was determined he couldn’t be cionvicted of it due to his mental incapacity. So why aren’t they initiateing the 25th amendment clause, section 4, which says:
The Twenty-Fifth Amendment was an effort to resolve some of the continuing issues revolving about the office of the President; that is, what happens upon the death, removal, or resignation of the President and what is the course to follow if for some reason the President becomes disabled to such a degree that he cannot fulfill his responsibilities.
It has been determined that President Biden is mentally incapable of the responsibility of securing sensitive documents which is parft of his duties as a president. This stance is also in effect after he steps down.
And the conclusion of the testimoney by special counsel Hur indicates that this failure is not just a single situation but has been identified in numerous locations that are included in the testimony. Since Biden is the candidate for the next general election, the houses of congress should start acting upon the 25th amendment for removal from office and to stop any possibility of a proven mentlly difficient person being elected into the office of the POTUS. And this means both sides.

The game that they are playing (and it is an old game), is that solid damaging testimony is given, and then the Democrat responds with a speech that the Republicans bad...the dishonest media will only play the Democratic responses. I have listened to the testimony, and Biden is GUILTY as hell. He made $8 million dollars for a retainer while handing all classified docs over to his ghostwriter for a book, which establishes, motive, means, ec. Of course it won’t be reported that way.
