The deep state put Trump under a microscope for the last eight years, with every law enforcement agency in every blue state plus the FBI plus the congress all aggressively looking for anything ... ANYTHING ... this man who has lived a highly public life for 40 years might have done wrong. After all that they came up with this: a fake pee tape, a supposedly bad phone call, some mean tweets, allegations of a fake rape from 30 years ago that they had to change the law to allow a civil suit, some documents that everyone else takes home after leaving office but only he gets targetted for, supposedly defrauding banks by taking out loans and paying them all back on time and where they banks all say there was no harm caused or done to them, and (GASP!) saying that election fraud is real.

Trump has to be most squeaky clean person to ever hold public office, so clean they have to make up bullpoop to even try to go after him. But Biden... now there's a man they can control. So corrupt that they could remove him whenever they want. Easy.
