In the aftermath of E. Jean Carroll’s $83.3 million defamation victory against former President Donald Trump, a select group of media elites and celebrities gathered at the Flower Shop bar in New York’s Lower-East Side for a celebration.
The party, thrown by MSNBC’s Molly Jong-Fast and saw an assembly of media elites and celebrities, including MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell, former Saturday Night Live producer Marci Klein, New York Times opinion writer Lydia Polgreen, and Sarah Ellison of the Washington Post, all paying homage to nutcase E. Jean Carroll.
“She seemed delighted and vindicated. She was in awe and victorious,” one guest reported, according to Daily Mail.
“She looked like a hero. It’s great to see women winning the day,” added another.

For sure. I saw an article yesterday or the day before that Trump will be choosing a new lawyer that specializes in appeals.
A defendant should always be able to question a verdict publicly.
A person should always be able to deny an allegation of criminal action publicly.
A person should be able to rely on a statute of limitations.
The law should encourage rape and sexual abuse victims to come forward promptly so others are not harmed.
Reminds me a bit of the great comments that Dave Chappelle made about Jussie Smollet.
If you want to see her traumatized look, wait for the appeal to take her dreams of Trump millions away from her.
New York State changed its law ex post facto so one man who was a President of the United States could be sued.
Those words unfortunately do not begin to describe the level of injustice done.
Because of his love of the American people, Trump is being savaged by a legal system doing evil.
A civil judgment creates a lien on the property of the judgment debtor. The judgment creditor can then foreclose on those assets.

I hope she enjoys here Ill-gotten gains and her new elitist friends while she can; because once she is of no further use to them, they won’t even remember her name.

They had better enjoy it while they can. The afterlife won’t be so enjoyable for them.
The greatest Justice will be for her to borrow and spend a fortune while thinking she will actually get paid, and the appeal at some level gives her a complete loss.
