Last month, Republican legislators in New Hampshire introduced a bill that would ban the “intentional release” of chemicals into the air.
The legislation, called “The Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act,” prohibits “the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation and making penalties for violation of such prohibition.”
It also provides penalties for violations.
The legislation is sponsored by Republican state Representatives Jason Gerhard (Merrimack-25) and Kelley Potenza (Strafford-19).
The representatives argue that atmospheric geoengineering harms human health, the environment, as well as their state’s economy by releasing polluting emissions:
“The general court finds that many atmospheric activities such as weather modification, stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), solar radiation modification (SRM), and other forms of geoengineering, involving the intentional release of polluting emissions, harm human health and safety, the environment, agriculture, wildlife, aviation, state security, and the economy of the state of New Hampshire,” the bill reads.
“It is therefore the intention of the general court to prohibit SAI geoengineering and other intentionally polluting activities in New Hampshire’s atmosphere and/or at ground level, as further set forth by the terms and provisions of this chapter to preserve the safe, healthful, and peaceful uses of New Hampshire’s atmosphere for people, wildlife, and agriculture by prohibiting deliberate atmospheric pollution and manipulation of the environment, providing enforcement and penalties for violative activity.”
If the bill passes, the commissioner of New Hampshire’s Department of Environmental Services “shall immediately issue a cease-and-desist order upon the discovery of stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), cloud seeding, weather modification or other atmospheric polluting activity.”
The bill will make it a felony to use “an unmarked or unidentified aircraft or other vehicle or facility to carry out SAI geoengineering, weather modification, cloud-seeding, or other polluting atmospheric activity.”
Individuals participating in releasing hazardous materials into the air “shall pay a fine of not less than $500,000 or be imprisoned for not less than 2 years, or both.”
The bill also mandates the state’s environmental services department to post advertisements in newspapers and on the departmental Internet website “to encourage the public to monitor, measure, document and report present, potential and past incidents that may constitute stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), cloud seeding or other polluting atmospheric activities.”

Maybe the sheep are the ones that see contrails and think they are being sprayed. Contrails have been around since WW2. If the contrails have become chemtrails, what happened to the contrails? Where are the vast fleets of spraying aircraft?
They were also often called vapor trails.
This sounds like something a Fed would make up to entrap a Mark.

Those truly ignorant of these weather modification (weaponization) techniques being used should at least attempt to educate themselves about this. I mean... it has been going on since, like you said, the Vietnam War.
A friend of a friend (a liberal) living in Seattle pointed it out to me 15 years ago. I scoffed at him due to his political bent, but I began to look into it. I am no longer a Weather Weaponization/Modification denier.
My question is.. do the deniers really just not believe it’s a real thing, just like I didn’t believe it was real... or are they “in on it”? Some deniers do seem to have an agenda.
And btw, the chem-spraying is just one aspect of weather modification going on by government. It is just the most “”visible”” aspect of their tinkering. That only one state is trying to restrict this is a sad comment on the state of stupidity of America currently. All states should have restrictions on this “modification” agenda. That Bill Gates is one of the globalist elitists behind it (The Dimming of the Sun) should be a real clear indication that it’s another globalist scheme that is NOT good for humanity.

Chem-spraying has been on-going over the skies of Louisiana and Texas for years. I have seen the skies literally tic-tac-toed with these trails that remain in the atmosphere and slowly disperse into white streams. Contrails do not remain in the atmosphere. I myself have noticed having respiratory issues after being outside all day when they’ve been spraying. When you read about what they’re spraying, you understand ‘why’ you have those health issues. And it has to also be negatively affecting the health of animals, as well as humans.
That most people never even bother to ‘look up’ and notice this... is another sad comment on the state of stupidity of Americans and a rather excellent explanation for the state of FUBAR that we’re currently in (these people vote).

BS. There’s a great deal of hype about weather modification that simply isn’t true. Even the simplest weather modification, seeding cold fog to make it precipitate is not successful 100% of the time. Easily manipulated people seem to think by use of some magical rays tornadoes or hurricanes can be placed at specific locations or planes flying in a stable stratosphere ( of which there are over 10000 flights a day just in the US) leaving their normal combustion products is a problem. These people have no clue how the atmosphere works. I actually worked on and flew over 100 missions seeding clouds in Southeast Asia. It worked maybe 5-10% of the time and did the exact opposite an equal amount of time. All of which were completely unverifiable. I have a Master’s degree in atmospheric science with a specialty in weather modification. I am focusing my thoughts on how to survive the willful destruction of this country by doing things I have some control over rather than worrying about something I cannot control.

What was the final disposition of the material you put into the atmosphere? What mass did you dump into the atmosphere? What were the materials? Where do they wind up? What is the effect of the materials on flora and fauna when they enter they hydrological system?

It is also interesting in that NASA was talking about something that if it was actually being accomplished the “weapon” they are discussing would have come from area 51 as that was one of their functions, weather controlling along with weapons.

Since I have moved to Canada, I have seen no chemtrails.
BUt in New England , in a very rural area, I saw huge woven patterns of the stuff It was not like a contrail, but was more fluffy and thick and did not dissipate but hung around for hours.
I can see why the legislation was passed in New Hampshire.
Who are these unnamed experts?
How did they collect air samples from contrails tens of thousands of feet up?
Where is the published study?
I'm going to say that since this question has not been answered in 22 years, the European Parliament did not deem it a serious question to answer.

On a recent road trip, my son and I were looking at the contrails. On some days, they stretched across most of the sky. On other days, about halfway. One day, we saw only a short contrail behind one plane and none behind another. We wondered if the short or missing contrails were because of excessive dryness in the upper air.
Of course, we also shared a couple jokes about people who believe in "chemtrails."
