Yup! The dog knows to stop as soon as its owner moves his head and says “good boyyee!!”. If the owner remained

Right, it’s an old trick.
It appears the dog is trained to scratch at or paw it’s owner repeatedly until the correct answer is reached, then the owner says, “GOOOD”...then the dog stops.
I remember a horse that did this. They found that the owner’s breathing changed when the horse reached the correct number.
Could be in private asks the question and takes her paw and taps out the answer until her reaction to those questions is automatic.
Immediately what I thought off.
It’s an old scam.
