Equivalent thing is probably true in Israel... This ceasefire should never have been implemented... Ultimately, the result will be horrifically negative for Israel...

The best way to approach this is to think about how many Israeli soldiers will die due to the cease fire as Hamas has time time to recoup verses continuing the war without a ceasefire. Any ceasefire enhances Hamas. War destroys Hamas.
I vote for war and pray for the hostages. May Israel have no mercy except for the innocent. If Hamas puts the innocent in danger that is death by their action.
It should be noted that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were of some military importance but not much. We burned them to the ground with nuclear bombs with great civilian losses. It worked. Japan surrendered and thus preventing a couple of million American casualties and many more millions of Japanese deaths. We had absolute superiority in the air. We had total control of the sea. We had burned Tokyo to embers. Without the atomic bomb Japan would have fought on.
We would have won with great loss of life. Japan would no longer have existed to to starvation and disease and fire bombing. The made a wise choice to surrender.

My uncle now sadly passed was a navigator on B29s that bombed Japan. He was the most important man on the plane. He had to navigate across thousand of miles of ocean to target and a small island to return. It was all star and sun shots for navigation.

Israel needs to announce that ALL kidnap hostages nee to be released immediately , or the hey will execute every Male Palestinian that they can,Hamas or otherwise. No exceptions, no mercy, no quarter. Order effective in 10hrs ,without any chance of repeal or reconsideration .Release ALL or all Mnale Pals die . And F what the world thinks about that

Not just her but Hamas is busy making sure they keep members of family they’ve released still in captivity.
Al this is going on and we have open borders.
Far be it for me to advise on strategy, but it seems to me that Israelis need to announce to Gaza, give us all the hostages alive, and all of Hamas dead, or we will turn your land into rubble.
My guess is that the Arabs will choose the latter.
