This man claims that a Military aged Migrant UN Soldier told that UN paid the man and gave him a card + a phone then told him to await for orders. Something to look into due to how many people are flooding in through borders of U.S.

So, this driver didn’t post any information about this guy who claims to be a UN soldier - it’s hearsay at this point.
Also, the supposed soldier is obviously a moron to be shooting his mouth off like that.
I draw no firm conclusions, but you can be sure some illegal immigrants are mentally ill and it does sound a bit off to make a claim like it. Ask yourself if UN would be recruiting soldiers among illegal immigrants. Or if UN posed any actual military risk in USA? Some risks exist, of course, but UN? It just sounds like a tall tale to me. (I know of a gang active in BC going by name of United Nations, it is not related to UN in NYC, maybe dude was associated as a “soldier.” Not sure if gang is active in any part of USA.)
