U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced on Friday he was appointing a special counsel to investigate first son Hunter Biden.
Garland appointed U.S. Attorney David Weiss of Delaware, the federal prosecutor who had been at the forefront of the Hunter Biden probes for years.
Weiss is at the center of criticism over his recommendation of probation with no jail time for Hunter in a sweetheart plea deal that fell apart last month under questioning from U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika over a blanket immunity provision from any future prosecution the agreement contained.

They are relieved they don’t have to act on all that gum yapping on TV
Now they all can say “we don’t comment on on going investigations” and bury it when no one is looking.

Please don’t think this is a good thing.
It is a sinister plot to gab and lock up all the evidence against Dollar Hunter, Joey, Uncle Jimmy, Aunt Sarah and the rest of the Biden Crime Family.
Yell and scream THIS is the time to do so!
We have to call this out and tell our Republican House leaders not to cooperate with this evil plot.

We need to impeach Joey and Meritless Garbage for sending the FBI to arrest moms protesting the CRT infected textbooks their children were force to be exposed to.
The company that prints the books is owned by Garland’s daughter and son in law. THAT has to be impeachable.

There will never be any consequences to the Bidens for their crimes. I hope nobody really expects anything different.
Yep, this is a political ruse so henceforth they can plead the 5th and say they can’t comment on an ongoing investigation. Then this easily moves out past 2024 and after the election everyone sits around the DC campfire and sings, “Let’s move on.”
A joke.
The small upside I see is the much more serious charges Weiss wanted to bring relating to Hunter’s failure to register as a foreign agent in pulling money out of Ukraine and Russia for him and his father. Garland had forced him to refer them to the Dem Federal attorneys in LA and DC to die, citing they had jurisdiction. Both refused to charge as Garland expected. Now, as special counsel, Weiss, altho a crappy Republican RINO, is on record as wanting to pursue the charges and he now has exclusive jurisdiction to bring them. The Congressional publicity and the Weiss sweetheart deal publicity, backed the worm Garland into a corner and Weiss no longer has cover to kill the more serious charges he wanted to bring.
And I think that it pushed the envelope.....He's no longer up for total immunity.
For them to do anything besides give us the bird means they feel some need to act beyond their usual contempt for us.
But it is just a disguise.
As a Fox, I will appoint another fox to look into Hunters hen house.
As the Bee points out, this will identify all Hunter’s crimes so they’ll know what to sweep under the rug.
And I would add, for Joe to pardon him for.
