GARLAND MUST BE IMPEACHED. ALSO, CONGRESS NEEDS TO CREATE A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR FOR BIDEN AND HIS WHOLE WEB OF CORRUPTION

To do these necessary acts, you will need a new government.

Congress is part of the problem.

Well, if McCarthy get act together, there are lots of Biden, DOJ, and FBI to impeach. Fair is fair.

(He lost the House in 2018, lost the White House in 2020 and lost numerous winnable races in 2022 by backing poor candidates)

All were lost thru fraud/election theft.

“Trump had some great accomplishments during his one term in office (especially SC picks), and I supported him in 2016 and 2020. But I'm also tired of losing general election races. It's time to turn the page.”

What makes you think a DeSantis will win in 2024? Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin will shut down ballot counting again and come up with just the right number votes so Biden 2 (who ever that may be) is elected. So, dream on if you think 2024 will be different from 2020.

“Clinton, Obama and Biden also lost House seats during first term mid-terms. That is a common occurrence”.

That is true. And those losses in 1994 and 2010 were monumental blowouts that changed the trajectory of Congress. That should have happened in 2022, but it didn’t. Biden actually gained a seat in the Senate and suffered only minimal losses in the House, such that Kevin McCarthy has only a razor thin majority.

Trump has shown the ability to pull poorly qualified candidates across the finish line in a GOP primary, only to see them lose in the general election over and over again.

Glenn Youngkin showed the blueprint for flipping a blue state to red. Combine the Trump supporters with other moderates and independents and leave Democrats reeling. The Trump loyalists alone are not enough to prevail in the key swing states in 2024 (PA, MI,WI,AZ, NV,GA).

Trump carried Florida by 3%. DeSantis carried it by 19%. That strongly suggests one of them is able to effectively replicate what Youngkin did in Virginia.

I fully expect to castigated now on FR for issuing this common sense observation.

pkajj, are you Bill Barr??? The Feds needed to disrupt the proceedings on Jan 6th and they did. McConnel and Pelosi decicded they need something to happen so that all the fraud wasn’t laid out to the American people. The pipe bomb was placed by the FEDs as an excuse to evacuate the VP, Speaker and Majority Leader. We now have the video of the FEDS inside the capitol in MAGA gear before the breach occured. It was in side job... in both fact and effect. There was industrial scale voter fraud, and we have an illegitimate President running out country because of it. (at least 4 US Senators as well) Our country is being destroyed because everyone knows it now.

“Alternate Electors” did not exist, could not exist.

Good post, but you are flat-out wrong on this point. The “alternate electors” absolutely serve a legitimate role.

One of the clear mandates in the constitution for the selection of a President is that the Presidential Electors must all convene on the same day in their respective state capitals to cast their votes. For the 2020 election, this day was established as somewhere around December 15th.

At that time in 2016 there were still several legal challenges in place related to the November “popular election.” The purpose of having a set of alternate electors seated was to prepare for the real (through perhaps not likely) possibility that one or more of those challenges would be successful. Without having those “alternate electors” cast their votes on the appointed day in December, the end result of a successful legal challenge in any given state would have been as follows:

1. Trump wins the challenge on the merits of the case.

2. The state’s electoral votes are given to Biden anyway because the Biden electors were the only ones who met and cast their votes on the appointed date one to three weeks earlier.

I can only speak from personal experience, but I assure you that none of the other GOP contenders for the 2022 Senate race in Pennsylvania would have done better than Oz did.

2018: Only 1 or 2 times since WWII has an incumbant not lost the House, but Trump lost it by less than Obama and Clinton. Good on Trump.

PA 2022: Winnable by whom? Trump’s first pick dropped out. Then there was a hedgefund swamp creature who wasn’t going to win PA. McCormick is also losing by 12 to Casey in the current PA polls. You’re guys’ pick, Mastriano who was backed by no-chance Kathy lost by 15 points. OZ was a great candidate but had many forces against him. He lost by ONLY 5 on the same ballot that Mastro lost by 15. That shows Oz made the right choice and there was no other choice. What happend in 2022 was McConnell’s fault.

Time to turn the page: To whom and why? The guy who has run for 4 offices in the last 7 years? The guy who had to resign from Congress? The guy who ran for Senate and then had to drop out when Rubio was going to kick his butt? The guy who was getting his butt kicked in the Gov’s race and then had to be saved by Trump? The guy who is now running for President and is getting his butt kicked yet again? That guy?

You haven’t thought this through.

To: Macho MAGA Man; All
Thank you for referencing that article Macho MAGA Man.

"Just In: Jack Smith and Biden's DOJ to Indict Rudy Giuliani and Fellow Trump Attorneys for Questioning [??? emphasis added] Stolen 2020 Election"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Regarding questioning an election, it's the constitutional duty of state and federal governments to not only guarantee each state a republican form of government, but also to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud, evidenced by the Constitution's Article IV, Section 4 and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment respectively, which the states and feds refused to do in 2020 elections imo, wrongly arguing state sovereignty.

Also consider that the corrupt feds have been wrongly ignoring bully political party non-compliance with 12th Amendment electoral vote procedures for the longest time.

Excerpted from 12A:

"The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added], ..."

For example, consider that the states surrendered their power to make politically correct "winner take all" laws for electoral votes when they ratified that amendment imo.

In fact, Justice Joseph Story had later explained that when political parties divide a state's electoral votes, doing so weakens (obviously) a state's electoral votes for each candidate.

"In case of any party divisions in a state, it may neutralize its whole vote [emphasis added], while all the other states give an unbroken electoral vote." —Justice Joseph Story, Article 2, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, Commentaries on the Constitution 3, 1833."

After all, a state's federal senators voting yes and no on a given issue likewise neutralizes that state's votes for that issue.

Consider that ordinary qualified citizen voters don't question state "winner take all" laws because they've grown up with this corruption and simply accept that such rules are somehow constitutional.

Also consider that the states have never expressly constitutionally given citizens the power to vote for POTUS like citizens have for members of Congress.

In other words, citizen power to vote for POTUS is arguably an abuse of 10th Amendment state powers, activist states giving voters the wrong impression that they are in control of who is in the Oval Office.

Regarding 2024 elections, it's up to Democratic and Republican patriots to initiate the final stage of Trump 47's second term mission to finish draining the swamp by primarying as many of our beloved state and federal lawmakers and executives as we can.

After all, evidenced by the Senate's passing an unconstitutional gut control bill, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

In fact, given that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the unconstitutionally big federal government to dictate domestic policy is to run the Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers), the worst problem that the peacetime country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of freshman lawmakers is a delay with mail delivery.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"

Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy patriots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

What’s bull is getting your panties in a bunch over a story that provides zero details.

The wording is intentionally inflammatory and design to evoke a reaction, rather than convey information. It is clear you are reacting.
