2018: Only 1 or 2 times since WWII has an incumbant not lost the House, but Trump lost it by less than Obama and Clinton. Good on Trump.

PA 2022: Winnable by whom? Trump’s first pick dropped out. Then there was a hedgefund swamp creature who wasn’t going to win PA. McCormick is also losing by 12 to Casey in the current PA polls. You’re guys’ pick, Mastriano who was backed by no-chance Kathy lost by 15 points. OZ was a great candidate but had many forces against him. He lost by ONLY 5 on the same ballot that Mastro lost by 15. That shows Oz made the right choice and there was no other choice. What happend in 2022 was McConnell’s fault.

Time to turn the page: To whom and why? The guy who has run for 4 offices in the last 7 years? The guy who had to resign from Congress? The guy who ran for Senate and then had to drop out when Rubio was going to kick his butt? The guy who was getting his butt kicked in the Gov’s race and then had to be saved by Trump? The guy who is now running for President and is getting his butt kicked yet again? That guy?

You haven’t thought this through.

So many of Trump’s dilemmas are self inflicted. If he hadn’t summoned his followers to Washington D.C. on January 6 no subsequent controversy would have ensued. He could have instead pursued his protest(s) in an orderly manner through the courts to reach final resolution(s). Much of the judiciary includes Trump-appointed judges.

Regarding the documents controversy, why did he give such an easy opening to his opponents? Why didn’t he just return the documents on request? Why did he mislead his own attorneys, such that they have now bailed?

As ridiculous as Bragg’s charges are, why did Trump give him this opening by misrepresenting the hush money payments to a porn actress?

Trump’s loyalists seem to be ok with enduring (and even supporting) the daily dramas emanating from his shop, but it is illogical to think his loyalists alone can prevail in a general election. Nothing generates Democrat turnout more that Trump’s name on the ballot.

These observations are coming from one who was in the trenches fighting for Reagan against Gerald Ford in 1976.

And Georgia: All on Trump? Or did Brin Kemp not appoint Kelly Loeffler who lost to Warnock? And David Perdue who lost was a McConnell person. That is what got us two Dem Georgia senators in the first place. If it wasn’t for Team McConnell we wouldn’t need a Walker in the first place.
