Thank you for referencing that article Macho MAGA Man.

"Just In: Jack Smith and Biden's DOJ to Indict Rudy Giuliani and Fellow Trump Attorneys for Questioning [??? emphasis added] Stolen 2020 Election"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Regarding questioning an election, it's the constitutional duty of state and federal governments to not only guarantee each state a republican form of government, but also to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud, evidenced by the Constitution's Article IV, Section 4 and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment respectively, which the states and feds refused to do in 2020 elections imo, wrongly arguing state sovereignty.

Also consider that the corrupt feds have been wrongly ignoring bully political party non-compliance with 12th Amendment electoral vote procedures for the longest time.

Excerpted from 12A:

"The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added], ..."

For example, consider that the states surrendered their power to make politically correct "winner take all" laws for electoral votes when they ratified that amendment imo.

In fact, Justice Joseph Story had later explained that when political parties divide a state's electoral votes, doing so weakens (obviously) a state's electoral votes for each candidate.

"In case of any party divisions in a state, it may neutralize its whole vote [emphasis added], while all the other states give an unbroken electoral vote." —Justice Joseph Story, Article 2, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, Commentaries on the Constitution 3, 1833."

After all, a state's federal senators voting yes and no on a given issue likewise neutralizes that state's votes for that issue.

Consider that ordinary qualified citizen voters don't question state "winner take all" laws because they've grown up with this corruption and simply accept that such rules are somehow constitutional.

Also consider that the states have never expressly constitutionally given citizens the power to vote for POTUS like citizens have for members of Congress.

In other words, citizen power to vote for POTUS is arguably an abuse of 10th Amendment state powers, activist states giving voters the wrong impression that they are in control of who is in the Oval Office.

Regarding 2024 elections, it's up to Democratic and Republican patriots to initiate the final stage of Trump 47's second term mission to finish draining the swamp by primarying as many of our beloved state and federal lawmakers and executives as we can.

After all, evidenced by the Senate's passing an unconstitutional gut control bill, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

In fact, given that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the unconstitutionally big federal government to dictate domestic policy is to run the Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers), the worst problem that the peacetime country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of freshman lawmakers is a delay with mail delivery.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"

Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy patriots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
