One performer attempted to "titty weight lift" with various objects that included a sword, five pound weights, and a wooden spoon.
Children were subjected to adult nudity at a recent drag show at Oregon State University which included stripping, fully exposed breasts, and something called "titty weight lifting."
The event titled, "Illegal Drag Show," was hosted by an LGBTQ student club on campus called Rainbow Continuum, which marketed the show for "all-ages," despite its explicit nature, Campus Reform reports.
Video footage from the event that occured on June 2 shows a female performer's fully-exposed breasts after she took off her top during a strip tease. The audience watched as the woman attempted to "titty weight lift" with various objects that included a sword, five pound weights, and a wooden spoon, according to the outlet.
As the woman struggled to lift the heavy object with her breasts, a trans-identified male colleague arrived on stage to assist with the task, video shows.
The audience cheered on as a child was brought on stage to be interviewed by one of the drag queens, according to video footage.
In the days leading up to the event, OSU's Rainbow Continuum released an advertisement for the event on Instagram which encouraged attendees to "Be Gay. Do Crime."
"The time has come for our Spring 2023 Drag Show: ILLEGAL!!!" Rainbow Continuum posted on Instagram. "Queer people across the nation are under legislative attack, but we will NOT let them stop our partying!& The show will be June 2nd, 7pm at LaSells. We've got a great lineup of local queer talent sure to raise the roof just in time for it to get replaced. Tickets will be available starting this Friday. Tickets are free BUT REQUIRED. In addition, we will be following the same clear/no bag policy used at athletic events."
Rainbow Continuum recieves funding from Oregon State University in the form of grants.
It really has to be emphasized that the only difference between regular drag shows and “all ages” or “family friendly” is the label they put on it
