So much for the hopium spread by the Biden Administration and Realtors in general.

US Pending Home Sales crashed -23.3% YoY and -5.2% MoM for the 16th straight month of negative growth in pending home sales.

Wasting again in Bidenville, looking for my lost economy. Biden says Maga Republicans are to blame, but we know its Biden’s and Congress’s fault.

Congress is just tied into, and too busy with,
sex trafficking and 100%-supporting molesting
and killing children when they are not otherwise sending
printed $$$$ (therefore inflation) and taxpayer assets
to Ukraine to sell to terrorists.

Wish this was broken down by state. Or at least broken categories of states gaining population vs those losing population.

I.e. things aren’t as bad in FL?MT/TX as they are in CA/MD/NY. Would like to know that delta.

They say the US economy is driven by the consumer. My observation is that the US consumer is about immediate gratification. It seems that the American consumer is spending way beyond their means because “they deserve to have things now.”

At some point, people will exhaust their credit lines, and that’s when the big crash happens.
