How Republicans lose elections. She's representing a battleground district in the last three Congressional elections and the Republican candidates either didn't do opposition research or decided not to use this information.

Interesting but irrelevant in the primary. The spin for this is obvious. And any other Rat candidate is going to be every bit as vile and rotten of a character.

The first time I ever heard of Katie Porter was when a stereotypical perma-angry butch I know, began campaigning for her, along with a bunch of her crowd. I just presumed they were birds of a feather, and was surprised to learn Porter was supposedly not gay.

These allegations, if true, are not surprising. Again, how they were kept under wraps, until Porter became a threat to fellow DemoNIcrats, has me shaking my head . . .

Unearthed? Were these allegations buried in the backyard of their former residence?

Divorce is not fun. Especially with the details splashed all over the media.

I hope the kids are okay.

I don’t care who wins this...

As long as it’s not Schiff.

“Now, just months after her campaign’s launch, documents regarding her divorce from ex-husband Matthew Hoffman found their way to the Daily Mail. “

Smells like Schiff

either didn't do opposition research or decided not to use this information.

Probably wouldn't have mattered in that district.  it had been trending slowly blue for several cycles, but the key to turning the district over to the Democrat party was aggressive ballot harvesting that had been legalized shortly before her first election.  Still inexcusable in some sense, but it's unlikely in any case that the Repubicans can out-harvest the Dems.  They have a vast army of union footsoldiers who are simply relentless in tracking down every last ballot, and they're not too fastidious about outright fraud on top of that.  Hard to figure out how to counter the twin grifts of "universal mail-in" ballots and ballot harvesting.

I was living in this district when Katie PORKER unseated Mimi Walters in 2018, 100% a ballot harvesting win. Walters was ahead in the Election Day results, but they just kept collecting ballots until this FAT, UGLY, DISGUSTING PIG was declared the winner.

I bet Katie Porter could beat the hell out of Adam Schiff but then many women could.

Rep. Katie Porter scalded ex-husband’s scalp with potatoes: documents
By Josh Christenson
April 13, 2023

The former husband of Rep. Katie Porter said the California Democrat frequently abused him verbally and threw “toys, books and other objects” at him during their marriage — even pouring scalding-hot mashed potatoes on his head during a fight, according to divorce records.

Matthew Hoffman, who filed for divorce from Porter in 2013, said in a request for a restraining order dated April 30 of that year that he was “routinely” called a “f—ing idiot” and “f—ing incompetent” by his rage-prone spouse, who also shattered a glass coffee pot on their kitchen counter in March 2012 when she felt their house wasn’t clean enough.

“She would not let me have a cell phone because she said, ‘You’re too f—ing dumb to operate it,’” Hoffman said of Porter, 49, who has also been accused of ridiculing former members of her staff.

“When she gets angry, she will claw and scratch her arms and then say to me ‘Look what you made me do!’” Hoffman also said in the records, first obtained by DailyMail.com. “She regularly says that I am a bad parent in front of the kids … Recently the children began spitting at me and throwing their food at me, calling me ‘bad daddy.’”
