Many liberals are currently scratching their heads over why Alvin Bragg's laughably WEAK indictment of President Donald Trump was the first such case. One big reason for their puzzlement is they believe such a pathetic case could undermine the other cases against Trump which they believe are much stronger. However, one of America's top lawyers, Robert Barnes, has a theory as to why the Bragg indictment was first. Namely that it is actually the STRONGEST of the cases. In other words despite Bragg's widely mocked case that almost all legal experts believe is a joke, it is the BEST case they got according to Barnes.
Yeah, hard to pin anything on him isn’t it? Maybe that’s because he doesn’t go around committing crimes like all the democrat politicians do. No low hanging rotten fruit so to say.
Biden had classified documents from his SENATE days.
Alvin Bragg gets Trump elected democrats are losing their base faster then rats on the Titanic.
And since it is all political, they would never expose themselves to that scrutiny.

These cases are tried in the media, not in the courts. Which case attracts the most eyeballs wins.
Barnes and Richard Baris are great when they do a What Are the Odds episode. Those come out monthly when its not election season shifting to weekly during election season.
I think it is prep to insulate democrats from prosecution when Trump is re-elected. No matter what kind of evidence Is presented the response will be “ we let Trump get away with it, you can’t prosecute us”, the dems are always presenting themselves as victims. If 1% of Republicans do something wrong- all Republicans are blamed, if 99% of democrats do something wrong and 1% don’t do something wrong then Republicans are the cause and are blamed with democrats, but only the Republicans are vilified, and the dems cry “persecution “
CHINATOWN. Can’t be said enough.
It has the flaw of being about declassified documents.
Thanks. That’s a good point.
Jack Smith Case?
Robert Barnes is exceptional. He just trots out fact after fact. He knows his Constitutional law, he understands the mechanics of the political and judicial systems.
Here is an EXCELLENT 40 minute interview on the Trump indictment with Catholic Libertarian Tom Woods. WELL WORTH the time, and I do NOT say that lightly.
