Former President Donald Trump blasted the Special Counsel leak on Tuesday.
The Special Counsel investigation's prosecutors have presented evidence that former President Donald Trump has "knowingly and deliberately misled his own attorneys about his retention of classified materials after leaving office," according to a former top federal judge who leaked the contents of a sealed filing to ABC News on Tuesday.
"U.S. Judge Beryl Howell, who on Friday stepped down as the D.C. district court's chief judge, wrote last week that prosecutors in special counsel Jack Smith's office had made a 'prima facie showing that the former president had committed criminal violations,'" ABC News reported, "and that attorney-client privileges invoked by two of his lawyers could therefore be pierced."
Donald Trump has repeatedly denied wrongdoing in the classified documents case. The former president blasted the report on Tuesday.
"Shame on Fake News ABC for broadcasting ILLEGALLY LEAKED false allegations from a Never Trump, now former chief judge, against the Trump legal team. This disinformation is on par with their breathless Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine and “no-collusion” Mueller speculation, all of which were totally disproven. These leaks are happening because there is no factual or legal basis or substance to any case against President Trump. The deranged Democrats and their comrades in the mainstream media are corrupting the legal process and weaponizing the justice system in order to manipulate public opinion, because they are clearly losing the political battle. "The real story here, that Fake News ABC SHOULD be reporting on, is that prosecutors only attack lawyers when they have no case whatsoever. "President Trump is the only leader fighting for the Constitution in order to protect the American people from being abused by a crooked system.”

DoJ Prosecutors pair up with Judges, do Raids, confiscations, seizures, and they subpoena everyone and the Gardner - and put pressure on level level peeps while trying to get relatives to pressure someone to flip.
However, John Durham hires Loyal Dem activists, No Raids, No pressure, No flips, crimes overlooked, and gee, look at that, the Statute of Limitations has tolled.
The people here and elsewhere that defended Durham enabled him to do nothing and perpetrate the Fraud.

Yup, that’s exactly what I’m afraid of.
As the 2024 election campaigning starts in earnest, they are bringing out everything to push Trump supporters into abandoning Trump as “un-electable”. We will be seeing “concerned faces” on news segments, asking “Does this mean the walls are closing in on Trump? Will his voters now see how divisive he is and thus can’t be elected”?
These reports will increase as each investigation into his actions and statements over the past six+ years turns into indictments. Indictments over actions Democrats in the past have been either excused or simply paid a small fine, as at the time the media explained their actions were either simple mistakes of campaign expense reporting, or else private matters and had no bearing on their ability to be a political candidate for any office. Or, indictments will be for Trump’s actions which were twisted and manipulated as if to mean something other than stated or intended (as in the Georgia/SOS phone call).
That’s the goal. To convince Trump’s remaining supporters to abandon him and move on to a more “electable” candidate. DeSantis is their top pick at the moment but I suspect they are even now digging deeper, paying out money, and gathering (or inventing) the material to be used against him against him (maybe colluding with Cuba?).
DeSantis thinks he has taken a lot arrows thus far. But just wait until the media has been told to truly go after him! They are also putting forth other reliable squishy GOPe candidates to push as the top contender or “flavor of the month” for the next 7 or 8 months.
I suspect their plan will back-fire as the Trump supporters become more entrenched and those that have moved to the fence over the past few months, move back to his side as they become livid as to way the former President has been persecuted.
We shall see.

It should be very interesting watching this fool bend himself into a pretzel, trying to charge President Trump with a crime over his handling of classified documents, especially since no Presidential crimes related to classified documents exists.

While misleading your own attorneys may not be wise, how is it a crime considering that its nobody else's business what he said to his attorneys?

He was the judge in the 1981 civil lawsuit filed by the Democratic National Committee against the Republican National Committee alleging violations of the Civil Rights Act in the New Jersey gubernatorial election. He continued to supervise and extend the decree until his death in 2015.
Basically, Debevoise became one of the greatest unsung heroes of the Democrat Party, enabling open vote fraud in the Democrat big city plantations for 36 YEARS.
And Beryl Howell was clerking in his office during the celebrations over the destruction of the American voting system. She KNEW.
