President Trump responded to attorney Robert Costello’s testimony in front of the New York Grand Jury yesterday. Highly respected Costello destroyed disbarred Cohen.
President Trump shared in a Truth last night that attorney Robert Costello put disbarred lawyer Michael Cohen “out to dry”. Costello is “highly respected”, Cohen sadly is not.
President Trump also shared that Costello “told the TRUTH, with papers, documents, and backup. He left ZERO doubt.”
The President finished by saying that “THE D.A. WILL DO THE RIGHT THING”.
It is being said that disbarred lawyer Michael Cohen was put out to dry today after his highly respected former attorney and legal adviser, Robert Costello, made a great impression not only on the D.A.’s Office, but the grand jury itself. He is known to be a great lawyer and highly honorable man. He stated to the media that he could no longer listen to the lies that Cohen was spreading. He told the TRUTH, with papers, documents, and backup. He left ZERO doubt.THE D.A. WILL DO THE RIGHT THING!

Donny, bubby, it’s not about the truth. Never has been.
If it’s true that Cohen never told Trump he paid off Stormy and just added the payments to Trump’s legal bills it kills what was already a bogus case. Costello says Cohen has admitted this.

I think the proof of Costello’s evidence proves that Cohen lied...
Cohen is running his own show....he knows the media will help.
Costello did a great job discrediting Cohen...and Cohen is now home...praying he doesn’t get indicted for lying...again.
Cohen makes Avenatti look credible.
I think Trump said the same thing about Cohen. He’s not a very good judge of people as his appointments and hiring while he was president clearly show.
Not this time. Bragg has to make a BIG decision...does he want to keep his job...or not. I think Pelosi will step in and tell him to tell the “jury” not to indict.
The media is delighted to make this about Trump - perfect distraction away from the Biden Crime Family.
They can and will pay and protect Bragg - he wouldn’t be doing this without those guarantees. Win or loose Braggs will and has gained what he demanded.....his job was for sale.
They didn’t help him this time.
As long as he makes the news...good or bad....Cohen is a happy man.
The blatantly partisan democrat DA will get his hand selected all-democrat grand jury to indict President Trump. Trump will then be tried before a democrat judge and an all-democrat Manhattan jury, who will convict him on all charges. The conviction will then be upheld by the all-democrat NY courts of appeal. Of these facts I have no doubt.
The only question is whether Trump can then get it before the U.S. Supreme Court. It is too early to tell if there will be a federal question on which to base a federal appeal.
If Bragg secures an indictment of Trump and forces Trump to do perp walk in handcuffs before a fawning democrat media, Bragg will be a national democrat hero and his re-election will be secure, regardless of whether or not he ever gets a conviction. He may even be able to turn it into a run for the Senate or for governor of NY.
OTOH, if Bragg balks and decides not to indict Trump at this point, democrats around the country will take out all of their rage for their lost hopes and dreams on him.
So this is all theatrics to show how much they really, really car about our country.
Remember....Bragg doesn't have the last say...the Grand Jury does. He can walk away like an advertisement for Mr. Clean.
There is an old adage that a DA can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.
A grand jury only hears what the DA wants them to hear. The only witnesses are called by the DA. There is no cross-examination of any witnesses. The only documents shown are exhibits introduced by the DA. The DA tells the grand jury what the law is. No judge is sitting in to dispute anything that the DA says. There is no right of rebuttal by an accused.
