This is a horrendous account, which I doubt will be the last of its kind. An 18-year-old de-transitioned victim has filed a lawsuit accusing a hospital and medical group of “intentional fraud and concealment” for a double mastectomy she underwent at just 13 after she first identified as transgender at age 11.
As reported by Fox News, Layla Jane is suing Permanente Medical Group and subsidiary Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (headquartered in super-woke California), the medical providers who performed the double mastectomy. Moreover, Jane alleged in an interview that the doctors pushed her into the procedure and characterized her gender transition as the only way to treat her preexisting mental health problems.
I don’t think I should’ve been allowed to change my sex before I was legally able to have sex. I don’t think I’m better off for the experience, and I think transitioning just completely added fuel to the fire that was my preexisting conditions.
Not to be graphic — and I won’t — but lopping off the breasts (or testicles) of confused-at-best 13-year-olds should be a criminal offense. We’re not talking about politics, here; this is about immoral malpractice.

Jane said she previously struggled with mental health, including suicidal ideation, before deciding to transition going into adolescence.
Her attorney Harmeet Dhillon alleged Jane’s caregivers failed to administer the necessary mental health treatments before performing the double mastectomy and never informed her that 80% to 90% of teens eager to transition desist from doing so.
Jane’s lawsuit alleged doctors warned her of an increased risk of suicide if she failed to transition to male, adding that they gave her parents a binary option of living with a “live son” or suffering the consequence of having a “dead daughter.”
Again, if true, how can this irresponsible insanity not be criminal, immorality aside?
Dhillon said:
Informed consent was missing here. It is impossible for a child to give informed consent, and it is impossible for parents who are not fully informed and with a child that was not properly treated [cannot] also give that consent.
“I was given no information about rates of desistance or anything like that,” Jane agreed. “Really, the surgery and the treatments were kind of pushed as the only way forward.”
Moreover, Dhillon further asserted that Jane’s breasts cannot be reconstructed while slamming the push for gender-affirming care as “experimentation on America’s children.” Amen. What the hell else can sane people call the irreversible mutilation of a young girl or boy’s body? Let’s toss in chemical castration of boys, as well, while we’re at it.
Kaiser Permanente responded, in a statement provided to “The Ingraham Angle”:
Our physicians and multi-disciplinary care teams practice compassionate, evidence-based medicine founded on sound research and best medical practices to provide comprehensive services based on individual needs of each patient …
The care decisions always rest with the patient and their parents, and, in every case, we respect the patients’ and their families’ informed decisions about their personal health.
Nonsense. This should become a landmark case against the continuing obscenity of irreversible mutilation of young kids across America.
Incidentally, as we reported last Monday, Joe Biden had a “slightly” [sarc] different take on so-called gender reassignment surgery. In reference to the Florida Board of Medicine finalizing a rule to prohibit health providers in the state from offering so-called “gender-affirming care,” including puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and surgeries, for transgender patients younger than 18.
What’s going on in Florida, as my mother would say, close to sinful. I mean, its just terrible what they’re— I mean, it’s not just like a kid wakes up one day and says, ‘You know, I decided I want to become man or I want to become a woman, or I want to change.’
Mumbling Biden of course has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about. Rather, he simply parrots the talking points shoved in front of him by left-wing handlers.

As reported by WebMD in March 2022, there’s a growing concern among many doctors and other healthcare professionals as to whether gender reassignment surgery is the best way to proceed for those under age 18, in particular, with several countries pulling back on medical treatment and instead emphasizing psychotherapy first.
Joe Biden and the Democrat Party beg to differ.
You know the system is rigged when anyone and their mother can sue a hospital for a prosthesis that fails or a baby delivery botched, but no one can sue Planned Apparenthood and these taleban liberal cults socially redefining woman by butchering people according to their cosmetic transhuman standards.
Kaiser is run by Kommies. Has been for years. I hope she prevails. There is a storm coming.
Every step the Biden Administration has taken, proclaimed, or embraced has been wrong for America.
Consider a way to mess up messed up kids more, and those who don’t succeed in killing themselves in despair will sue the scrubs right off the Medical Industry.
What better way to thoroughly wreck the ‘now-concentrated under a few banners’ healthcare system in the US?
Litigate it to death after supporting (or mandating) the very procedures, injections, and practices which will result in litigation that will be crippling, economically.
As these patients reach maturity, there will be more of this, and while we might well justifiably cheer the demise of those practitioners who performed these atrocities, behind all that will be the death of Medical Megaconglomerates and the eventual amalgamation of them all in single provider healthcare, run by the government that not only permitted the procedures on confused minors in the first place, but lauded them as somehow being other than the atrocity they are.
Rates will have to go up for genuinely lifesaving procedures , paid for by Medicaid, Medicare, or the pulsing arteries of insurance companies in the more private sector.
At some point, that camel’s back will break as well.
This endgame is in keeping with the objective of Obamacare—single payer, government controlled healthcare. With all the DIE going on out there, and the evil done over COVID, this will not end well.
Those doctors are quacks. Whatever happened to “First, do no harm?”

Kaiser, a major Obama donor, was a frequent White House visitor during the week before the Obama administration approved that taxpayer-underwritten financial deal.
A $10,000 donation to the Urban Health Initiative at the University of Chicago Medical Center appears on the group’s 2009 tax forms. It was also in 2009 that Kaiser successfully sought to lock down a loan guarantee for the green-energy company Solyndra through his two investment vehicles: Argonaut Ventures and the GKFF Investment Company.

Best I could give you is indoctrination and group think. Both of my sisters work as surgical technologists “scrub techs”, and less than two years ago they were completely onboard with mandatory vaccination with “safe and effective” and the idea of denying people hospital beds, and even jobs if they didn’t get the shot(s). One of my sisters is also all in for government controlled healthcare, and wouldn’t listen if I tried telling her what going through the VA was like.
There is not enough money to pay for what has been done to her. Everyone involved in doing this should be on a chain gang for the rest of their lives.

I only read the part of the article that appears above. But, where were her parents? Is it ever the case that parents (most likely, a single parent, a typically virtue signaling stupid woman?) encourage their “transitioning” child’s mental illness?
Those beasts who mangled Layla Jane should be given the death penalty.
It died when doctors started doing abortions.
Once a person has reached adulthood what they do to their bodies is of their own volition and decision. That poor girl is a victim of the insanity of the left and extreme poor judgement of her parents.
