Last Friday, Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn (Ret.) filed a lawsuit against the United States government for malicious prosecution and abuse of process. Over the weekend, Tracy Beanz put out a detailed Twitter thread breaking down the entire filing that went viral. We will recap the thread here with some additional context.

Sounds like an even fight.
God Bless President Trump for issuing a pardon to this good man. I only hope the people who put Flynn through hell can be held accountable for their crimes.
And they are crimes.
Give em hell Flynn!
may God continue to bless Gen. Flynn and his suit, his laywers, and curse all of those who unjustly targeted him and his family.
I wish he could sue them personally and make them pay their own legal bills. They would not do the reckless things in the DOJ and FBI if they were personally liable for their actions.
95% of cases end with a poker game plea deal. The prosecuting attorneys now have more power than judges.
The mass incarceration system is an abomination to justice.
The partiality shown to top level government actual criminals is an outright sin.
Need I go on except to apply corruption to the prison industrial complex system? What are the rates of recidivism? And what about rehabilitation? Most of those in prison need complex-pts therapy from crappy parenting And can actually be helped!
anyway. hope something changes. Oh and 6-10% of those in prison are innocent. how could I forget? RELEASE THE J6. NOW.
Interesting, isn’t it? There’s this push to make law enforcement personally responsible for things going sideways during the normal course of their duties. Yet these illegal activities committed by the rogue DOJ/FBI officials are made the taxpayer’s responsibility if and when they get caught . . .
Judge Emmitt Sullivan presiding?
“Judge Emmitt Sullivan presiding?”
____
I’m sure he is wishing for such.
Even if you think you recall the entire travesty of the Flynn persecution, go to the link and read the entire article. It refreshes your memory, provides all the evidence we remember in one space, and pisses you off once more. The authors have done an excellent job in compiling all the information.
This isn’t filed in the DC circuit, but in District Court in Florida.
He should be named in some capacity as one of several defendants in the abuse of process segment.
Sullivan is certainly "protected" by his peers in the DC bar, but there may be some other forum (FLA?) in which a federal judge can be held accountable for a blatant misuse of the bench.
That’s good news. Maybe Flynn has a chance.
