At the 37:30 mark, Judge Nap was asked about the files the CIA won’t produce related to the JFK assassination. His response was alarming:
I’ll tell you a story about JFK. So Trump, as you know, I was privledged to be consulted by him many, many times during his Presidency on the phone. He twice considered me for the Supreme Court, another story for another time.
But in one of our interviews, he said to me, don’t forget, I’m going to release the JFK files. I said, “I’m not going to forget it Mr. President, on the contrary, I’m going to remind you.”
The last conversation we had while he was in the White House, which is now about two weeks or 10 days before Joe Biden is being inaugurated, I reminded him of this.
He said to me, “Yes, you’re quite correct Judge I did say that, but, if you saw what I saw, you wouldn’t release it either. Some day when we’re not on a phone call with 15 other people listening (meaning people in the White House), I’ll tell you what I saw.”
Now what the hell did he see, … I don’t know. It must have terrified him and he’s one of the strongest character’s I ever known in my life and suddenly he became afraid to follow through on a promise he made, not just to me, but the American public several times. It had to be the CIA…
I doubt LBJ and the Secret Service were involved. The CIA had good reasons for wanting JFK dead and he was going to try and reel them in because of their extensive Covert ops and the fact that technically they exceeded their authority under their original charter. They were supposed to answer totally to the NSC and the President, not be a rogue agency, which is what they still are.
Read the two books written by Col. Fletcher Prouty for some really good information on why the CIA wanted JFK gone, especially Allen Dulles.
Don’t buy it now and had my doubts a long time ago.
Even Senator Richard Russell of Georgia, who was on the Warren Commission, did not buy Oswald and actually wrote a 33 page dissent of the commissions findings. He was pressured to vote for the report but never believed it.
There is not ONE DOUBT in my mind that the CIA had JFK assassinated!!
Even better watch 1973’s Executive Action which os probably closer to the truth than most think, was pulled from release after two weeks in theaters, available to rent or buy on Amazon. Great cast, Robert Ryan, Burt Lancaster, and also financed by Kirk Douglas and these were three of the biggest liberals in Hollywood and they didn’t buy Oswald as the lone shooter.
If you’re going down that road then the real meeting was at H.L. Hunt’s house with his Oil Buddies.

Checked ebay out for Four Days book. Yup, that is the one I used to have. Some person is selling it for $7.95 or something like that. I think my mom paid $5.00 or less for it back in 1963 or 64!!! That was some deal. All THREE network channels (that is all we could get. Later in the 60’s we got cable and many other channels. Something like 25 channels at that time. But the exact same programming was on all channels except when each channel had their own specific talking head on. Got to see Oswald shot LIVE on our black and white TV. We also went big time in the late 60s when Mom and Dad went to Sears and purchased a COLOR TV!!!! Man, with cable we were big time. First on our street to have it. Everybody came to see it so they could decide if that was for them also. As cool as it could be!!! :-)
I was 12 when Oswald was shot and yes I saw it too on live B&W tv. Knew right away something was crooked. We never did get a color tv until long after I moved out on my own.
