He has been experiencing this on a regular basis since he became governor. They have thrown everything at him including the kitchen sink with unrelenting negative national media coverage - the best they could do after that onslaught was get his approval down to an event 48%-48% at worst. “Don’t Say Gay” lies, lies accusing him of corruption and kickbacks with Publix, etc. They were beyond dismayed this didn’t work.
I don’t see how you missed all of that. It was unrelenting - and very widely discussed here and elsewhere.
I didn’t attack him, I uttered the truth. I guess you don’t want to hear the truth. Being a governor is all well & good, and he’s doing a great job there, but in my opinion, he’s getting too ahead of his skis. It’s akin to the minor leagues. The major leagues are on a whole different level. Same is true for national politics vs state politics.

I have followed Ron DeSantis very closely, and I am impressed, but he almost lost to Andrew Gillum. Beating Charlie Christ is no big accomplishment. Gillum should have been even easier. Had it no been for Trump's endorsement of Ron, he most likely would have lost.

DeSantis accused the MSM, in covering ground previously cleared by Trump, of lying. So, according to their logic, the mighty DeSantis also knows how to whine, it looks like.
