Jack Smith is moving full steam ahead with his probes into whether Trump committed crimes.
The special counsel investigation was supposed to focus on whether Trump broke the law when he took White House records to Mar-a-Lago and the other part of the probe is related to January 6.
However, Jack Smith has now expanded his investigation and is looking into Trump’s efforts to fight the massive 2020 election fraud operation in key swing states.

In addition to the fact that Garland’s original reason for yet another “Special Counsel” is outrageous, the idea that said counsel can expand his fishing expedition off the deep end goes entirely against the special counsel enabling legislation.
He and Garland are just making it up as they go, yet again.

I have to admire your this aggressive approach into persecution (prosecution seems inappropriate after all the things the democrats and government officials have pulled at this point).
Notice how nothing happened with the Democrats like Eric Holder, Obama, Biden or even Hillary. The special council and investigations are all political now, have nothing to do with justice, or Biden would have never been elected in first place, and the FBI would have different leadership.
