The pro-crime city of Oakland kept releasing this violent scumbag again and again and again, because they wanted him to hurt as many innocent people as possible.
Now the city of Oakland is celebrating Parham’s latest brutal assault.
Parham just punched a 91-year-old Asian woman with dementia, and knocked her into the concrete.

This is yet one more example of how California is pro-crime.
I’d like to remind everyone that a year ago, it was reported that a guy named Derik Barreto was single handedly responsible for more than half of all of the anti-Asian hate crimes that were committed in San Francisco in 2021. The city of San Francisco kept releasing Barreto again and again, because they wanted him to commit as many anti-Asian hate crimes as possible.
I judge people by their actions, not their words. The people of Oakland and San Francisco claim to be against violent crime, hate crime, and other crimes. But it doesn’t matter what they say. The only thing that matters is what they do. And based on what they do, it is very clear and obviously to me that the voters of Oakland and San Francisco are in favor of violent crime, hate crime, and other crimes.
I hope some legal gun owner takes him out

This is all tied to the sinister game plan by the Democrats to create a ground swell of public opinion demanding a National Police Force as former White House resident Obama advocated.

The plan of the radical left Democrats, is to foment as much crime as possible, while also destroying police protection, so the people will beg for a fed police force, that will actually be a secret police organization, similar to those in totalitarian countries.

And in the case mentioned at the top-Having more hate crimes against Asians also helps push the communist Democrat narrative, that America is a racist country that should be destroyed.
The conclusion: Constantly releasing violent offenders helps the Democrats achieve their goals.

I still believe in 1989, the state of California released Pat Purdy(for the 7th time) from a mental institution, allowed him to buy guns passing the waiting periods. He then went and shot up the Stockton School yard killing several students and himself.
The state then pulled out the shelved Assault Rifle Ban which had been shelved due to opposition, and passed it before opposition could be mounted against it.
Well, it’s California. It’s like living in Afghanistan.
