In a case of odd bedfellows, environmental groups and Republican politicians are calling for a pause in offshore wind farm development following a string of whales washing up dead on New Jersey and New York beaches.
Seven whales have turned up dead in little over a month. The latest victim, a 20- to 25-foot juvenile Humpback whale, turned up in Brigantine, New Jersey on Thursday afternoon, close to a Coast Guard station.
“The wave of dead whales is the ocean sounding the alarm, and we must heed the warning,” said Cindy Zipf, executive director of Jersey-based Clean Ocean Action, after the sixth whale washed up in Atlantic City on Jan. 7 with signs of head trauma.

Green Energy, as presently promoted by the state and its leftist cronies will FAIL.
The only question is how much we will suffer before it is finally put in the trash bin.

Subsonic noise from the turbines is the most likely cause.

I would imagine that the low frequency vibrations from the wind farms mess up the whales sonar navigation ability.................

If I'm not mistaken, there are no wind turbines in the vicinity of the dead whale wash-up area..
The whales are washing up because of PREPARATORY topographical assessments being achieved by use of SONAR MAPPING devices further out to sea..
So the whales' guidance systems are being bombarded which can wreck their inner compass, including their ears to the point of bleeding.
Sick bastard greenies are murdering whales but because THEY are doing it, it's okay.

Those greenie abominations kill whales, dolphins, eagles, osprey, birds of prey—more in a year than all the coal plants combined since the inception of coal energy.
Coal saves wildlife. Windmills kill wildlife.

I hope somebody asked Cindy Zipf if whale oil is considered green energy (it is, after all, renewable).
No sense in letting that dead whale go completely to waste.

Sonar has been used extensively for over 70 years including sonobuoys - ever heard of one killing a whale?

With the exception of Navy’s LFA which cannot be used within 14 miles of a coast and when marine mammals are present. Much more powerful than sonar used for mapping.

7 whales washing up within 30 days in an area where they are bombarding the sea floor with mapping devices in preparation for a massive 'wind turbine farm' is not a coincidence.
They COULD be using technologies other than sonar or modified sonar that affects whales enough to destroy their inner compasses.

I didn’t know whales could jump that high!😂
Oh well the eco warriors don’t care about the birds these windmills kill so what does a few whales matter?
