Brittney Griner will face horrific conditions during her time in a Russian prison ... with environments that will include homophobia, racism and 16-hour work days.
According to The Nation's Dave Zirin, prisoners in Mordovia -- where Griner was taken to earlier this month -- are barely treated like humans.
Bigotry is commonplace, medical care is nearly nonexistent ... and, Zirin says, inmates are expected to sew the uniforms for police and guards.

According to Wiki this place has a reputation as the worst womens prison in Russia.
No doubt politics played a role in her case, but trying to make her sentence the most important thing going on? No thanks
If she truly has the liberal wacko mindset down to her bones, and she somehow survives this, just imagine the street cred, wacko liberal cred she will be able to spread far and wide. EVERYTHING will be be blamed on Trump, capitalism (heck, they may even resurrect Haliburton).
She will have monstrous book deal advances. Harvard, Yale et al will grant her instant professorship, tenure, an Escalade with all the trimmings, a driver, etc.
We all pray that she survives. Unlike her fellow liberals, we do not hope for her demise.
If, somehow, she returns and has seen light, that America is still the greatest nation on God’s green Earth and the last best hope for humanity, let’s welcome her with open arms.

Good point but even if she makes it out alive she will never see America in a positive light. It will be Americas fault that she even went to jail in Russia. We didn’t even try to get her out and we actually colluded with Putin to set her up. We put the dope in her luggage. We are responsible for anything bad that happens to her. That’s how it will go down.

Provided she survives the next 8 years and 11+ months; she will be released and deported back to the U.S. in November 2031 having learned nothing; and just as hateful as ever.
At least she doesn’t feel like a slave living in the Soviet system.

The real question is How long before the non-taking of whatever drugs, to make you look semi female, take effect.
My guess, just a couple of months.
So the next question is if the thing does all 9 (nine-years) in a Russian whatever, does she'/he wait say 6 months after release to get back on drugs that make you look semi-female?
