It's pretty interesting how things how and when things happen. The bad news for Joe Biden was coming fast and hard. The GOP won control of the House and made clear what it planned to do first:

Rep. James Comer (R-TN), the top Republican on the Oversight Committee, announced during a press conference that the Biden family will be investigated for the following violations:
- Conspiracy or defrauding the United States
- Wire fraud
- Conspiracy to commit wire fraud
- Violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act
- Violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
- Violations of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000
- Tax evasion
- Money laundering
- Conspiracy to commit money laundering
“I want to be clear, this is an investigation of Joe Biden,” Comer stated. “The Biden family’s business dealings implicate a wide range of criminality, from human trafficking to potential violations of the constitution.”
Then came the collapse of FTX and its curley-haired munchkin-voiced CEO Sam Bankman-Fried. Worse for Joe, SBF was thick with high profile democrats.

The Bankman-Fried brothers have led joint efforts to raise money to prevent future pandemics. Of the $38 million Sam Bankman-Fried donated to political campaigns and groups during the midterm election, about $27 million went to Protect Our Future PAC, a political action committee dedicated to boosting candidates who would push forward anti-pandemic policies, according to Federal Election Commission data.SBF was the second-biggest donor to democrat partyThe PAC only gave money to Democrats and the gun control group Everytown for Gun Safety Victory Fund. Bankman-Fried's donations to the PAC represented more than 99.5% of its total money raised.
Gabe Bankman-Fried, who has contributed more than $361,000 to mainly Democratic campaigns and causes over the last several years, founded the group Guarding Against Pandemics. The group researches and endorses candidates, who then often receive cash from Protect Our Future PAC.
Amid all the jubilation and gloating by Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer and pals over the Democrats’ better-than-expected showing in the midterms comes a disturbing story that may explain something about how they won such a curious election.Biden’s second-biggest donor, cryptocurrency billionaire wunderkind Sam Bankman-Fried, a k a SBF, saw his business file for bankruptcy days after the election, but not before pumping $40 million into the Democratic Party to spend on “get-out-the-vote” and other shadowy ballot-harvesting mechanics for the midterms.

In 2010, Obama AG Eric Holder picked Jack Smith to run the Public Integrity Section.
Smith took out VA Gov. Bob McDonnell as a potential GOP presidential candidate—on bogus corruption charges.
The Supreme Court eventually reversed this decision, 9-0.
Now Smith is back—to take out Donald Trump, likely using the same tactics.
“His team initially won a conviction against the former Gov. Robert McDonnell of Virginia, a Republican, but the Supreme Court overturned it.”
But, all Smith needs to do is dirty up Trump enough to knock him out of the 2024 race. It won’t work. Russiagate, Mueller Report, two false-premise impeachments, J6 Setup - none of it worked. This won’t either.
