This is an EMERGENCY! The deadline is SEPTEMBER 3, 2022. You may be able to do this by email.
This concerns the 2020 Election Fraud. Federal Law requires counties and states to retain their election materials for 22 months. Any request for 2020 Election materials must be done now before the deadline September 3, 2022.
BACKGROUND
MOMENT OF TRUTH SUMMIT
May be better managed for listening using store apps for RSBN, FRANKSPEECH
Also available on Gettr, Truth Social, others.
FORM
Pursuant to our state’s freedom of information law, please remit the Cast Vote Records [insert jurisdiction] from the 2020 General Election. These records should include the following fields as a minimum:
If your County is slow or hesitant to release the CVRs, ask your Sheriff to order the county clerk to preserve materials based on probable cause which can be one instance of vote or election fraud. For example:
Your immediate urgent goal should be to acquire a zipped file of all CVRs before September 3, 2022.
When you receive your file of CVRs, please confirm here and list your County. A running list of completed counties will be updated here. An effort will be made to have you connect with an appropriate contact from the Moment of Truth Summit for further instructions or handoff of information.
NOTES:
1. Your Sheriff should be be able to suspend operation of the machines in your county for the coming Midterm election.
2. If your Sheriff is unsure how to do this, either a representative of the National Sheriffs Organization or from Constitutional Sheriffs and Police Officers Association may make contact or your Sheriff will be directed to a website or telephone for further instructions.
3. Sheriff departments are typically understaffed: Your sheriff can deputize you to perform any of a large number of tasks to assist in investigations.
4. Near the end of the Moment of Truth Summit, Sheriffs appear to status their findings and capabilities. Ask your Sheriff watch the following short videos: https://rumble.com/v1g407t-live-the-moment-of-truth-summit-by-mike-lindell-in-springfield-mo-8-21-2022.html

Is the first step to go to your county courthouse? If so, who should you see?
!
Try first calling your County Clerk to find the custodians of the CVRs.
Keep in mind and remind the Clerk’s office that these records are NOT PRIVATE, they are public records and therefore accessbile to you.
The CVRs might be emailed to you or downloadable with a registration. This would be the simplest, quickest way to get them.
If you must, go to the County Clerk’s office and get then directly.
Some clerks are very accommodating, others might seem to not know if giving them to you is authorized. Cite the FOIA statute. Talk to their supervisor if they hesitate.
Ping.
Not asked to analyze.
Asked to acquire them before they are destroyed.
Once acquired, instructions will be given on what to do with them.

Moment of Truth Summit is very long spanning two days.
If you go to the FrankSpeech website, there should be a link to video that shows the Summit.
Although desperate Democrats are predictably going to ignore this, to the best of my knowledge there is no statute of limitations for Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), correction welcome. Section 2 is a penalty for states that weaken the voting poower of ordinary qualified citizen voters in any way.
Exerpted from the 14th Amendment...
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced [emphases added] in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Section 2: Apportionment of Representatives]
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
So given allegations of vote-counting fraud, voting materials for 2022 elections should not be disposed of pending DOJ investigation imo.
Also, as a consequence of the states being bullied by organized crime front-ending itself with constitutionally undefined political parties, DOJ should also be investigating nearly all the states for non-compliance with 12th Amendment (12A) Electoral Vote procedures.
"12th Amendment: The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added];--The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;--The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two- thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. --The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
After all, the states surrendered their power to make state winner-take all laws for electoral votes when they ratified that amendment imo.
In fact, Justice Joseph Story had indicated that the overall effect of a state with divided electoral votes is that it weakens electoral votes for a single candidate.
"In case of any party divisions in a state, it may neutralize its whole vote, while all the other states give an unbroken electoral vote." —Justice Joseph Story, Article 2, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, Commentaries on the Constitution 3, 1833."
The bottom line is that it's now up to Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters to elect a new, Trump-endorsed Congress that will do its duty to enforce 12A and Section 2 of 14A.
Corrections, insights welcome.
