Is this all an over reaction?
From the Economist Magazine:
America is teetering on the brink of economic catastrophe, and if we go, they all go.
If true, this is truly worrying. A catastrophe of Biblical proportions. Are the End Times here?
And if we know it’s coming, how about being proactive in meeting it and mitigating it?!
I would have expected most people here at Free Republic began making plans for what is coming when Bath House Barry the Muslim was installed. My Family did.
I hope it’s an overreaction.
Meanwhile, I have stocked up on beans, rice, tuna, grits, cashews, pasta, Ragu and teriyaki sauce.
trump could fix all this asap.
but creepy uncle joe? no way.
The funny part is, there is enough food, but there is going to be a famine because everyone is going to hoard it or because the locations that need it can’t pay.
What he have here is not enough capitalism.
A pound of Walmart flour each day for 365 days costs about $120.
And any government food distribution will NOT be to the red counties.
That Economist article is 90% leftist gibberish. (Yes, I read it through.)
The US and Europe will purchase massive amounts of staples on the open markets to donate to the starving in Africa, South America and South Asia.
And prices worldwide will shoot through the stratosphere.
Cutting supply by 30+% (and that just the Ukraine war cut) and demand will remain constant.
Food will be available in the US.
If you can afford it.
Much bigger by orders of magnitude threat to human life than famine will be the next ice age which visits earth regularly every 15-40 thousand years. It has to do with changes in solar activity, which is the sole source of external energy on earth.

People,
Buy water and stack it up somewhere if you want to live.
I’m not sure what the point is to live in hell.
First thing I thought of was the claims that the covid vaxxes have graphene in them and also that we are carbon based life forms. Graphene+decarbonize=killing off humans.
