Abortion activists gathered around the nation on Saturday, May 14, to protest against the possibility of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. More than 300 “Bans Off Our Bodies” marches were scheduled in various cities, with the largest in Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, in what organizers are promising to be a “summer of rage” if abortion rights are kicked down to the states.
Rachel Carmona, president of Women’s March explained:
“For the women of this country, this will be a summer of rage. We will be ungovernable until this government starts working for us, until the attacks on our bodies let up, until the right to an abortion is codified into law.”
In New York, thousands gathered to march across the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan. Elizabeth Holtzman, 80 year old former Congresswoman who represented New York from 1973-1981, said the leaked draft opinion “treats women as objects, as less than full human beings.” She added, “I’ve been fighting for women’s rights for 50 years and I’m not going to give up.”
In Seattle, the city known a couple of years ago for having a “summer of love” attitude toward the takeover of city blocks to build the autonomous zone – otherwise known as CHOP – a couple of thousand protesters gathered at Cal Anderson Park for the “summer of rage” event.
Laurie Hudnall, an RN for a local trauma hospital, was attending the protest to “support women’s right to have a safe abortion.” While she said the crowd was “pleasant,” there were also some moments that made her uncomfortable when pro-life supporters showed up and started arguing with the attendees. They were “preaching abstinence,” Hudnall explained. “No sex unless you want to conceive.”

Leftists threatening to burn down what little commerce remains in their fetid neighborhoods. Big deal.
Was thinking the same. When there’s a huge pro-abort march in Oklahoma City or Lexington, KY, or Shreveport or Boise, then they might be doing something other than preaching to the choir (of hell).
Because it pay so well and the perks… are so Faustian.
Maybe if these people rage all summer, then they will be all raged out by November?

“Violent Insurrection”
What will they accomplish? If Roe is dead in the Supreme Court, all their protests will not bring it back to life. If The Court decides that Abortion is not a federal issue, then no legislation short of a Constitutional Amendment federalize the issue.
“Summer of Rage”?! That’s every summer. Nothing new here. And it’ll be the same losers as all the other summers. A-wipes in their 20’s still living with Mom.
What’s new?
Round heel nymphos in a rage! Demanding abortions when preventative measures are so much easier.
Some of these people will direct their “rage” at the wrong people and then they will have no more rage.
Sounds like a bona fide call for INSURRECTION. Where’s the DOJ and the FBI? Crickets........
Yet there are multiple normal January 6 protestors (railroaded by the DOJ and FBI, BTW) languishing in DC’s Abu Ghraib Gulag for over 15 months with nothing but GITMO-equivalent torture being exerted on them..
The ghouls are on the move.....
Raging over an issue which already has a solution (birth control or abstinence)? Okay.
I dream of the day that I don’t have to live among these orcs and uruk hai.
They think that because they are women they will not be held accountable. They are wrong!
“Rage”. There’s a good plan for the future.
It’s amazing how much that guy predicted todays democraps. The Biden occupation even created a “Ministry of truth”
Is there anything worse than a loudmouth post menopausal white lib bitch? Talk about a useless being.
Should be interesting. The People’s Convoy will be there at th same time.
Me too. The whole planet has a stench of hell now.
