Fox News Is Headed For Disaster

Fox News has been on a collision course with its own audience since the stolen 2020 election — and you can almost feel the impact coming. The network has made so many dumb bets lately that it’s like watching a busload of trailer park residents get offloaded to play the nickel slots in Reno. All you can do is shake your head as you think: I know they’re all going bankrupt, and they’re already bankrupt. It’s been perfectly obvious for years now that Rupert Murdoch and his feckless sons turned against President Trump and actually helped Joe Biden — which is not just unforgivable. It’s unsustainable.

She may be right. There is a "diaspora" that occurred due to 2020, but those fragments are coelescing and no longer captured.

Prediction: Constitution notwithstanding, watch for doubled/tripled efforts at censorship in the United States. Right now its occurring while trying not to be blatant, its going to accelerate. In this situation, if people do intend to do something about it after the midterms, is to keep their cards close to the vest to prevent something desperate and drastic.

Fox, Newsmax and even OANN are censoring 2000 mules. It’s depressing.

I searched for OANN mules and found a story but now I can’t get through to OANN.

NewsMax and OANN are looking better and better...

Fox News and Fox Business News have become a parody of themselves. First Trish Regan, then Lou Dobbs, on FBN, then Eric Bolling, along with the essential demotion of Judge Jeanine Pirro of Fox News, have eroded the brands badly.

Programs like “The Five” are only a little bit to the right of “The View”.

I wouldn't get depressed. You keep pushing otherwise they win.

I'm pretty sure D'Souza was aware the outlets you mentioned would do it. Newsmax and OAN both buckled to Dominion, so take that sign for what its worth.

First Trish Regan

Yup, don’t go against the truth or you get banned. She was right on the money early on about the CCP flu.

Just more proof that we can't trust the news media anymore, even those that are supposedly on the right.

I stopped watching Fox on Election night when they made the way too early call for AZ.

Have not watched it a single day since.

Not. A. Single. Day.

And I had been a loyal viewer since the 1990s. I watched Special Report 5 nights a week when it started with Brit Hume. It was my go-to program for news. No more.

I get all of my news online, and I'm all the better for it. I remember the late great Rush Limbaugh told us to stop watching lamestream tv, because all they do is lie and it makes us upset. He was right.

Ms Robinson appears to be projecting her personal bias in hopes that it becomes reality. Sorry, Em, but here are weekly averages for the top ten cable news shows for April 2022:

Fox News | 5 p.m. /The Five: 3,494,000 / 18 telecasts
Fox News | 8 p.m. / Tucker Carlson Tonight: 3,389,000 / 19 telecasts
Fox News | 7 p.m. / Jesse Watters Primetime: 2,924,000 / 12 telecasts
Fox News | 9 p.m. /Hannity: 2,886,000 / 18 telecasts
Fox News | 6 p.m. / Special Report with Bret Baier: 2,598,000 / 18 telecasts
Fox News | 10 p.m. / The Ingraham Angle: 2,251,000 / 18 telecasts
Fox News | 11 p.m. / Gutfeld!: 2,251,000 / 18 telecasts
Fox News | 12 p.m. / Outnumbered: 1,985,000 / 19 telecasts
Fox News | 9-10 a.m., 10-11 a.m. / America’s Newsroom: 1,874,000 / 39 telecasts
Fox News | 11 a.m. / The Faulkner Focus: 1,812,000 / 19 telecasts

See anything significant here?

Did not take time to compare with previous years, but Fox News is still the 800-lb gorilla.

Well stated. Same for me, and so true. The local news gets their lead from the parent owner, then the supposedly big time reporters. Holt, Muir come on and shovle more misdirection at those who believe this is “ real news”

Fox used to be an exception but is not worth the time anymore with their obvious slant.

OAN seems to have changed format on Direct TV, tune in to Newsmax now on occasion....

I highly doubt Fox News is going bankrupt. They get plenty of Big Pharma ad dollars to keep the network afloat. How do you think CNN and MSNBC stay on cable? They have even fewer viewers that Fox News.

I’m just tired of most Fox News shows, but that’s got got little to do with the fact they enjoy strong ratings. I don’t think fox is in any danger of going bankrupt any time soon.

It is smart to keep watch on what the enemy is doing, which suggests keeping a weather eye on the MSM might be a good idea.
