Looks like deep state activists infiltrated the court. Maybe they have plans of disabling any ruling on upcoming election.
Roberts would have fit right in with the SCOTUS in the 1830-1860 period. Willing to compromise on slavery, but not abolish it or rock the boat. A person who doesn’t care about what the Constitutional actually says and what it does not say, but worried solely about the getting along with the status quo.
That effectively overturns Roe.

I think just by intellectual dishonesty and hubris. The rot is institutional. Law schools teach supremacy of law, meaning there is no social ill that the law can't cure.
Judges have big egos, and are ambitious lawyer types. It takes supreme ambition to aim for the highest court. Very little if any humility in the institution; and a majority are in it because they derive power from the position.
Prestige? Not so much, except from inside the bubble.

Same here, he went along in aiding Obama’s attempt to fundamentally transform America and is still doing it by not hearing the Texas case pertaining to the stolen election.
Roberts is many things, almost all of them bad.
But two things that I know for certain: He is merely political. And because of that he’s a chickenshit.
How appropriate he was nominated by that cretin Bush.
As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.
Liberal Supreme Court justices undoubtedly know that they have some of the best job security in DC, a consequence of the very corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties effectively nullifying the Senate’s power to remove House-impeached people from office.
After all, desperate Democrats failed to remove “Orange Man Bad” Trump from the Oval Office, even after two mock impeachments of him.
The bottom line is that misguided Roberts could probably speak as incoherently as Biden does at times and not have to worry about getting removed from office even if he was impeached.

Keep in mind that the case in question didn’t uphold the constitutionality of ObamaCare in its entirety, but only the INDIVIDUAL MANDATE — which is certainly a tax no matter how you look at it.
There are other provisions of ObamaCare that were eliminated in separate challenges. Importantly, some of the most destructive provisions of ObamaCare have never even been challenged in court.
That last item should make everyone sit up and take notice … and ask a few questions of your own.
I figured Roberts would side with the minority as soon as I heard about the leak. John’s blackmailers have John’s gonads firmly gripped and the 15 week leak was to try to lessen the obvious. By the way, I don’t believe that the blackmail is about the adoption of the two kids .... I think it goes back to his college days and is in regards to something much worse, kinky, immoral and on film.
Chief Justice John Roberts ignores the fact that Roe vs Wade is unconstitutional because it steps on the 10th & 11th Amendment. That does not seem to matter to flakey liberals.
