Internal audio of Monday’s Twitter meeting leaked to Project Veritas reveals that leadership is fully cognizant of the free speech agenda that new owner Elon Musk wants to bring to the table.
Leslie Berland is the CMO at Twitter, and she said: "Elon made it clear in public that a large part of the reason he bought the platform was because of our moderation policies and disagreements in how we deal with health. This puts Twitter service and Trust and Safety as well as anybody who cares about health on the platform in a very difficult position."
CEO Parag Agrawal is heard saying: “I believe Twitter grows as a service, allows for more people to use the product and have a better experience because we’re able to make the conversation on Twitter be safe because we have built tools, processes for people to be able to feel safe and control their experiences. I believe that there is a lot of work we have to do to continue making that better. Sometimes that means more thoughtful moderation. Sometimes that means making things simpler. Sometimes that means changing product incentives to be able to solve problems through products sometimes instead of policies."

Project Veritas has been doing this for YEARS. Every lefty outfit, some person just records stuff and releases it to PV. I’m sure there are conservatives at Twitter who are just enjoying this after years of putting up with their leftard woke culture.
They “thoughtfully” shadow banned me in December of 2017 as part of their initial purge of Trump supporters. There was no Covid or vaccine controversy at the time. They lie through their commie teeth. The hack that runs the place was bragging about how they treated people just a couple of months back. But Dorsey started all this crap and now pretends to be against censorship.

It's simple for them. They define 'hate speech'. Anything they don't want people to say is 'hate speech'. Saying, 'a transgender woman is not a woman' is hate speech as they define hate speech. That's how they justify it.

Yes, they could not read your tweet but it's more than that. Just knowing someone on twitter doesn't agree with them sends them into a manic rage. That's how unstable they are.
You won't agree with me but I don't believe Dorsey is as bad as many people believe. I believe he wanted to create an website for public discussions but he inadvertently created a monster that got out of control. Once he went public he was under a great deal of pressure to conform to the liberal, cancel culture Zeitgeist. He couldn't fight them. He was out of his league and he was forced out.
If Musk asks him back to help right the ship my assessment will be correct. Time will tell.
I suspect there may be cultural differences between Americans and Indians (from India) as to what a democracy is all about. Those H1B visas have saturated our IT companies and Internet services with people who have never had free speech.
Basically, long story short: Feeling safe = silencing conservatives. That's all it means and it's disgusting. I hope it changes. Glad Elon is making those lefties with a god complex feel unsafe for once.
