The US Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal from an Air Force Reserve who was removed from command after refusing to get the Covid vaccine.
Lt. Col. Jonathan Dunn was previously denied a religious exemption and removed from his post for refusing to get vaccinated.
Lt. Col. Dunn filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court, arguing he “acquired natural immunity to the disease” after getting Covid last summer, Fox News reported.
Conservative justices Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas said they would have sided with Lt. Col. Dunn.
However, Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh, both Trump appointees, sided with the left-wing justices.

One of these days it will become known just why all three of these “republican” justices consistantly vote against conservative cases. How have they been compromised or perhaps threatened? Big Chief Justice Roberts, Judge Amy and Judge Brett.

I remember it vividly. On the other hand, what could the Deep State have on Barrett and Kavanaugh to compromise them? Kavanaugh was put through the ringer in his confirmation. Barrett is just a housewife and mother other than her judgeship.
Compromised or threats to expose them or family members of wrong doing. . .maybe even physical threats.
Amy Phony Barrett. The two last names and adopted kids were a dead give away, but what do we know? We aren’t stable geniuses.

When you join the military you take orders... You also take a lot of needle jabs to vaccinate you against a bunch of deadly diseases that will kill you... I.E... It’s not a request... It’s an order. Follow them, or get the heck out.

I’m not surprised. Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett will continue to disappoint. They’re like an updated version of Anthony Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Conner.
I find it amazing that in the history of the supreme court I can’t ever recall a supreme court justice move from liberal to conservative.
No surprise, justice is done in this country.
In the future no more Federalist Society judges for God’s sake. it’s another Conservative Incorporated set-up.
It always seems our side is the only side that purports to still be impartial, whereas the Dems are up front about being a hired arm (gun?) of the Democrat Party.
This was first obvious to me during the Clarence Thomas hearings. Secondly during the Kavanaugh hearings.
The Dems never seem to incur any penalty for acting this way.
