President Brandon has nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. She was asked to define the term "woman", and was unable to produce a definition. Everything is fine!
The judge cannot judge what is a woman and what isn’t.

Yes we all know there are one in a million genetic anomalies, where the genotype and phenotype are confused. The political issues do not refer to such people, however. For genuine medical matters compassionate accommodations can be made.
They do apply. These people are the kind that a Judge may have to rule on.
There are some athletes that have run into issues.. .even after death. One famous athlete had it and no one knew until she was killed. Then came the trauma drama involving those who had competed against her and lost..and whether to strip her medals etc..
These are the very people that have legal fights about rights.
