Erdoğan says he will suggest Putin to find honorable exit from Ukraine

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has said he will suggest Russian President Vladimir Putin to find an honorable exit from Ukraine and end the war after his return from an extraordinary NATO summit in Brussels.

“I may have a talk with Putin either this weekend or early next week. As we will make an assessment of the NATO meetings with him, we should tell him, ‘After this, you should be the architect of the moves for peace.’ We should find a way to end this by suggesting him ‘Find an honorable exit,’” Erdoğan told journalists on board a plane during his return from the NATO summit on late March 24.

Recalling that Turkey has been exerting efforts to end the war between Ukraine and Russia through a set of meetings with the two warring sides, Erdoğan informed this endeavor of Turkey for a ceasefire has proven that it can be a guarantor state for Ukraine in case the two sides can agree on a peace deal.

Erdoğan hinted that Kiev and Moscow may be flexible in compromising on four main issues including Ukraine’s neutrality and partial disarmament including the use of Russian in the country but stressed the future status of Crimea and Donbass continue to be the most important hurdle.

If you oppose nations that launched not one but three invasions of neighboring countries does that make you a warmonger? If you opposed Germany in 1942 did that make you an FDR supporter? I’m trying to understand how this works.

Ukraine’s increasingly westward orientation was Putin’s motive----> EXCUSE to invade. The Russians weren’t even interested in western Ukraine until oil was found there. Their interest is simply in raping that country. Russia gets 60% of its revenues from oil exports. Europe gets 40% of their oil from Russia. In 2012 massive oil and gas reserves were found in Crimea. Crimea signed a $10 billion exploration contracts with Shell and Chevron to develop the new found oil and gas fields. These oil and gas products would compete in Europe with Russia’s oil and gas, reducing Russia’s oil revenues, which we recall amount to 60% of their total GDP. Russia annexed Crimea in 2014, cancelling the contracts with Shell and Chevron. But Ukraine still had massive reserves in, you guessed it, Donetsk and Luhansk, and other areas East of the Dnieper River. In 2019, Energy Secretary Rick Perry visited Ukraine, and soon after Ukraine awarded exploration contracts to a consortium of U.S. oil companies. Again, these oil reserves would compete in Europe with Russian oil, so Putin is invading Ukraine to shut down this latest attempt to extract Ukrainian oil and sell it in competition with Russian oil. This explanation makes more sense to me than the “Putin feels threatened by NATO expansion” excuses for the invasion. https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4044221/posts?page=1#1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CmdSzVFSKc If the Ukes allow some small region in the west to be its own republic, but the OIL belongs to Ukraine, do ya think Pootypoot would allow that? Nope.

Figure it out this way: opposing Russia doesn’t mean doing what many here want by acting as if America needs to be world cop, continually holding Europe’s hand, getting in bed with Soros and the WEF as they are tied to Zelensky.

There are points in history when you support neither side and this is one of those points, especially so given that Putin is no match if he tried going in to NATO territory, and given the bioweapons labs in Ukraine that Bongino and others reported on, Hunter and the big guys involvement, and so on.

Hopefully Putin can find a “facing saving” excuse for wrapping up this non-”WAR”. There certainly is nothing “honorable” in his systematic destruction of residential areas of cities, schools, hospitals, and women with children. I’m sure Erdogon is happy Putin has arranged for so much of his military hardware to be destroyed. He does not wish to share Syria’s fate vis a vis relations with Putin.

So if I oppose 19th century style expansionism by a dictatorial state today, I’m a warmonger. And if I opposed Hitler in the 1940s, I was an FDR puffer.

Got it.

Godwin’s Law. Don’t go that route as it’s ridiculous.

Secondly, supporting the U.S. doing what it continually does by incrementally getting drug more and more into foreign wars and entanglements is supporting warmongering and goes against what the Founding Fathers told us. Plus, you would be helping Biden because he wants a huge US involvement to take attention off of him being a colossal failure.

Supporting Zelensky means you would be supporting Soros and the WEF and supporting him doing nothing about bioweapons labs.

So support neither side and know that Putin won’t go into NATO territory.

“Because Erdogan is waiting to take over his role as the next “Baddie” as he tries to rebuild the Ottoman Empire, he needs a weakened Russia for that.”

Some people do not realize that southern Ukraine and all of Crimea used to be part of the Ottoman Empire, and for a longer time than “Russia” can claim them.

Soldier of Love - The Beatles

Lay down your arms
And surrender to me
Lay down your arms
And love me peacefully yeah
Use your arms for loving me
Baby, that's the way it's gotta be

There ain't no reason for you to declare
War on the one that loves you so
So forget the other boys because my love is real
Come off your battlefield

Lay down your arms
And love me peacefully
Lay down your arms

And love me tenderly yeah
Use your arms to hold me tight
Baby, I don't wanna fight no more

The weapons you're using are hurtin' me bad
But someday you're gonna see
That my love for you baby, is the truest you've ever had
A Soldier of Love, that's hard to be

Lay down your arms
And love me peacefully
Lay down your arms
And surrender to me yeah
Use your arms to squeeze and please cos I'm the one that loves you so
(Yeah, soldier of love) Baby, lay down your arms
(Yeah, soldier of love) Baby, lay down your arms

Okay Goodwin’s law now, got it. So I can expect no more talk about Ukrainian Nazis?

How about Korea? If you opposed the North Korean invasion of the South did that make you a Truman puffer?

Staying neutral is de facto supporting Putin and Russian aggression. And no, I’m not a warmonger. I’m not calling for combat intervention.

Oh wait, I guess I am a warmonger since I don’t post “Go Russia” like others here.

“Donald Trump completely supports Ukraine including more military aid to Ukraine than Biden has given.” Who knew that Donald Trump was a Soros globalist stooge? The Putinistas’ heads must be exploding as their narrative falls apart.
*** Well said. And shoulda BEEN said... to the Putin Puffers.

Wow! “High heels Zelensky”, and another Putin troll/lurker reveals themselves with gay bashing inuendo. What is it with these trolls and their gay bashing terminology? Subconscious uncertainies about their own tendencies? Putin with his bare chested bravado displays some of this same insecurity about his masculinity.

Fascinating information about oil/gas discoveries in Crimea in 2012 and also in Donbas/Lukansk with exploration contracts to major US oil companies. I have noticed that a number of these trolls/lurkers have joined FR in 2012 or more recently.

The Ukrainian Nazi thing is the continual go-to for others here though The Sun, Buzzfeed, Yahoo News and others say real Nazis in the number of about 20k are in Ukraine fighting against Russia. So if you are anti-Nazi you would be saying they should leave Ukraine as they aren’t helping its reputation.

Secondly, comparing the South Korea of the past to the filth wasteland that Ukraine has become and with them being infected by the likes of Soros, the WEF, pervert Zelensky, Hunter, etc, is a False Comparison on your part.

Third, Russia is not Communist as was North Korea.

Supporting neither side is necessary because of this, because Putin is unsavory, because Putin won’t go into a NATO country, we aren’t obligated to defend non-NATO members, so go parachute and fight, you gung-ho keyboard warrior, if you disagree.

Anyway, you’re too emotional to talk to so get back to me when you have more logic in your pocket. Take care!
