A hospital told the police that a patient could not have been raped because her alleged attacker was trans, the House of Lords has heard.
The attack took place a year ago and the woman reported it but when officers contacted the hospital, which has not been named, they were told “that there was no male in the hospital, therefore the rape could not have happened”.

New law will have to be made. If it can’t be rape, then it will have to be classified as an assault with intent to rape. If the victim is previously targeted, top line felony. And there is no way for a perp to be considered mentally ill as the condition is already being considered sane and acceptable in society even to the point of shared restroom facilities. Or are they now powder rooms?
