Former governor will not face misdemeanor sex crime charge after prosecutor says crime cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt
A New York prosecutor will not pursue a misdemeanor sex charge against former New York governor Andrew Cuomo, saying he could not prove the elements of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt.
Albany County District Attorney David Soares said in a statement on Tuesday that his office has investigated the complaint made by former Cuomo aide Brittany Commisso and that he found her to be 'co-operative and credible"...

So why’d he resign?!
“saying your stuff is worth more than it is”
Expect the lawsuits to fly after the next real estate crash.
But not property tax refunds.
probably too busy harassing the entire Trump family
It hard to believe but Coumo was not radical enough for them. They wanted an even deeper communist. So they pushed Coumo out.
Cuomo is uncharacteristically quiet. A deal must have been
made to not prosecute if he resigned and kept his mouth shut.
You got that right.
Sounds like Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance, Jr., who refused to charge Harvey Weinstein, despite his admitting on tape that he acted inappropriately by groping Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, a model in his office the day before. She immediately went to the NYPD, where they told her to agree to meet with him the next day at the Tribeca Grand Hotel, and they wired her. On tape, she repeatedly said "no," to his requests for her to come to his hotel room with him, and confronted him in the hallway about his groping her the day before. His reply was:
“Oh, please, I’m sorry, just come on in. I’m used to that. Come on. Please.”
“You’re used to that?” Gutierrez asks.
“Yes,” Weinstein says. He later adds, “I won’t do it again.”
Weinstein is also heard on tape asking her to join him and warns, “Don’t ruin your friendship with me for five minutes.”
Not long after Vance refused to bring charges, Weinstein's lawyer David Boies, of Boies, Schiller & Flexner (Boies was also on Al Gore's legal team in 2000), gave $10,000 to Vance's campaign fund.
One needs to ask how much money has been deposited in Democrat D.A. David Soares's campaign fund.
perhaps criminally, let's see if all the potential civil suits go away.
The prosecutors also dropped the charges on the 2 Correctional Officers that were assigned to watch over Epstein.
That’s not surprising.
This was the final kick in Prince Andrew’s ash. The cases against him were a pile of fake crap and they knew he would demand a jury trial. That would give him a chance to take the stand a sink a whole bunch of rodents. Now that’s all gone. They robbed him of his day in court. No DA wanted the murders at the nursing homes case and being slimy think of themselves first Democrats they just slithered away.
He saved N.Y. billions by offing all those old geezers living off the gub mint with their madicade, madicare , nursing homes or whatever.
New York is so predictable. Leftist lunacy and corruption always win out. That’s why everyone who can is leaving.
Regardless it’s systemic corruption and rot both ways!
Please, don’t be so naive by taking the word of a rat prosecutor at face value. Cuomo is simply part of the never-prosecute pack of high ranking rats.
Cuomo is a “Made Man”.
And yet prosecutors were able to take George Floyd’s death from heart failure due to massive drug overdose and convict a police officer of murder, in fact, two counts of murder for the one death!
“..How about all the people that died in the nursing homes because of him and his policies?....”
^THIS^
This jackass and the other 4 communist governors that deliberately murdered all those innocent and helpless elderly should ALL be charged with mass murder and crimes against humanity. They should be arrested, charged and facing death penalty sentences.
