However, with the evidence / proof of the pandemic being largely a scam, people will be more reluctant to hop into the train car this time around.

Forget it Jake, it's India.

According to The Washington Times, current and former FBI agents say the bureau is getting pressured to come up with domestic terror cases and find white supremacists in order to meet internal quotas. “The demand for White supremacy” coming from FBI headquarters “vastly outstrips the supply of White supremacy,” said one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We have more people assigned to investigate White supremacists than we can actually find.”

Since FBI/DoJ thugs maintain their power by 'leaking' to the press, doesn't it seem odd they haven't 'LEAKED' all the thousands of cases of 'white supremacists' murdering, raping and killing 'people of color'? I mean there must be videos all over the place of gangs of white men shoving people in front of subway cars, and on to train tracks, and stabbing women with babies and going into stores with sledge hammers. Why aren't the FBI butt boys and DOJ 'elites' 'leaking' that information to prop up their lies?

Good morning and happy weekend.

Globalism / Great Reset -

A consortium of six European nations is pushing for a new, digital, cross-border payment system which ultimately aims to combine the EU Digital Identification program with a digital euro. The NOBID (Nordic-Baltic eID) project – which is comprised of the governments of Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Latvia and Norway – is being supported by multinational banks, large technology firms, and other government agencies from across Europe.
NOBID’s website describes the project – which sounds eerily similar the kinds of social credit system used by countries like Communist China – as the brainchild of the unelected European Commission.
Tor Alvik, project manager of the consortium said, “We are hugely excited to turn the EU vision into a reality and make smoother, more readily available ID services possible for all,” effectively confirming the link between both the EU DigitalID System and the Digital Euro.
The European Digital Identity, in development since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, integrates various aspects of personal identifiers including birth certificates, medical documents, bank accounts, tax returns, education status, and prescriptions.

OBSERVATION - Continued push for electronic currency controls that also wrap personal identity with other factors. The GGR push will eventually IMHO coalesce these multiple, separate regional digital currencies into one global system. One can consider the attempts by many to implement digital currency as beta testing by GGR influenced countries.

Wuhan virus -

The U.S. Marine Corps is rolling back strict punishments for service members seeking religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccine, including ending involuntary terminations and delays of promotions for those refusing the shot.

OBSERVATION - Sadly, even the Marines cannot openly admit they made a mistake. But then again, this has all been a deliberate action by biden et al to demoralize and degrade the whole military.

Economy -

See Central / South America General for Argentina’s out of control inflation - a potential harbinger for the US.

Invasion of Illegals -

Migrants, flown into Martha’s Vineyard by Fl’s governor, were put on buses. and shipped to Joint Base Cape Cod, according to officials. 125 Mass National Guard members are being activated to assist.

OBSERVATION - They hypocrisy of the left ’s virtue signaling from this declared ‘sanctuary city’ is astounding - but not unexpected. Shows their real intent and purpose to inflict the damages from uncontrolled illegals on red areas and not their pretty retreats.

CW2/Domestic violence -

New Mexico State Police had to escort OutKick personality Tomi Lahren out of the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque Thursday night. An organized hate group broke into the auditorium to chant “F**k Tomi Lahren” in the room in which she spoke.

OBSERVATION - Universities continue to be a zone dominated by leftists who’ve been schooled that violence is the best way to silence opposing views. We saw this break through the system in 2019 with the riots at Berkeley which were eventually put down by Base Man et al refusing to backdown to Antifa. We also saw during that period the development of Antifa’s Black Bloc tactics which has evolve to the potential application of more lethal weapons.
I expect that these violent protests will continue to escalate to and through the elections.

According to New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, the Facebook has been spying on users and reporting them to federal officials if they express doubts about the 2020 election or any anti-government sentiments in private chats. And of course, all of the spying has been taking place outside of the constitutionally mandated process.
“Under the FBI collaboration operation, somebody at Facebook red-flagged these supposedly subversive private messages over the past 19 months and transmitted them in redacted form to the domestic terrorism operational unit at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, without a subpoena,” Devine wrote, citing Justice Department sources who blew the whistle on the spying.

OBSERVATION - Big Tech/social media has been in the back pocket of the left for a while now and this is just another example of their abuse of their platform to support the war on citizens of the US.

Strategic Activity / Deployments -

US Army having even worse recruiting efforts.

OBSERVATION - The left has been wanting to return to the draft for a long time inspire of the demonstrated success of the all volunteer army. They have emasculate the military to the extent that all those ‘domestic terrorists’ who’ve made the military great no longer want anything to do with it. The left is not done with its need for a military, so forced service is their next choice. IMHO they may think it will bring with it a higher probably that the overall military culture will shift against traditional values and make them more pliable to be used against citizens.

China -

Taiwan reports 43 PLA aircraft and 5 PLAN vessels around our surrounding region were detected on Sept. 16, 2022.

OBSERVATION - Don’t forget, incursions have been going on every day since Pelosi’s visit. Just not always reported here.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is now well into its seventh month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

CURRENT ASSESSMENT - With the defeat of Russian forces in Kharkiv Oblast, its ability to sustain its offensive to capture the Donbas region is in jeopardy. Retreat of Russian forces have reversed 5 months worth of effort and resulted in huge losses of equipment.

********
Bad days continue for putin.

Putin apparently threatened to expand Russia’s attacks on civilian Ukrainian infrastructure if Ukraine continues reported attacks on military facilities in Russia.
Putin also made further remarks saying Russia’s ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine not open to changes, main goal is liberation of Donbas but offensive operations will not stop there and that there is ‘no hurry’ to complete military campaign in Ukraine

NYT reports Biden has once again warned President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia against using unconventional or nuclear weapons to try to turn the tide of the war in Moscow’s favor, saying that such an action would “change the face of war unlike anything since World War II.”
Speaking in an interview with the CBS News program “60 Minutes” that is scheduled to air on Sunday, Mr. Biden said that the United States’ response would be “consequential,” though he declined to go into detail.
“You think I would tell you if I knew exactly what it would be? Of course I’m not going to tell you. It’ll be consequential,” Mr. Biden said.

OBSERVATION - This as rumblings os a Moscow “escalate to de-escalate” tactical nuke employment continues to be bantered around.

More evidence of torture found on the bodies being exhumed from the mass burial site found outside of Izyum.

Logistics -
- Vast improvement in Ukranian air defenses has been costly to Russian AF. Over the past few day the loss rate has increased significantly, particularly in the east where Ukraine had its mobile ADA elements well integrated into its offensive. NOTE - 200+ days into the war, Russia has completely failed to take dominance of the air.

Economic Impact -
- Germany has today announced it is taking control of three Russian-owned refineries. The Federal Network Agency, the German electricity and gas regulator has said it has been appointed fiduciary of Berlin-based Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH.

- Russian state firm signs $9.1bn loan deal to fund Akkuyu nuclear plant in Turkey

Ukraine -

WEATHER FORECAST - Cool temperatures in the 60s and increasing rain over the 10 day forecast period. Images on social media show soil conditions starting to revert to Ukrainian mud.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
Ukrainian counteroffensive in Kharkiv Oblast continues pushing into new regions and consolidating and reinforcing its resupply lines. Russian attacks are relatively subdued, focused on the Bakhmut and Dontesk areas.

Kyiv front ——
NSR

Northern (Chernihv region ) and North Eastern (Konotop - Sumy salient) Fronts - —
NSR

Eastern (Kharkiv) front -
Several reports that Ukraine army has forced the Oskil river and controls Dvoricha, Kupyansk and Sosnove on the left bank. This would mean Russian defense line is not holding.

Heavy fighting reported around Lyman.

Multiple missile strikes overnight on central Kharkiv targeting civilian areas.

Donetsk Oblast ——
Heavy fighting reported east of Bakhmut and east of Siversk. Russian forces made some minimal gains yesterday east of Bakhmut, but with heavy losses and now decreasing options to advance due to isolation and inadequate re-supply.

Fighting around Donetsk was more sporadic yesterday with localized Russian offensives all reportedly repelled.

Monitoring development of a Ukrainian counteroffensives east of Zaporizhzhia directed southward. OPSEC keeping tight hold on information.

Crimean Front ——
Ukrainian forces struck Russia’s occupation headquarters in Kherson, likely using HIMARS, and are continuing ground maneuvers in three areas of Kherson Oblast as part of the ongoing southern counteroffensive.
Explosions were reported in Kherson from a Ukraine strike on a suspected command post.

Western / Central Ukraine ——
NSR.

Russian Territory -—
NSR

Partisan Resistance ——
Russian-appointed deputy head of Berdiansk Oleg Boyko and his wife Lyudmila were killed near their garage in what appears to be an assassination, according to the chairman of the movement “We are with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov. Lyudmila was reportedly heading the city’s commission for so-called referendum on accession to Russia

Ammunition / logistical sites hit —
Explosions reported in Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region at a suspected logistic site
Russian military base was destroyed near Molochniy Lyman in Zaporizhzhia region

OUTLOOK ——
I see little change from what I’ve been posting. Russia will continue to have problems containing Ukrainan penetration towards the east from Kharkiv and across the Oskil river. Trying to avoid out running their supplies seems to be what is slowing them down, and not Russian resistance.

Russia will continue to press attacks in the Donbas region, specifically Bakhmut and Donetsk area, in spite of the fact that these areas have essentially ceased to be tactically or strategically supportive of the eastern offensive . This is due likely to the pressure from the Kremlin/Putin to attack at all costs as well as this is the only region Russia has had any success - even though minimal. Though the ability of Russia to sustain these attacks is becoming increasingly problematical due to logistics interaction and the loss of personnel and equipment. The only way Russia can at this time fix this is by pulling forces away from the Kherson region - and creating a potential weakness there that Ukraine could exploit like they did Kharkiv.

Israel -

“The red line to us is that there should not be extraction from Karish”, Iran backed Hezbollah chief warned Israel Yesterday, Israeli Defense Minister Gantz warned Nasrallah “if he attacks Karish gas field, Lebanon will pay the price”

OBSERVATION - Negotiations continue between Israel and Lebanon, mediated by the US. Hezbollah trying to flex its muscles, but isn’t well prepared to do anything as its military effort is focused on the mainland, not gas platforms.

See Syria re: airstrikes overnight.

Iran -

According to the New York Times, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, canceled all of his public appearances and meetings last week after falling seriously ill. Doctors remain concerned that Khamenei is still too weak to even sit up in bed. Khamenei had surgery last week for a bowel obstruction after suffering severe stomach pain and high fever. He underwent the surgery at his home and office complex and is receiving round the clock monitoring from a team of doctors.
However, Khamenei was well enough to show his presence during the “Arbaeen” ceremony in Khomeini Husseinia, inside his house [Beyt] complex.

OBSERVATION - Mixed signals over his health. His death could spin the country into a period of instability of leadership as well as civil unrest.

Lebanon -

Reports that citizens have to literally rob the bank in order to withdraw funds from their accounts.

Syria -

Israel has reportedly carried out an airstrike on Damascus International airport and other positions south of the capital of Syria. Several explosions over Damascus Syria in the vicinity of the airport as well, indicating a second target was hit.

Central / South America General-

Argentina’s central bank raised its benchmark interest rate Thursday in a bid to prop up its currency and curb inflation nearing 100%.
The central bank boosted its benchmark Leliq rate by 5.5 percentage points to 75%, according to an emailed statement. The move comes a day after data showed consumer prices jumped nearly 79% a year in August, the fastest pace in 30 years. It was the bank’s ninth rate hike this year.

OBSERVATION - Argentina is not the only country facing run away inflation - many others across the globe are experiencing the same. These are indicators that the same can hit the US as well.

Armenia/Azerbaijan -

Cease fire appears to be barely holding.

RUMINT - Iran began mobilizing troops to protect its border with Armenia and told Azerbaijan they will “not tolerate a change in Armenia geography.”
RUMINT - Turkey began moving 45,000 Reserve troops because they support Azerbaijan, and Iran upped the ante by commencing movement of heavy armor to back-up its troops.

OBSERVATION - When these two countries fought over the disputed territory of Negromoro- Karembash Iran did reply forces to the border of Azerbaijan to threaten them to stop interfering with their commercial truck crossing the border. Iran called the Azeri’s a jewsh controlled state because they have been receiving military aid from Israel. Iran also sees Turkey as a rival to the control of the middle east.

Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan conflict (NEW)

A shaky cease fire is in effect, however skirmishes were reportedly still taking place. Both are sides are rushing additional forces and equipment to the border.

MP Marlan Mamataliyev says if combat resumes with Tajikistan in the morning, Kyrgyzstan will likely enter martial law and declare general mobilization. The Kyrgyzstani Parliament has now stated that if the “Invasion” of its Territory by Tajikistani Forces is not ceased by morning than a State of Martial Law will exist and a General Mobilization will be ordered within the Country.

Locked and loaded, here we go.

Globalism / Great Reset -

A team of psychological researchers from Australia is delving into the mindset of those who refuse to buy the notion that man-made climate change is quickly creating an unlivable, barren wasteland on Earth. Researchers from the University of the Sunshine Coast looked to explain why such “cranks” continue to deny what they call “the reality of climate change, its causes, impacts and the need for mitigatory action.”

The study’s authors — Breanna Fraser, Patrick Nunn, and Rachael Sharman — set out to discover why climate change skeptics think the way they do, beyond what they call “sociodemographic and value factors.” Instead, the study proposed to look at psychological factors involved in climate change skepticism. The study asked 390 Australian participants why they refused to buy the climate change narrative.

“This mixed-methods study investigated whether more malleable psychological factors: locus of control; information processing style; and anti-reflexivity, predicted climate change scepticism above and beyond socio-demographic and value factors,” the study’s abstract declares.

According to the researchers, climate change skeptics were guilty of using “mental gymnastics” in order to deny what they called “the near-universal agreement among scientists on the reality and impact of climate change.”

OBSERVATION - Those of you old enough to remember, the Soviet Union commonly put dissidents into facilities by determining they were mental cases. This lies the ground work for similar in the future. Remember, Australia and New Zealand have been the ‘beta’ test locations for population controls to counter conuter-narrative protests/thought during wuhan.

A video taken at the World Economic Forum has resurfaced showing director Klaus Schwab boasting that, within 10 years, the people of the world will be wearing “brain implants” so that the globalist WEF can “measure your brain waves” and read your thoughts. was recorded during a 2017 World Economic Forum summit in Davos, Switzerland, and has only recently re-entered the public eye. Its resurfacing comes on the heels of several other disturbing video clips and statements in which Schwab and his World Economic Forum members have openly expressed their desire to wipe out at least 94% of the world’s population, block out the sun with “space bubbles,” and “capture” powerful positions in governments worldwide.

During his 2017 talk on forcing “implants” into the brains of humans and tracking their every thought, Schwab was joined on-stage by Google co-founder Sergey Brin, a key player in the big tech transhumanist scene.

Lauding advancements in what has become openly anti-human technology, Schwab told Brin and those in the audience that, within 10 years, everyone on earth will be wearing brain implants. This will allow the WEF and their associates to “measure your brain waves” and “immediately tell you how the people react.”

“Can you imagine in 10 years when we are sitting here, we have an implant in our brains and I can immediately feel – because you all will have implants. I can measure your brain waves and I can immediately tell you how the people react, or I can feel how the people react to your answers,” Schwab said to Brin, who looked on with amazement.
“You cannot stop it,” Schwab bragged of his plan.

OBSERVATION - Though from 2017, this video is still very much valid as an expression of just some of the desires of the WEF/GGR elites. Frankly it sounds like a poor science fiction movie plot, but these guys are serious.

Yuval Noah Harari, historian, futurist, and World Economic Forum (WEF) adviser, said on Friday “climate change,” if unaddressed, may cause a “technological Noah’s ark” scenario in which “elites” escape what he framed as planetary catastrophe for humanity.
Harari’s remarks were made as he joined a discussion hosted by the Warwick Economics Summit which framed “climate change” as “the most pressing threat facing humanity.”
Harari framed “climate change” as a function of anthropogenic global warming. He stated:
Technology is obviously the key. It created the problem in the first place. It’s also a key to the solution, but by itself, technology is never a solution, because every technology can be used for for good or for ill. It depends on how you [use] it, [and] on which interests you take into account.
So yes, we need people to work on the technological aspects, but we need the politicians to direct it in the right way for the benefit of the greatest number of people and of the entire ecosystem.

One of the biggest dangers in technological utopianism — [the belief] that, “Oh, the technology will solve it” — is a kind of Noah’s arc syndrome, like in the Bible with the flood, that yes, eventually they built an arc, but just for five people or something like that. Almost everybody drowned.
There is a very big danger that with climate change, when people talk about what our future going to be like, there is no “us.” There is no “our future.” Humanity might divide into a majority – maybe – of people who would suffer tremendously, and a minority that will have the resources, the wealth, [and] the technology to protect themselves, and even flourish in some kind of technological Noah’s arc. This is extremely dangerous.
Again, I think one of the reasons that we don’t see enough urgency — from leaders, from business elites, and so forth — is that in the back of their minds they are counting on a technological Noah’s arc. and that’s very, very dangerous.

OBSERVATION - Harari is an evil person and has the ear of Schuab. Technology to support the elite, the peons can fend for themselves. I talked about technology benefitting the elites over the peons this past week, this fills some details

Police in the German capital of Berlin are preparing emergency plans in anticipation of a possible collapse of the energy grid over the winter.
The police force responsible for Berlin is currently drawing up emergency plans in the event of the city’s energy grid collapsing, with officers in Germany’s increasingly multicultural capital anticipating rioting and looting over the winter months if the worst should occur.

OBSERVATION - Chaos and energy shortages are the tools the GGR is using to shift the sheeple’s attention to an individual/group that can restore order and stability. The GGR is not worried about the damage their plans will cause, as long as they are on top when the dust clears.

Wuhan virus -

The world’s leading medical journal has conceded that the Covid pandemic could have been sparked by a laboratory leak and admits that the virus may have been engineered by scientists. Lancet, which printed an infamous article condemning suggestions of a lab leak as ‘conspiracy theories’. However, the journal – which says the world should take ‘seriously’ both main hypotheses – has also suggested the virus could be linked to laboratories in the US, provoking fears it is still promoting China’s cause rather than good science. Certainly the landmark report of the Lancet commission into Covid-19 raises many issues, including the alleged stifling of scientific debate, the role of experts and the disturbing fear the West may be kowtowing to China’s dictatorship.

OBSERVATION - With the plandemic fading in the rear view mirror for the most part, more and more critical studies are coming out, with less fear of repercussions.

Very, VERY disturbing reports coming out that the deadly Remdesivir and respirators protocols to treat people for Covid-19 targeted the unvaxxed. The claim is that doctors, hospitals, and even states were given ample incentive by the federal government to use the ineffective and dangerous protocols instead of treatments that were more effective but less profitable.

OBSERVATION - SMH, if this is true, an abomination of unimaginable magnitude has fallen upon this country. “Do no harm” has been thrown out the window. Consequences and causes can very well be linked to the GGR/WEF goals to rule the world, a world of smaller population than at present. But for the medical community to do this for the $$$ and not protect human life is unspeakable.

Economy -

Warning that the “inflation shock ain’t over,” BofA strategist Michael Hartnett highlighted that past bear markets show the average peak-to-trough declines of the S&P 500 to be around 37 percent over 289 days, according to Bloomberg. This suggests that the current bear market is estimated to end in October, with the S&P 500 at 3020 points, he calculates. As of Sept. 16, the index is at 3,873. For Hartnett’s forecast to come true, the large-cap benchmark has to decline by 853 points or by 22 percent.

OBSERVATION - For all the hype that inflation ‘dropped’ in August they are whitewashing basic fundamentals that show the upward pressures are not being relieved and are in denial that the crest is even yet to come.

Global central banks responding to spiralling inflation with aggressive interest rate hikes may trigger a liquidity crisis, high volatility and price falls in global stock markets, new research from the University of Bath shows.
The study of banking stocks between 2003 and 2012, which encompassed the global financial crisis, also showed that uncertainty about central banks’ policy decisions adversely affected market liquidity as investors, spooked by fears of even tighter monetary policy, shifted their money to lower risk areas.
“The risk is that ever-tighter monetary policy and interest rate hikes taken in very large steps will increase funding costs for financial institutions, and generate a liquidity crisis, which will increase the risk of global recession. Central banks, focused on rates and inflation, must also be aware of the dangers of a liquidity crisis”

OBSERVATION - Ignore the talking heads saying everything is ok, people moving the money say otherwise.
See link for detailed report.

FOLLOW-UP on the great shipping slowdown, which was critical this past spring.
The Port of Los Angeles, the highest-volume container gateway in America, is diverging from the nationwide trend. U.S. container imports remain close to record highs, yet imports to LA are falling double digits.
On Thursday, the Port of Los Angeles reported total throughput of 805,672 twenty-foot equivalent units in August, down 15.5% year on year (y/y). Imports came in at 404,313 TEUs, exports at 100,484 TEUs and empties at 300,875 TEUs. Imports were down big, sinking 16.8% y/y and 16.7% compared to July.

Los Angeles’ performance stands in stark contrast to the blowout numbers just announced by the Port of Savannah in Georgia. Savannah handled 290,915 TEUs of loaded imports in August, by far the highest tally in the port’s history. Savannah’s August imports were up 15.6% from July, 14.7% from the previous record month in May, 20% y/y — and 34% versus August 2019

Some shippers diverted cargos to East and Gulf Coast ports in order to avoid port congestion and as a possible hedge against West Coast labor contract negotiations,” Seroka said. “Consequently, those ports have substantial backlogs, while here in Los Angeles, we have very little congestion.”
Yet another driver of August’s drop: local competition from Long Beach, the port next door. A substantial volume of cargo shifted to Long Beach from Los Angeles. Long Beach imported 384,530 TEUs of cargo in August, up 2.2% from July.

OBSERVATION - This shift is likely to continue to other ports, especially in the face of kalifornia regulation that make the handling of shipping more and more complicated and costly. As noted, shippers started shifting to other ports even if longer sea time because it would result in them getting their products quicker than LA.

Invasion of Illegals -

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser:
“We’re not a border town. We don’t have an infrastructure to handle this type of and level of immigration to our city ... We’re not Texas.”

Translation, you can’t hold us to the same standards we put on the border communities. NIMBY

Immigration authorities are reporting the highest-ever daily number of migrants entering the United States along the southwest border, according to internal Department of Homeland Security communications reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.
Border Patrol officers are logging roughly 8,000 migrant encounters a day, the highest daily number in U.S. history, the communications show. Such a massive surge in migrants has left agencies such as Customs and Border Protection scrambling to implement new processing systems. Border Patrol typically sees an uptick in migrant encounters during the fall and winter because of favorable weather conditions.

OBSERVATION - While the libbies in Martha’s vineyard whine (minus the cheese) about 50 illegals showing up on their doorstep, the border crisis continues to grow and as noted, will as weather improves (less heat).

CW2/Domestic violence -

On Tiffany Cross’s show MSNBC show on Saturday, resident provocateur Elie Mystal of The Nation made an invidious generalization about white people that would be condemned as racist if made in respect of people of another race.
Commenting on Donald Trump’s statement that there would be “big problems” in the country if he is indicted, and the possibility of violence, Mystal said:
The cause of the problem, of course, is Trump himself and his MAGA acolytes themselves, and the people who are willing to do the violence in Trump’s name. Again, I’m not, I guess I want to say that I’m not surprised that he’s threatening this because, A, he’s literally done it before. And B, this is literally what conservative white folks do when they don’t get their way. They turn violent . . . White people turn violent when they don’t politically get their way. All the damn time in this country. It’s what they do!”

OBSERVATION - This is the drumbeat of the left. It has been the left that turns violent, from the Berkley riots, to the 2020 BLM/Antifa multi billion dollars of damage, to the threats on the lives of USSC justices and their families to the latest at U of NM. We here at FR know this already, but the sheeple who listen to these arrogant ignoramuses with delusions of adequacy know nothing else.
Really, keeping my powder dry for when the left finally crosses the line and ‘white people’ will ahve to show what violence really is.

CANCEL CULTURE FRONT

Spurred by a Texas law prohibiting big tech platforms from censoring speech on their platforms based on viewpoint, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a blistering ruling that rebuked platforms who had sued to block the law’s implementation, opening the door for the Supreme Court to weigh in on whether or not companies like YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter are permitted to censor or block speech they deem objectionable.

OBSERVATION - A solid slap in the face fo the technobullies, but this will be headed to the USSC. Big Tech is trying to play both sides of the fence - claiming free speech and claiming private corporate rights to censor chosen speech.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is now well into its seventh month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

CURRENT ASSESSMENT - With the their defeat, Russian forces in Kharkiv Oblast, its ability to sustain its offensive to capture the Donbas region is in jeopardy. Retreat of Russian forces have reversed 5 months worth of effort and resulted in huge losses of equipment.

********
Bad days continue for putin.

Underlining Russia’s widening isolation on the world stage, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India told President Vladimir V. Putin on Friday that it is no time for war — even as the Russian president threatened to escalate the brutality of his campaign in Ukraine.
The televised critique by Mr. Modi at a regional summit in Uzbekistan came just a day after Mr. Putin acknowledged that Xi Jinping, China’s leader, had “questions and concerns” about the war.
Taken together, the distancing from Mr. Putin by the heads of the world’s two most populous countries — both of which have been pivotal to sustaining Russia’s economy in the face of Western sanctions

OBSERVATION - Xi and Modi’s coldness towards putin are significant and may drive putin to do something irrational.

The Czech Republic calls for a special international tribunal to investigate the Izyum mass graves. The Czech Republic is currently holding the EU presidency, so his comments calling for punishment against the crime of aggression could lead to broader EU action against Russia.

OBSERVATION - Short a complete overthrow of Russia, putin and his military leaders will not be affected by any finding by the EU. It will affect trade and the imposition of more sanctions.

Logistics -
- Finland’s yle news says Russia has emptied many of its antiaircraft defense batteries around St. Petersburg, using missiles to attack Ukraine. (in part because Russia is running short on precision-guided weapons)

- Use of Iranian UAVs hav become a concern in some Ukranian circles but so far they do not seem like game changers.

Ukraine -

WEATHER FORECAST - Cool temperatures in the 60s and increasing rain over the 10 day forecast period. Images on social media show soil conditions starting to revert to Ukrainian mud.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
The Ukrainian counteroffensive in Kharkiv Oblast continues to push east and southeast re-securing more roads, settlements and pushing Russian units back.

Russian forces are digging into defensive positions east of the Oskil river while continuing to conduct offensives around Bakhmut. Russian forces are desperately trying to reinforce the Svatove defensive lines as it is the primary gateway of their resupply corridor from Belgorod.

Kyiv front ——
NSR

Northern (Chernihv region ) and North Eastern (Konotop - Sumy salient) Fronts - —
NSR

Eastern (Kharkiv) front -
Heavy fighting continued yesterday near Lyman, Bakhmut, Soledar and east of Siversk.

Russian artillery concentrated in the support of attacks against Bakhmut and Donetsk attacks with sporadic artillery other places along the LOC / Russian border. Scattered Russian artillery fire south of Lyman.

Russian base destroyed as result of explosion in Svatove.

Donetsk Oblast ——
Russian attacks were more sporadic around Donetsk City. Russian forces were repelled moving on Zaitseve yesterday and trying to advance towards Bakhmut.

Crimean Front ——
Heavy gunfire was reported in occupied Kherson by both Ukrainian and Russian sources. Russian media reports that a group of “armed men” were neutralised in Kherson. There are rumors that the action in Kherson City was some sort of Russian exercise to show their strength and capability in the occupied city, likely to deter partisan activity. No verification as yet.

A series of explosions was heard in Kherson. Presumably, strikes were made on Russian equipment at the Petrovsky factory.

Western / Central Ukraine ——
NSR.

Russian Territory -—
NSR

Partisan Resistance ——
NSR

Ammunition / logistical sites hit —
Explosions in Orlianske and over 10 explosions in Melitopol

OUTLOOK ——
The biggest item on the radar is Ukraine’s probable press eastward of the Oskil river and the attempt to liberate or at least control the logistic routes at Svatove. Svatove is a key crossroad location of rail and roads that keeps the Russian war effort in eastern Ukraine supplied. This is even more cirtical with the loss of key cities in Kharkiv Oblast.
Russia is still struggling to turn the rag-tag remnants of its Kharkiv forces into preparation and manning of a new defensive line focused on the area between the Oskil and Svatov. There are unconfirmed reports of Russia pulling some forces out of the Donbas offensive to construct/reinforce the defense of that area. Worst case scenario for Russia is another punch through defensive lines and then a pivot southward for another romp through Russia rear areas and a collapse of Russian defenses/forces. My big question is can Ukraine consolidate its gains and position forces to do this before Russia can construct defenses in depth, manned by soldiers willing to hold the line? As I’ve said before , the Ukrainian OODA loop is running a lot tighter and quicker than Russia’s and the tactical situationis in Ukraine’s favor.

Belarus -

Alexander Lukashenko says that Ukraine is forming security units to overthrow the authorities in Belarus.

OBSERVATION - Lukashenko faces a lot of resistance to his rule and in fact many Belarusians have gone to Ukraine to fight for it. He has only tepid support from the military as it is. He as probably well base concerns that these Belarusians return from Ukraine, thew will fix their eyes on overthrowing him.

Israel -

Reports of fast air over Lebanon and explosions in Syria. Likely Israeli airstrikes.

Iran -

Security forces in Iran on Saturday fired tear gas at protesters, gathered in the northwestern city of Saqez following the death of a young woman in custody.
The rally took place after the funeral for 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who was arrested by the so-called morality police in Tehran on Tuesday over her headscarf or hijab.
She was declared dead on Friday, having spent three days in a coma after what police said was a heart attack but which some Iranians believe was a beating.
Following the 1979 Islamic Revolution, the law requires all women, regardless of nationality or religious belief, to wear a hijab that covers the head and neck while concealing the hair.
Members of the morality police — known formally as the Gasht-e Ershad (Guidance Patrol) — enforce the strict dress code. In recent years, they have been criticized for their heavy-handed treatment of people, especially young women.

OBSERVATION - Continued heavy handedness by the Imans to subjugate the population is reaching the point of push back. Under the Shah, women were able to dress more westernly. Under Islam they lost all that and more. Throw the on top of all the other policies that have hammered Iranians and the pushback on Tehran will only continue to grow.

Central / South America General-

Senior leaders have called for calm after days of violent anti-government protests in Haiti. Protesters are demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry, after an end to government fuel subsidies caused petrol and diesel prices to skyrocket.
The latest demonstrations come as inflation has risen to its highest level in a decade, 40% of the country is relying on food assistance to survive, and chronic gang violence has left hundreds dead and thousands displaced.

OBSERVATION - Haiti continues to be a hell hole, but it is demonstrative of how peoples when faced with unaffordable food prices ( and lack of availability), no power and over run by gangs (see also Antifa here in the US) they will turn violent. This is becoming evident across the world. Just go up post to see Germany preparing for similar riots and protests.

Armenia/Azerbaijan -

Cease fire still holding.

U.S. Congressional Delegation led by Pelosi arrived in Yerevan for her first visit to Armenia.

OBSERVATION - What is she doing there? She is as worthless as a screen door on a submarine given the current situation.

Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan conflict (NEW)

Border clashes appear to have slowed down with the situation continuing to be tense.

Regarding the German preparations for energy problems, watch for any problems created this Winter by their Green energy policies to be significantly under-reported by the U.S. media. Our Left is still pushing this crap, hard, and don’t want people to see the results.

“OBSERVATION - Chaos and energy shortages are the tools the GGR is using to shift the sheeple’s attention to an individual/group that can restore order and stability. The GGR is not worried about the damage their plans will cause, as long as they are on top when the dust clears.”.....

We can all see they are not concerned with the damage their plans cause now nor later.

wee doggies, what a night to dig through.

Wuhan virus -

Biden declared the coronavirus pandemic “over” in an interview that aired Sunday, pointing to the return of large events and the lack of masking and other public health measures in place nationwide.
“The pandemic is over,” Biden told “60 Minutes” from the Detroit auto show last Wednesday, the first time the even has been held since the onset of the pandemic in 2020.

“the pandemic is over. if you notice, no one’s wearing masks. Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape. And so I think it’s changing. And I think this is a perfect example of it.”

OBSERVATION - One of many statements the WH is trying to back track on

Economy -

(H/T TIK) The White House-brokered agreement to avert a railroad strike has the potential to fall apart, threatening widespread economic disruption right before the midterm elections. Rail workers are set to vote on the tentative deal reached between unions and railroads Thursday morning. If any of the 12 rail unions fail to ratify a new contract, nearly 125,000 rail workers could be headed for a strike.

OBSERVATION - Eyes on the midterm time frame. . . . .

“Tighter monetary policy from the Federal Reserve and persistently elevated construction costs have brought on a housing recession,” said National Association of Homebuilders Chief Economist Robert Dietz. “The total volume of single-family starts will post a decline in 2022, the first such decrease since 2011.”
Inflation has rattled the economy, surging to 8.3% as measured by the consumer price index’s latest reading. The too-high inflation has triggered a chain reaction, beginning with the Federal Reserve raising interest rates, that has now filtered down to residential construction through higher mortgage rates.
The construction industry is a good gauge of the overall health of the economy and can be an early indicator of recessions because of how many jobs it supports and how many goods are used in the construction process. Adam Graham is a construction industry analyst at Fixr, a company that specializes in home improvement and remodeling resources. He contends that homebuilder confidence is a crucial metric of the health of different market segments.

OBSERVATION - I’v said before, housing is a recognized bellwether on the economy. The fed has essentially said it will be collateral damage in their fight against inflation.

Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers said that the Federal Reserve would likely hike rates past 4.5%, while slowing their aggressive tightening could result in “substantial” economic costs. Meanwhile, Summers expects the European energy crisis to have significant spillover effects on the U.S. economy, emphasizing its importance to inflation in the coming months.

OBSERVATION - US and European economies are closely linked as what effects one will ripple outward and affect all.

Invasion of Illegals -

NYC is “nearing its breaking point” as Republican governors continue to send an influx of asylum seekers to the city, mayor says.

OBSERVATION - not chic being a sanctuary city any more.

Biden / Harris watch -

biden’s 60 minute interview was a disaster, causing the WH to go into immediate spin. Some take aways
- People disapprove of me because they are psychologically unable to be happy
- We will defend Taiwan with our troops.
- Waffled on his candidacy for 2024
- Mental acuity - don’t need o sticking mental acuity
- wuhan is done.
- 8.3% inflation rate is good.

China -
From 60 minute interview.

Q: “But would U.S. forces defend the island?”
Biden: “Yes, if in fact there was an unprecedented attack.”

Q: “So unlike Ukraine, to be clear, sir. U.S. forces, U.S. men and women would defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion?”
Biden: “Yes.”

However as with most of his comments, a White House official later saithat U.S. policy on Taiwan has not changed.

North/South Korea -

Removing the nuke watch. Though NK by all observations can still conduct a test at any time, it doesn’t seem the geopolitics isn’t right.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is now well into its seventh month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

One of Russia’s most popular singers, Alla Pugacheva, has called on the Russian authorities to declare her a “foreign agent”, in solidarity with her strongly anti-war husband Maxim Galkin.
A showbiz star too, he was labelled a “foreign agent” on Friday after condemning Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
On social media Pugacheva called her husband “a true incorruptible Russian patriot, who wants... an end to our lads dying for illusory aims”.

Russia has widened its strikes on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure in the past week following setbacks on the battlefield and is likely to expand its target range further, Britain said on Sunday. “As it faces setbacks on the front lines, Russia has likely extended the locations it is prepared to strike in an attempt to directly undermine the morale of the Ukrainian people and government,” it said in a intelligence update.

Russian Defense Ministry officials announced the start of a series of naval drills in the eastern Arctic Sea. The Umka-22 Exercises seek to test the Russian force’s readiness for a conflict in the strategic region. The exercises, which began with the launch of cruise missiles from Russian nuclear submarines in the Chukchi Sea, and coastal batteries on the Chukchi peninsula opposite Alaska.

RUMINT -
Putin is increasingly relying on irregular volunteer and proxy forces rather than conventional units and formations of the Russian Federation Armed Forces.

Putin’s souring relationship with the military command and the MoD is increasing as he takes greater control and command of the Ukrainian offperation.

Logistics -
- Ukraine captured intact one of Russia’s new and highly touted T-90 MBTs.

Russian Personnel Issues -
- Russia has been forced to throw together ad hoc units following the Kharkiv disaster. Unconfirmed reports suggest this has created further tensions, inequality, and an overall lack of cohesiveness between forces.
- Analysts suggest that Putin appears to be increasingly relying on irregular, poorly trained ad-hoc volunteer and proxy units rather than attempting to rebuild damaged or destroyed conventional Russian ground forces units.
- Reports that reports that Russia had withdrawn S-300 air defense systems from Syria. Unkonwn if they are going to be used for air defense or modified for ground attack

Economic Impact -
- Russia continues to make back door deals, particularly in selling oil to willing countries. Turkey just recently announced purchase of Russian oil with payment in Rubles.

Ukraine -

WEATHER FORECAST - Cool temperatures in the 60s and increasing rain over the 10 day forecast period. Images on social media show soil conditions starting to revert to Ukrainian mud. The first snow fell in the Carpathian Mountains in southeastern Ukraine - winter is coming and it will not go well for Russian forces.

RUMINT -
A Ukrainian official stated that Ukrainian forces are waiting for the fall of Lyman before beginning ground operations to retake Luhansk Oblast.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
A great deal of hub but about suspected Ukrainian operations around Lyman and Lysychansk overnight. The axis and avenues of attack are logical continuations of known Ukrainian efforts, though some of the claims seem over blown. The action is well worth the effort to monitor as the fog of war lifts and the real action is better revealed.
Ukrainian pressure in the east (Kharkiv), south (Zaporizhzhia) and west (Kherson) have essentially frozen the Russian forces in place and thrown them into critical defensive operations. Even the Russian assaults in the east have significantly dropped off.

Kyiv front ——
NSR

Northern (Chernihv region ) and North Eastern (Konotop - Sumy salient) Fronts - —
NSR

Eastern (Kharkiv) front -
There is some confusion on the state of the Ukranian offensive in the Lyman region. What is clear is that Ukraine appears to be on the verge of surrounding Lyman and is poised to press on to the liberation of Lysychansk. Unconfirmed reports are that the Russian defenders in Lyman appear to consist in large part of BARS (Russian Combat Army Reserve) reservists and the remnants of units badly damaged in the Kharkiv Oblast counteroffensive, and the Russians do not appear to be directing reinforcements to this area.

What we do know is that video posted on social media shows Ukrainian soldiers driving through the village of Bilohorivka, located west of Lysychansk.
Russian occupation authorities in Donetsk region claimed Ukrainian assault repelled at Kreminna. If this is true, then Ukraine has penetrated deep into Luhansk and is positioning to encircle Lyman as well as the Lysychansk area.

The Ukrainian troops have extended a bridgehead near Lyman to connect it to the Svyatohirsk area, setting the stage for the liberation of Drobysheve and/or Yampil, both key cities in the press towards Lysychansk

Ukrainian forces appear to be expanding positions east of the Oskil River and north of the Siverskyi Donets River that could allow them to envelop Russian troops holding around Lyman. Further Ukrainian advances east along the north bank of the Siverskyi Donets River could make Russian positions around Lyman untenable and open the approaches to Lysychansk and ultimately Severondinetsk

Ukranian forces are also pressing towards Lyman on another axis via terrain east of Siversk.

RUMINT that Ukrainian SF and Foreign Legion units have entered Lysychansk and already got units across the river to the east and near Severondinetsk, Lysychansk’s twin city.

More RUMINT concerning a reported Russian command of a “no retreat” order last week for all units serving in Donbas, requiring that Russian forces operating on the axis hold their positions regardless of the unfolding situation in front of them.

OBSERVATION - The unconfirmed reports would indicate Ukraine is focused on the Lyman- Severondinetsk-Lysychansk region for liberation. These were cities Russia expended a lot of men and material in capturing. Ukraine may well be attempting to exploit Russian disarray to strike while the iron is hot.

In the northern Kharkiv region - Ukrainian forces have crossed and apparently secured Kupiansk. This will likely be used as a stepping stone towards pushing further east to Svatove, Luhansk Oblast. Svatove has served as a hub on the Russian ground lines of communication (GLOCs) to Severodonetsk.

Donetsk Oblast ——
More Russian attacks in the Bakhmut area repelled.
Russian army launched at least 8 missiles against infrastructure objects in Zaporizhzhia, missiles were launched from Zaporizhzhia region. East of Zaporizhzhia, repotedly the Ukrainian counteroffensive continues to make steady gains with reports of a further settlement re-secured yesterday but those claims have not been confirmed.

Crimean front -
Unconfirmed reports that Russian forces in western Kherson Oblast may be attempting to fall back to more defensible positions in a controlled withdrawal to avoid the chaotic retreat that characterized the collapse of Russian defenses in Kharkiv. It is believed that these forces are composed of more professional and well-trained and equipped units such as VDV and are concentrated in a small area in Kherson Oblast and were better prepared for the expected counteroffensive.

Reports of strong explosions in occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhya region

Ukrainian state power company Energoatom- Russian forces struck the South Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant early today. Reactor was not compromised.

Western / Central Ukraine ——
Russian missile strike at industrial zone of Pivdenno-Ukrainska nuclear power plant, 300 meters from the reactors.
One of units of Oleksandrivska Hydro power plant shutdown due to Russian missile strike

Russian Territory -—
NSR

Partisan Resistance ——
Melitopol, Ukrainian partisans successfully targeted the Russian installed head of the State Bureau of Investigation of the People’s Militia
As a result of the explosion in the center of Melitopol, collaborator Denys Stefankov was killed.
Explosions were reported in and around Kherson again yesterday, with reports Ukrainian forces targeted Russian communications.

Ammunition / logistical sites hit —
Russian base was destroyed in occupied Kadiivka, Luhansk region.
Nova Kakhovka was hit overnight with reports of Russian defenses and resupplies heavily targeted.

OUTLOOK ——
Ukraine will continue to exploit Russian weakness in the east. There is potential that if the rumors are correct they may be close to another break through in the Lyman area that could accelerate the Russian loss of Luhansk Oblast. This is a key area to keep your eyes on this week.
Russia appears to be increasingly targeting Ukrainian power production and other civilian infrastructure. Few if any missiles are being used to target legitimate military sites.

Europe / NATO General -

Starting from Monday, the Baltic states and Poland will close their border to Russian tourists. The only land border for Russian tourists to enter the EU will be Finnish border.
Finland’s refusal to join the Baltic-Polish approach has sparked heated discussion in Finland.

Pakistan -

The historic flood has placed the country on the path of a potential famine on top of the economic disaster that is unfolding. Homes, roads, railways, crops, livestock and livelihoods have been washed away in the extreme weather event. With agriculture making up nearly a quarter of Pakistan’s economy, officials now say the unprecedented floods may have cost up to $40bn . Across the country, an estimated 800,000 cattle - a key source of income for rural families - have been lost in the floods.
Farmers who have not had their crops and livestock washed away are now reportedly running low on feed for their cattle.
Roughly 70% of the onion harvest, along with rice and corn, has been destroyed, according to Pakistan’s climate change minister, Sherry Rehman. Pakistan is the world’s fourth largest rice exporter, with markets in Africa and China.
Pakistan’s inflation rate was more than 24% before the floods, according to reports, and some costs have climbed by 500%.

OBSERVATION - This combined with the current political chaos could push Pakistan into a societal breakdown / collapse.

Syria -

CENTCOM report - At approximately 7:05 pm in Syria on September 18th, a rocket attack targeting the Green Village base in northeast Syria failed to strike US or Coalition forces or equipment.
Three 107mm rockets targeted the base. A fourth rocket along with rocket tubes was found at the launch point, approximately 5 kilometers away.
US forces in northeast Syria are investigating the incident.

OBSERVATION - I expect US airstrikes on Iranian backed militia groups within the next few days. That has been the pattern

Armenia/Azerbaijan -

Cease fire still holding.

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry on Sunday called a speech by U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi supporting Armenia is “deeply regrettable” and will “escalate tension” amid her visit to the country and a rise in conflict at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. “Armenia is of particular importance to us because the focus on security following the illegal and deadly attacks from Azerbaijan on Armenian territory,” Pelosi said. “We strongly condemn the attacks, we and our delegation, on behalf of the Congress, which threatens prospects for much-needed peace.”

Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan conflict (NEW)

The situation on the contested border between the two Central Asian neighbors was, however, calm on Sunday afternoon, according to Kyrgyz authorities.
Clashes regularly erupt between the two former Soviet republics, as around half of their 970-kilometre (600-mile) border is still to be demarcated.

OBSERVATION - Expect continued tension in the region.

Misc of Note -

Puerto Rico lost all electrical power as Cat 1 Fiona hit. This is crazy considering the billions spent repairing the grid following the last major hurricane strike. IMHO more evidence of political corruption syphoning off

So much out there make it hard to pick out the key items.

Globalism / Great Reset -

Although biden has declared the wuhan crisis ‘over’, he still maintains the July 15 official “public health emergency” declaration, which gives the federal government sweeping expanded powers and lets them unilaterally spend billions more on welfare, through October 13. And Biden is expected to extend this declaration again through the midterm elections.

OBSERVATION - Said it once, say it again, It’s about power, not the disease.

The WEF kicked off its Sustainable Development Impact Meetings on Monday in New York, hosting a technocratic tyranny themed confab (under the guise of a continuing “climate crisis”) on the sidelines of the annual U.N. General Assembly meetings.
The WEF, which serves as the narratives and ideas shop of the global ruling class, helped to popularize movements such as The Great Reset and the Build Back Better campaign, among other maneuvers designed to “transition” the world to a system of authoritarian “global governance.”
In New York, the WEF’s programming features the “climate crisis” front and center, as WEF President Klaus Schwab and his cantillionaire compatriots clearly understand this movement as the best opportunity to hoover up the remaining rights and property of individuals and nations.
Two panels slated to run Tuesday will feature big names at MSNBC and CNN. MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle will headline the “green transition” and “the future of work panel.” Another panel, titled “tackling disinformation,” will showcase CNN VP Rachel Smolkin.
On Wednesday, the WEF will host a “Web3’s Climate Impact” meeting. Web3 is a term coined by one of the cofounders of Ethereum, a digital asset that was recently reengineered into the foundation for a potential global Central Bank Digital Currency.
https://dossier.substack.com/p/wef-hosts-new-york-climate-crisis

OBSERVATION - The pivot is clearly evident here. Backed by WEF’s statement of success in forcing billions to give up rights under the wuhan plandemic, they are moving on to climate crisis as a vehicle to press their agenda and gain more leverage on the global community.
A special note is the inclusion of a Ethereum-based digital currency for global use. Keep this in mind with the WEF/GGR’s desire to track individual cabin foot prints. Folloiing China’s social credit system, exceed your carbon allotment and you will be denied use of your funds.

The Guardian reports that poor nations demand the UN consider a global tax for “climate-related and justice-based” tax on big fossil fuel users and air travel. The Left is not fond of air travel, except for the elite. The same goes for sea travel.
The poor countries, probably with much encouragement from the Davos crowd, demand the richest countries (i.e. the US) fork over taxes for using fossil fuels and flying and their allegedly irrecoverable losses.
The idea is wealthy nations, especially the US, cause the climate to change. We also give them billions in aid and other assistance.

OBSERVATION - Again, another control measure by the WEF/GGR crowd for a massive wealth redistribution. Biden agreed to a 15% minimum global tax in June 2021 amid talks of exemptions for China. They also talked about exemptions for certain corporations (ESG compliant). Normalcy bias screams this isn’t happening - but folks it is and is on its way, faster than we would like.

Schools are proselytizing for transgender ideology, and medical centers are seeking out younger and younger patients to “help” with their procedures. Some are now seeking children as young as four to begin transformation.

OBSERVATION - This hellish drive to transition as many as possible has a dual purpose to the GGR crowd. First it drives a wedge into the family and traditional judo-christian standards.
Second, it accomplishes a desire to decrease the population of the world, as these children after undergoing ‘transition’ would be unable to procreate as adults.

Wuhan virus -

Since the rollout of the COVID-19 mRNA and DNA injections, reports of neuromyelitis, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, shingles, lupus, diabetes, and many other autoimmune conditions have either suddenly appeared, or relapsed, often with worsened symptoms.
In the case of COVID-19 and its vaccines, many studies since the start of the pandemic have shown that the spike protein shares similarities with human proteins both in its structure and in its basic chemical sequence. This means the spike protein can increase the risk of developing autoimmunity and implies that the mRNA and DNA vaccines, which cause the body to make large amounts of spike protein, would do the same. “If the spike protein from SARS-CoV-2 contribute to autoimmunity, then why not spike protein from the vaccine? It seems that somehow when we get to that point, the scientists and many people try to keep their distance,” said Dr. Aristo Vojdani, head of Immunosciences Lab and a pioneer in the field of clinical immunology.

OBSERVATION - Shortly after the state of the wuhan jab phase of the pandemic, concerns were raised about how the mRNA appears to impact the human immune system negatively by suppressing the natural system. With the came warnings of a possible Autoimmune Diseases interactions. These concerns were washed over by the CDC et al as misinformation, but inquiring minds are now bringing these to the forefront with clinical proofs and evidences. More and more it is apparent that the jab is a deliberate attack on humanity for a minor disease.

Economy -

Walmart, Target and other big retailers are cancelling billions of dollars in orders and paring down their inventories apparently in anticipation of a significant recession by years end. Same retailers have an excess of inventory and conducting sales to reduce that as well.

OBSERVATION - General consensus I’ve read indicates that they don’t want to get caught with too much merchandise (at a high price) when the economy goes south.

The median household income in the United States declined 2.8 percent from 2019 to 2021, dropping from $72,808 in 2019 (in constant 2021 dollars) to $70,784 in 2021, according to newly released data from the Census Bureau.

OBSERVATION - This is probably understated, inflation has hit the middle and lower classes hard.

A Barclays survey finds that consumers expect the price of oil to fluctuate between $80-$100 in 2023. Barclays’ latest forecast is that oil will average $94 in 2023, citing production cuts by OPEC+ nations.

OBSERVATION - continued high gas prices in a very volatile market.

Invasion of Illegals -

The Martha’s Vineyard gig was so embarrassing to liberals that they are now trying to find a way to prosecute Texas and Florida governors for shipping illegals to blue sanctuary cities.
IN RELATED - Jonathan Turley threw cold water on the lefts cries to prosecute under human trafficking said. “If that was the case, then Joe Biden would be the biggest coyote ever. Right? I mean he’s transferring thousands of people across the country, also public interest organizations transfer migrants. All of them are saying, as they need to, and need to establish, that this is done with their consent, but there are rational reasons why migrants would want to go to New York or Chicago and away from these border areas,” he said

OBSERVATION - Make the left live by the rules they created. . . .

“Failing communist regimes in Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba are driving a new wave of migration across the Western Hemisphere, including the recent increase in encounters at the southwest U.S. border,” said Customs and Border Commissioner Chris Magnus in a news release announcing yet another month of 200,000-plus foreigners crossing the southwest border.

RELATED - For the first time, migrant encounters at the border have surpassed two million in one year. CBP reports there were 203,598 migrant encounters at the border in August, bringing the total for FY’22 to 2,150,370, and there is still one month left to go.”
“Failing communist regimes in Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba are driving a new wave of migration across the Western Hemisphere, including the recent increase in encounters at the southwest U.S. border,” Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus, said in a statement.

OBSERVATION - NEW MILESTONE over 2 million in one year. Many are noting that Venezuela in particular is pushing violent criminals out of their prisons and sending them north to the US.

Biden / Harris watch -

biden was seated 14 rows back, behind many he sees as beneath him. Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife were seated near the front, The King of Jordan and his wife were seated in the 5th row, the Emperor and Empress of Japan were seated in the 6th row, and Poland’s president was seated in the row ahead of Joe and Jill.

OBSERVATION - America Last, 0bama would be proud.

With the WH having to jump to contradict POTUS’s publicly stated policy positions in a soft ball interview, raises questions about who actually runs the executive branch.

CW2/Domestic violence -

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is allegedly fabricating evidence again, this time the “white supremacist threat” according to whistle blowers. It is the slur of preference by any on the left to describe opposing views.

OBSERVATION - Though the deep state’s desire to designate domestic terrorist started overtly during 0bama, it has accelerated ten fold in just the past couple years under biden. These recent revelations strongly suggest that a foundation is being laid by which the govt can crack down on conservatives and others who won’t toe the marxist democrat party line. Given the apparent willingness of the FBI to support this ploy, soon to be reinforced by 87,000 IRS special agents (many of which may see themselves as 007 types) the threat of govt stepping over the line further and using lethal force on these designated enemies of democracy comes closer and closer.

IN RELATED - The ATF requested a 13% increase to its 2023 budget to fund an expansion of enforcement, an increase in oversight of Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL), a national gun database, the reclassification of 40,000,000 AR-15 pistols as NFA items, and an increase to the annual stipend for agents killed in the field to $50,000 per year.

OBSERVATION - The ATF and the left have developed back door methods to create defacto gun database through numerous mans to avoid breaking the clearly stated law against such. These items will be viciously opposed in court by second amendment supporters and organizations. In the current atmosphere, the USSC has made it relative clear that the ATF would lose these cases. But then again, lawlessness pervades the current administration and alphabet agencies.

Portland Antifa continues to demolish the city to make it ungovernable. Most recently are attacks on businesses that don’t toe their political agenda for increased homelessness and crime.

The pro-gun Leftist John Brown Gun Club (JBGC) announced two chapters in the past week: Space City, in the Cape Canaveral area of Florida, and Santa Barabara, California. Both chapters are focusing on medical training as their first initiative. These trainings are used as outreach, networking, and recruiting sessions. (FO)

OBSERVATION - This is a continued action by the left to try to counter the armed advantage of conservatives and in particular rural conservatives by activating leftists in these red areas.

Strategic Activity / Deployments -

The USS Ronald Reagan is set to visit South Korea this week in a show of force following North Korea’s latest round of nuclear threats. The aircraft carrier and its battle group will conduct joint military readiness drills with its South Korean counterparts to show “the firm resolve by the Korea-U.S. alliance for the sake of peace and stability on the Korean peninsula,” according to a South Korean navy spokesperson. This will be the first joint military exercise since 2017 when the U.S. sent three carrier strike groups to the region following a North Korean nuclear test.

China -

Beijing says it “deplores” the US president’s latest interview, in which he indicated Washington’s readiness to defend Taiwan.

China is apparently going to issue some kind of stimulus ‘voucher’ to try to kick start its struggling economy. Other financial moves are being made to minimize influence from western investors and make things more domestically driven.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is now well into its seventh month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

Word is coming out that Russian occupied territories are going to have a flash referendum to become part of Russia is being floated. The rush being caused by the Ukrainian successful offensive in the east and the threat of similar in the south. This could give justification for Russia to more formally mobilize to defend Russian ‘territory’ versus the current ‘special operation’. Such could increase their ability to muster a larger military force.

RUMINT -
A recent leaked report from the Russian Ministry of Finance completed in late August gave the Russian army’s “special military operations” in Ukraine some death toll numbers. According to this report, the Russian government needs to allocate 361 billion rubles for the pensions of the fallen Russian troops, an average of about 7 million rubles per person, and a total of 48,759 dead. A common estimate of wounded is 3 times the death rate - in this case some where near 150,000.

Russian Personnel Issues -
- The Duma is reportedly passing a bill to increase punishment on disrupters as well as Russian who allow themselves to be captured and become POWs. Included are more strict rules to force more into signing on to the Ukraine fight.

Economic Impact -
- Turkish lenders Isbank and Denizbank have suspended use of Russian payment system Mir, the banks said, following a U.S. crackdown on those accused of helping Moscow skirt sanctions over the war in Ukraine.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
Ukraine keeps pushing in Kharkiv Oblast and is out maneuvering Russian forces attempting to defend Lyman. More gains also reported in the Kherson offensive. Artillery appears to be more sporadic though concentrated around the Bakhmut.

Russian also continues its attacks around Bakhmut, making minor south of the city. Heaviest Russian artillery is concentrated from Lyman and around to the Donetsk region.

Occupation authorities in parts of Kherson and Luhansk region to hold fake poll on annexation by Russian Federation.

The organization overseeing the export of agricultural products from Ukraine said that so far 163 vessels have left the besieged country since ports reopened. The Joint Coordination Center, an initiative of Ukraine, Russia, the United Nations and Turkey, said the ships transported a total of 3.6 million metric tons of grain and other food products.

Partisan Resistance ——
.Ukrainian partisans reportedly used an IED to kill collaborationist policeman Denys Stefanok in Melitopol on September 18

OUTLOOK ——
Well, yesterday’s hub-bub concerning Ukraine offensive in the east turned out to be mostly false. But OTOH Ukraine is progressing to start the apparent liberation of Luhansk while maneuvering to complete the liberation of Kharkiv Oblast.

Russian will continue to attack in the Bakhmut area, attacks that military analysts scratch their heads over since they do little to stop the Ukrainian offensives or gain tacitly significant territory.

OVERALL - I expect more of the same in the near term. Ukraine is claiming its offensive will have Kharkiv Oblast liberated and secured by the end of the month and I see them on track to do so, out maneuvering Russian forces all along the front. I see Russia being pressed even more around Lyman and eastward towards Lysychansk. Such a break through would once again permit Ukraine to romp through Russian rear areas.

Moldova/Transnistria -

Protests have broken out Moldova over consumer energy costs, with protestors denouncing the government for failing to reach a fair energy deal with Russia.

OBSERVATION - More evidence that this may well be a very dark winter throughout Europe as well as the rest of the world as citizens face energy shortages and higher prices for essential items like food and fuel.

Europe / NATO General -

Citing concerns of government corruption, European Union officials announced the organization had suspended funding to the Republic of Hungary.

Pakistan -

At a public rally, former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan declared a revolution is at hand in Pakistan. Citing the ongoing crisis caused by widespread flooding and political upheaval, Khan said the Pakistani people “wanted a peaceful revolution through the ballot.” Khan, who was previously accused of terrorism by the Pakistani government and opposition officials, called on all parties to respect the ongoing ‘peaceful revolution’ in Pakistan, warning that any resistance might eliminate all stakeholders by changing its course.

OBSERVATION - I told you so. The flooding disaster and associated economic disaster that is Pakistan will result in people like Kahn trying to take advantage of the situation for their own benefit. BTW - Khan is the cause for the economic turmoil - the reason he was kicked out of the PM position to begin with. He still has a substantial number of followers.

Hump day - its all down hill from here both figuratively and literally.

Globalism / Great Reset -

The CEO of the BlackRock investment firm said that skyrocketing energy prices are shrinking the “green premium” and causing more investment to flow into green energy sources.
Larry Fink was being interviewed by former President Bill Clinton as part of the Clinton Global Initiative when he made the comments in defense of ESG environmental scoring.
“Because of the rise in energy prices, we are certainly seeing the green premium shrink quite considerably,” said Fink.
“And so the amount of investment dollars that are going into new decarbonization technologies is accelerating, and they are accelerating very rapidly,” he added.
Despite admitting that ESG is worsening the energy crisis, Fink went on to say that the crisis is causing instability across the world. “In the next seven months, we are in a transition,” said Fink.
“And it’s not gonna be a pretty transition. We have food insecurity worldwide, which is going to be creating more elevated crisis. We have not yet seen all the increases that we should expect to see in food. We have imbalances in energy right now in the short term,” he explained.
He went on to say that there is a lack of hope in the world and a growing fear because of economic instability.

OBSERVATION - Let us not forget that Fink is one of the prime creators of this instability and insecurity - by leveraging BlackRock’s massive assets to force corporations/companies to embrace green.
Note also the ‘lack of hope’ - this is what the GGR/WEF cabal wants to exploit then they finally pull the trigger to institute a global world order.

Wuhan virus -

A CDC study conducted by several doctors from the University of Colorado has found that Covid-19 vaccination can cause children to suffer Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Disease (V-AED), and further analysis of the confidential Pfizer documents forcibly published by court order reveals both Pfizer and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) knew it would happen.

OBSERVATION - The evidence continues to gather that adverse/deadly reactions to the jab were known and covered up. The govt is complicit in all of this, so don’t expect it to start arresting people. Justice will only occur when lawsuits build up against Phizer et al and key players in the govt such as Fauci.

Economy -

The Federal Reserve began its two-day meeting Tuesday, and economists expect the central bank to announce a third consecutive three-quarter point rate hike. “This is really moving into restrictive monetary policy territory. We will be moving into no man’s land,” said one economist. “We actually haven’t tightened policy to fight inflation since the early 1980s.” It will also release quarterly forecasts for inflation, the economy, and the future path of interest rates Wednesday at 2 p.m. ET.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell bluntly warned in a speech last month that the rate hikes would “bring some pain.”
“He has done everything he possibly can to signal that it’s going to be another aggressive move,” said Liz Young, head of investment strategy at SoFi. “He’s been clear as a bell about what they’ve been focused on.”
The Fed is expected to raise its key short-term rate by a substantial three-quarters of a point for the third time at its meeting on Wednesday. That would lift its benchmark rate, which affects many consumer and business loans, to a range of 3% to 3.25%, the highest level in 14 years, and up from zero at the start of the year.

OBSERVATION - Markets and analysts are already concerned that the Feds super aggressive track to reign in inflation will over shoot the reality by a wide margin, creating a sever recession. Financial sector and businesses are beginning to position themselves to weather out such a recession.

“The average household will pay about 17% more this winter to heat their property, reaching a 10-year high of about $1,200 per home, according to a forecast from the nonprofit National Energy Assistance Directors Association,” CBS News reported Monday.

OBSERVATION - Here in my corner of the Redoubt utility prices are tightly controlled, so prices wouldn’t go up a dramatically as other places. However, this winter in addition to relying more on the wood stove, sweaters, lap blankets and wooly socks will be the greater norm as the thermostat is lowered.

The Food and Drug Administration acknowledged Tuesday that its response to the U.S. infant formula shortage was slowed by delays in processing a whistleblower complaint and test samples from the nation’s largest formula factory.

OBSERVATION - Bureaucratic incompetence and in some ways deliberate feet dragging. The most “powerful nation on earth” cannot feed its infants. The nation wide shortage is gradually easing, but this episode shows that it can easily be tipped over again.

Oil prices are up as much as 2% following Putin’s declaration of national mobilization. Growing concern over escalation in the Ukraine war could push fuel prices much higher.

Invasion of Illegals -

CW2/Domestic violence -

74-year-old Fred Sargeant was one of the original activists for gay rights. He organized the first gay rights march in New York City in the 70s and was a participant in the Stonewall riots. Sargeant is a member of the LGB Alliance, which is a gay rights group that is opposed to the trans/queer movement. He attended a Pride parade in Burlington, Vt., on Sunday. He silently held a sign that read “Gay, Not Queer” and handed out pamphlets outlining objections to the trans movement. For this transgression, he was hit, knocked to the ground, and had coffee poured over his head. His sign was taken, and he walked with the aid of his cane down the street to retrieve it. At that point, the above-mentioned beat-down was administered. In addition to the attack, parade participants stole roughly $600 of Sargeant’s personal property.

OBSERVATION - There has been a growing chasm between the basic LGB and the Trans communities and has increasingly become violent. This is one example. Often backed up by Antifa, militant trans protest (often counter protests) have targeted LGB rallies and even feminists rallies to enforce the trans tyranny on those sectors of sexual life. Basically, the foundational rub is that both LGB and feminists recognize two biological sexes, mail and female and that one cannot simply via hormones and surgery change that. Trans claim otherwise and often find support from even further deprived elements such as transpecies and pedophiles.

Republican state attorneys general are warning major credit card companies not to pursue a new code that would identify retail firearms purchases, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Attorneys general from 23 red states on Tuesday are expected to send a letter to Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to say that the card companies’ plan to add the code could result in misuse of consumer data and would not protect the public, WSJ reported.

Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti and Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen led the effort to notify the companies, who earlier this month said they would add a new merchant-category code (MCC) for firearms retailers.
Sen. Roger Marshall, R.-Kan., recently sent a letter to the CEOs of the three credit card companies saying that lawmakers would intercede to prevent businesses from doing “an end run” around the Second Amendment. The letter was signed by 11 other GOP senators.
WSJ reported that some executives privately have expressed concerns that the firearms MCC could lead to the creation of more codes, such as one for abortion providers.
The new MCC recently was approved by an international entity that sets standards for the payments industry, WSJ said.

OBSERVATION - These codes will be misused by the corrupt in power -that is assured. If there is a national divorce, the 23 Red states that commonly have been opposing biden et al will form the core of a new republic.

POLITICAL FRONT -

With Biden declaring an end to the COVID-19 pandemic, Republicans are asking why the Biden administration won’t give up its emergency powers. Chinese President Xi Jinping is planning to describe at the upcoming once-in-five-years congress of the ruling Communist Party the reunification of self-ruled democratic Taiwan with the mainland as a long-term goal, according to party and government sources.

A plan has been studied for Xi to state at the congress next month that the reunification would be indispensable to realizing Beijing’s goal of attaining “the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,” which the leader aims to bring about by the mid-21th century, according to the sources.

Xi is widely expected to secure an unprecedented third five-year term as general secretary of the party at the congress convened on Oct. 16 and a plan has been examined for a reference to Taiwan reunification to be included in an activity report that will be released by the Chinese leader, the sources said.

OBSERVATION - Xi has been playing the long game but still has serious economic concerns to deal with.

China’s coal imports from Russia reached 8.54 million tons in August and represent a soaring energy demand emerging from the world’s second-largest economy.

Two issues hit Russia overnight. The first was Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions simultaneously announcing referendums on becoming part of Russia between September 23 and 27, with the sham votes expected to easily pass.

Dmitry Medvedev, a staunch Putin ally, then vowed ‘all forces of self-defence’ will be used to protect what he called ‘Russian territory’ - teeing up a new phase in the conflict involving weapons and tactics the Kremlin has so-far held in reserve.

Underlining that point, Moscow’s rubber-stamp parliament passed new laws paving the war for Putin to end his ‘special military operation’ and officially declare a war, allowing him to mobilize Russia’s massive population into the army.

Following the referendum announcements, there is a massive stock market crash on the Russian stock exchange with Twitter rapidly noting -
“The Russian stock market began to collapse after referendums were announced.”
“Russian stock market crashed due to rumors about general mobilization.”

The second issue concerned an announcement late yesterday afternoon that putin was going to address the nation. The initial time slot was abandoned for one early this morning. Kremlin-watchers have been left baffled by Putin’s last-minute cancellation of a major national speech that was expected to announce the full mobilization of Russia’s military. Putin’s failure to appear came amid ongoing speculation about a sharp deterioration in his health. His announcement was pre-recorded,. just like the announcement of the initiation of war in Ukraine.

Initial speculation was that putin was going to announce a full scale mobilization of war against Ukraine. Before Putin’s address, Russians began to take an active interest in how to leave the country. And also deferments from the army. Direct flights from Moscow to Istanbul, Yerevan and other places quickly sold out. Russian airlines since have stopped selling tickets to Russian men aged 18 to 65 unless they can provide evidence of approval to travel from the Ministry of Defense.
Russian media is warning that participants in “illegal rallies” will be subjected to military conscription as well.

Finally, Putin announced what some have called a “partial” mobilization in Russia. A 300,000 call up.
“Only citizens who are currently in the reserve and, above all, those who served in the Armed Forces, have certain military specialties and relevant experience, will be subject to conscription.“
According to Russian law, since the start of mobilization (Putin’s decree published and in force), all eligible men (25M) are prohibited to leave their areas without document from enlistment office.

Defense Minister Shoigu put the number at 300.000 additional troops to be called in announced mobilization. Shoigu explicitly confirming, “only reservists who served, and has military experience or speciality will be mobilised”, later adding “and we have 25 000 000 men who served, and has military experience or speciality”
Not 1, 2 millions, but ALL MEN in Russia before 60 years.

Initial evaluation of this proclamation has several angles. First, though the term ‘partial’ has been assigned to it Shoigu’s comments but isn’t in the actual document, which the context of what he said suggesting that 300,000 is only a start - softening the full mobilization threat.

Secondly, the fact that putin has to mandate a mobilization indicates that the voluntary sign up of forces has not come close to meeting the needs to support the Ukrainian war.

Third, this proclamation is just short of declaring full war, and not just maintaining a ‘special operation’.

Fourth, there is apparently resistance by the population to such a draft.

Finally, the Duma says there will be no general mobilization, despite amendments to the laws on mobilization. Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee however does not rule out martial law in certain regions of Russia bordering Ukraine to “protect civilians”.

Having to reevaluate the Russian nuclear threat in light of these recent developments. Putin threatens to use nuclear weapons in response to attacks on Russian territory. Since Russia is about to claim parts of Ukraine’s Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions as its own, this could mean that Kyiv’s attempts to retake its sovereign territory could provoke a nuclear response from Moscow. Very concerning rhetoric.

I think the danger of Russian nuke use has stepped up a notch with the latest events. “When the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, we will certainly use all the means at our disposal to protect Russia and our people. This is not a bluff,” Putin said.

putin may be hoping the threat alone will cause Ukraine and NATO to pause and backoff its current offensives, in part because it will take several months at the least to muster the 300,000, train, equip and deploy them to Ukraine. putin will need a pause otherwise by the time they get there most of Russia’s gains could be lost. However, it hasn’t worked so far. There seems to be a degree of incased desperation now.

And this on top of the probability that Russia may not have enough equipment to actually take this more drastic step in increasing manpower. Units currently are already relying on pre-Ratnik gear and T-62Ms from the 70s and 80s. Its war production severely hampered by sanctions.

Logistics -
- The government of the Russian Federation must immediately solve the problem of financial support for the defense industry in order to increase the production of weapons, Putin says - TASS

Russian Personnel Issues -
- Due to a lack of personnel, the Russian authorities have decided to withdraw units of the 217th Airborne Regiment from Syria and transfer them to the frontline in Ukraine, the General Staff said.

Economic Impact -
- The EU is reportedly preparing new sanctions on Russia over the annexation referenda in Ukraine

Ukraine offensive will continue with the greatest focus on the battle to retake Lyman.

Russia has apparently stepped up its attacks on major power systems like dams and coal power plants - I expect this to continue.

Belarus -

There is no need for mobilization in Belarus, - State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council, - “we are ready to fight back with peacetime personnel”.

Russian-Belarusian consultations on security are ongoing in Moscow, - the Security Council of the Russian Federation

Europe / NATO General -

Lithuania’s Minister of National Defence states that as Russia’s military mobilization will also take place near our borders, (Kaliningrad region), Lithuania’s Rapid Reaction Force is being put on high alert to prevent any provocation from Russia.

The European Union considers the decision to announce partial military mobilization in Russia a “state of desperation” It is also reportedly preparing new sanctions on Russia over the annexation referenda in Ukraine

Russian nationals living in Estonia will have their firearms forcibly confiscated by the police if they refuse to hand them over voluntarily under a new law.
The gun confiscation measure will also apply to Belarusians living in the eastern European country.
The government has finalized the details of the bill and it will be put before the legislature, after which it is expected to be voted into law.

EU leaders expressed solidarity with Ukraine in opposition to the “referendums” in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts to separate and join Russia.

SERBIA / KOSOVO -

The President of Serbia has warned that the planet is entering into a “great world conflict” that could take place within the next two months.
Aleksandar Vucic made the alarming comments during the first day of the UN General Assembly session in New York.
“You see a crisis in every part of the world,” Vucic told the Serbian state broadcaster RTS.
“I think realistic predictions ought to be even darker,” he added. “Our position is even worse, since the UN has been weakened and the great powers have taken over and practically destroyed the UN order over the past several decades.”
The Serbian leader cautioned that the war between Russia and Ukraine had moved on to a far deadlier phase.
“I assume that we’re leaving the phase of the special military operation and approaching a major armed conflict, and now the question becomes where is the line, and whether after a certain time – maybe a month or two, even – we will enter a great world conflict not seen since the Second World War,” he said.

OBSERVATION - As an ally of Russia, Serbia may have an insider’s view to longer range Russian plans. But he is correction one point - the whole world is convulsing on crisis of one kind or another, many focused around energy and food.

NATO KFOR in Kosovo is making operational preparations in the event violence breaks out between Kosovo and Serbia as the October 30th deadline on a controversial license plate and vehicle registration mandate approaches. KFOR currently has about 3,700 troops on the ground and the General in charge has said reserve forces should be ready to deploy to reinforce it if things go south.

Syria -

There is no plan for the withdrawal of Turkish forces from Syria’s Idlib governorate and Aleppo countryside, a Turkish military source told a meeting of opposition factions in northwestern Syria.

Venezuela -

The UN says President Maduro is directing security agencies to arrest and torture political opponents. Abuses are also rife in the south, where gold mining profits have put a target on the backs of indigenous peoples. The report says Maduro and United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) leader Diosdado Cabello regularly give orders to intelligence services to target specific individuals — often opposition, student and protest leaders, journalists and people working for NGOs. These people are often surveilled, investigated and then subjected to “cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment,” sometimes for days or weeks on end.

OBSERVATION - Anyone else see similarities to what the DoJ/FBI/DHS is starting to do here????

Armenia/Azerbaijan -

Azerbaijan used to be one of the largest buyers of wheat from Russia. Russia hasn’t sent any wheat since January to Azerbaijan according to the Russian Grain Union.

OBSERVATION - One tool Russia has to help defend Armenia, food.

Globalism / Great Reset -

Keep this in mind when compiling all these different categories together. The modus operandi of the Great Reset (AKA Build Back Better) is to intentionally collapse the current system with policies designed to create a crisis, havoc, and shortages. And the world has descended into chaos since the COVID lockdowns of March of 2020. Once the inevitable societal chaos ensues, a huge coordinated push to promote nationalization or government takeover of the impacted industries ensues. It is always claimed that the “free market” failed, and now only government can come in and clean up the mess. The advocates of nationalization usually bill it as a “temporary” nationalization of the industries, much like “15 days to slow the spread” or “2 weeks to flatten the curve” were billed as temporary measures.

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2022/09/21/collapse-of-energy-food-transportation-systems-prompt-calls-for-government-nationalization-of-industries-echoes-1930s-push-for-great-reset-style-reforms/

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will consider adopting more stringent greenhouse gas emissions rules for heavy trucks after Congress passed new incentives to speed the adoption of zero-emission vehicles, the agency told Reuters.
In March, the EPA proposed new rules to cut smog-forming and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from heavy-duty vehicles. The agency said it will reopen the proposed GHG rules after passage in August of the climate and spending Inflation Reduction Act, a move that could speed the U.S. shift to electric heavy-duty vehicles.
The EPA will be issuing a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking to consider more stringent GHG standards for model years 2027 through 2029 in December.

OBSERVATION - Who can say something other - this is a deliberate attempt to destroy what’s left of the economy.

Rising food prices, startling energy bills, and frustration with politicians and employers brought 10,000 people to the streets of Brussels on Wednesday.
Dressed in green, blue and red, the colours of the three main unions – the anger was palpable as they gathered in the city centre.
Protestors told Euronews they want local, national and European politicians to react now and take immediate measures to help them with the financial burden of the crisis.

OBSERVATION - this is setting the stage for the GGR to ride in and take those ‘immediate measures’, with Brussels just standing aside and allowing it.

Wuhan virus -

Speaking during an event with The Atlantic Wednesday morning Dr. Anthony Fauci, the federal government’s highest paid employee, justified draconian shutdowns and using school children as collateral damage.
“Sometimes when you do draconian things, it has collateral negative consequences. Just like when you shut things down, even temporarily, it does have deleterious consequences on the economy, on the school children, you know that, but you have to make a balance,” Fauci said.

OBSERVATION - Words cannot express my utter disgust in this worthless piece of crap. He and
He and Birx knew full well the actions they pushed on America were not going to work and they did it anyway.

Economy -

Stocks fell in volatile trading Wednesday after the Federal Reserve raised rates by three-quarters of a point and forecast more sizable rate hikes in its fight against inflation, actions widely expected by traders.
With the S&P 500 down more than 8% in the past month and 18% for 2022 heading into Wednesday’s Fed actions, stocks were already pricing in an aggressive tightening campaign by the Fed that could push the economy into a recession.
The U.S. central bank’s quarterly economic projections, meanwhile, showed the economy slowing to a crawl in 2022, with year-end growth at 0.2%, rising to 1.2% in 2023, well below the economy’s potential. The unemployment rate, currently at 3.7%, is projected to rise to 3.8% this year and to 4.4% in 2023. Inflation is seen slowly returning to the Fed’s 2% target in 2025.
Rate cuts are not foreseen until 2024.

OBSERVATION - The Fed’s projections have been continually off for some time now. I hold businesses and economic analysts in better stead as to the future year and they indicate it will be very rough, to say the least.

More evaluation of the Fed’s statement with the raising of the prim yesterday. First, Powell pledged to continue hiking interest rates into next year. The Fed now projects unemployment to tick up through 2024 and for the U.S. economy to run sub-2% annual growth through 2025. Given the Fed’s poor track record at projecting the economy this is a best case scenario. Secondly, increasing rates will not touch the key drivers of inflation that have developed as a result of wuhan such as supply disruptions and labor shortages. Powell is also tossing the housing market under the bus, indicating that it has to go thru a significant correction (recession ) to return to reasonable levels, and even with that prices for homes and rent will remain high.

OBSERVATION - This is a desired implosion of the economy - for the same gang what called last years inflation “transitory”. remember too, higher rates not only directly impact home loans, but also other loans (car, etc) and credit card rates. These will also impact the economy as credit will dry up for most Americans. Given the Fed’s blindness to the other factors hitting the economy, the unintended consequences facing the country could be substantial.

MORE RELATED - A new analysis from the budget hawks at The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) predicts this week’s rate hike alone will add $2.1 trillion to government deficits over the next decade.
That’s on top of a series of hikes we’ve already seen this year that are already set to add trillions more to the deficit in coming years. The central bank concluded its two-day policy meeting Wednesday by suggesting it could hike rates further in the months ahead.

Manchin (D-WV) introduced a new bill on Wednesday that would speed up the approval process for natural gas pipelines and power transmission for renewable energies. The bill is expected to be included in short-term funding legislation that must be passed before 01 October 2022 to prevent a government shutdown.

OBSERVATION - I expect senate democrats to stab Manchin in the back over this. He made this deal as part of the “Inflation Reduction Act” he compromised on. It aint going anywhere - pay back time for Manchin.

The Chamber and MetLife released their third quarter Small Business Index Wednesday. The index dropped from 66.8 in the previous quarter to 62.1 in the third quarter. That’s the largest drop since it plummeted more than two years ago at the start of the pandemic.
Inflation rocketed to the chief concern. “Unfortunately this survey shows 7 in 10 small businesses say the worst is yet to come,” Sullivan said.
The outlook isn’t good, and consumers can expect to feel it in their pocket book.
“What we see is small business owners having to raise pieces just to keep up with costs but there is a growing anxiety of not ultimately being able to keep up with inflation,” Sullivan said.
Other top concerns he said are supply chain issues and, not surprisingly, a labor shortage. Sentiment across the country isn’t great.

OBSERVATION - Small businesses are a foundational element in the local economies. They were hammered during the wuhan lockdowns as ‘non essential’ and have been stuggling since. Larger corporations can absorb economic shocks better due to size, but small business - not so. The disproportionate impacts to small business has caused some to indicate that current policies ae designed to attack and remove them - forcing people to rely on large corporations having a nose ring linked to the WEF/GGR goals.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is considering new regulations to ban the sale of all diesel semi-trucks by 2040 to fight climate change and rectify a legacy of racist practices, according to a CARB report released on Aug. 30.
The proposal would require medium and heavy-duty trucks entering ports and railyards to be fully electric by 2035, according to the report. CARB believes that such freight vehicles should be banned because the diesel emissions that come from such vehicles disproportionately affect low-income and minority communities due to racist zoning policies.

OBSERVATION - Could easily be categorized under GGR. Obsessed with creating their ‘green’ utopia the CARB hasn’t a clue to the impacts that this new regulation will have on the industry, let alone prices/inflation. While off in the distance (2035) I would expect other non-kalifornian ports to begin expansion operations and shipper redirecting ships there to avoid the problems that will hammer Kalifornian ports.

Senior executives at some of America’s largest agribusiness and food processing companies like Bayer, Corteva, Archer Daniels Midland and Bunge warned that worldwide crop supplies remain tight due to persistent drought conditions in the U.S. and other agricultural heavy-hitters like countries in South America. Uncertainties over crop production in conflict-hit Ukraine are also making the situation precarious.
Agriculture experts warn that it will take at least two years of good harvests in both North and South America to ease the heavy pressures on global food supplies and food prices.

OBSERVATION - Projected La Nina affects do not bode well for an improvement next year. All of the chaos fo the last several years (wuhan, drought, etc) has stripped America of much of its reserve agriculturally. Next season is facing fertilizer shortages, continued high fuel costs and uncertainty about the weather. Though many scoff at the it, there is increasing potential for food shortages here in the US.

There will be “people on the street” globally unless steps are taken to protect the most vulnerable from inflation, International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) chief Kristalina Georgieva warned on Wednesday. “It is important to think that this compounded impact of multiple crises is already testing the patience and resilience of people. And if you don’t take action to support the most vulnerable, there would be consequences: people on the street,” IMF’s Managing Director Georgieva told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour. ...
“This year is tough, next year tougher. Why? Because of a shock upon shock upon shock. In just a short three years: the pandemic (not yet over), the war, Russia’s invasion pushing energy and food prices up, and then the result is a cost of living crisis,” she told CNN.

OBSERVATION - People on the streets will also equate to increased protests and rioting. This is already being seen in countries around the world - even developed Europe. US is not exempt.

Amazon has abandoned dozens of existing and planned facilities around the US, according to a closely watched consulting firm.

OBSERVATION - This is just another component of big business positioning itself for a very deep recession.

Biden / Harris watch -

biden had cognitive problems after a speech associated to his recent UN ramble.

CANCEL CULTURE FRONT

Democrats are again pushing the DISCLOSE Act to force the identification of conservatives who make donations of more than $10,000 over two years to social and religious nonprofits.

OBSERVATION - Another effort to silence the right over threats of disclosure of donors who in turn will be target for a broad spectrum of harassment from doxxing, to physically threats to law fare.

POLITICAL FRONT -

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is taking agents off cases involving child sexual abuse and directing them to pursue political investigations, a new whistleblower revealed, according to Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee. The whistleblower recalled being told that “child sexual abuse investigations were no longer an FBI priority.” Rep. Jim Jordan, ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote in a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray that whistleblowers continue to uncover “disturbing conduct” at the bureau, including “sacrificing its other important federal law-enforcement duties to pursue January 6 investigations.”

China -

China again promised today to make the “utmost effort to strive for peaceful reunification of Taiwan.” Taiwan has strongly rejected this ‘promise’

OBSERVATION - The world saw how China reneged on its promises and agreements in regards to Hong Kong. They are the scorpion asking the frog for a ride across the river.

The European Chamber of Commerce released a white paper indicating a loss in confidence in China. The document suggests China’s “erratic policy shifts” and “[i]nflexible and inconsistently implemented” Zero-Covid policy had eroded investment interest from the Euro sphere.

OBSERVATION - The outflow of foreign capitol will significantly hurt the Chinese economy which to date has devoured foreign funding.

USS Higgins (DDG-76) conducted a Taiwan Strait transit on Tuesday, the Navy announced. Higgins performed the transit in cooperation with Royal Canadian Navy Halifax-class frigate HMCS Vancouver (FFH-331), according to a Tuesday Navy news release.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is now well into its seventh month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

In his International Women’s Day address on 8 March, Putin insisted that no reservists would be called up to fight in Ukraine. Well, well, see how far he’s come today.

More fallout from putin’s nuclear threats that even China to demanding a ceasefire ‘through dialogue and consultation’, while Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Putin should return all occupied land, including Crimea, to its ‘rightful owners’.

Protests have broken out in Moscow and St Petersburg as well as many others across the nation against the mobilization. Some arrested have received their conscription notices. More than 1,000 people have been arrested tonight in 37 cities across Russia, including Moscow and St Petersburg, as they voiced their anger at President Vladimir Putin’s order to mobilise 300,000 reservists.
There have been angry clashes between activists and security forces, with protestors being forcefully taken to the ground and removed from the streets as the government cracks down on vocal dissent.

Reports of traffic jams at the Finnish and Georgia borders of people leaving Russia. Finland says it doesn’t want to be an intermediary for those fleeing conscriptions. Russian officials have locked down borders and established police cordons following the implementation of immediate conscription.

55 Russian POW freed today in a prisoner exchange now face up to 10 years in a penal colony due to amendments to the penal code of Russia, that were passed today in Russian Federation council, and likely signed by Putin already(or soon)

RUMINT -
According to a Novaya Gazeta source in Putin’s administration, the classified seventh paragraph of the mobilization decree allows the Defense Ministry to mobilize not 300 thousand but 1 million people into the army.

Logistics -
- North Korea says it has not and will not supply weapons or munitions to #Russia. North Korea says it has not exported weapons to Russia, does not plan to do so: state media. NOTE - This is opposite of news from a few weeks ago.

- The September Ukrainian offensive resulted in the capture of billions of dollars’ worth of intact Russian tanks and other armored vehicles as some major electronic systems.

Ukraine -

WEATHER FORECAST - Cool temperatures in the 60s and rain over the 10 day forecast period. Images on social media show soil conditions starting to revert to Ukrainian mud.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
Azovstal defenders are free having been traded for Viktor Medvedchuk, a Ukrainian, but loyal ally to Putin for two decades and 55 Russian soldiers. The exchange was reportedly arranged by Turkey and Saudi Arabia. 215 Ukrainians were released, 108 of them are Azov. Five Azov commanders released from the Russian captivity are to remain in Turkey until the end of war. They will be under the personal protectorate of the Turkish president and will live in comfortable conditions. Those were the terms of the agreement mediated by Turkey.

Across all fronts, Russian artillery was sporatic, showing signs of the effects of Ukraine’s dogged attacks on ammo dumps and logistics lines. Russia continued attacks to try to take Bakhmut and towns northeast of Donetsk - with no reported success.

Ukraine offenses appear to have slowed down with a lot of effort being put into isolating Lyman from the north and south.

Kyiv front ——
NSR

Northern (Chernihv region ) and North Eastern (Konotop - Sumy salient) Fronts ——
NSR

Eastern (Kharkiv) front ——
Fighting continues as Ukraine presses approaches to and around Lyman. Though unconfirmed by Ukrainian sources, Pro-Russian war correspondent Anna Dolgareva says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine broke through the Russian lines in the area of the settlements of Karpivka and Ridkodub in Donetsk Oblast, in an attempt to bypass Lyman defenses from the north. This claim is supported by the past week’s fighting by Ukraine. If true, Lyman is in a real pickle and visually cut off.

Missile strike at Russian base in Yenakiyeve. Ukraine ramping up the attacks on logistic, ammo and military bases in the east in the same manner they have gutted Russian forces in the west.

Donetsk Oblast ——
Russians continue unproductive attacks along the line from Bakhmut to Donetsk. Most of Russia’s artillery fire along the same line.

Crimean front ———
Appears to be relatively quiet, though there are some repots of local gains by Ukranian troops. Further unconfirmed reports that Russian forces are near the breaking point due to lack of munitions, food and fuel.

Western / Central Ukraine ——
NSR

Russian Territory -—
NSR

Partisan Resistance ——
Several Russian servicemen reportedly killed as result of explosion in Melitopol

OUTLOOK ——
Petty much more of the same. I expect Ukraine to continue to push its offensives in the east and west. I suspect an increasing factor of Ukraines slow down is the increase in rain, creating muddy conditions that are beginning to limit off road maneuvering. There are indicators of increasing success in the push to envelope Lyman from the north. Lyman is one of the hold at all cost cities by Russia and its loss opens the gate to cities further east. This is worth closely monitoring as it could result into anotherer breakout into the Russian rear area.

Chaos in Russia as the so called ‘limited’ conscription takes hold. Protests are spreading, but will it be enough to stop the effort - doubt it. It will still be months before this call up will be anywhere close to being ready to be deployed to Ukraine and there are still the insurmountable basic supply issues of personal gear, let along armor and other vehicles necessary to support the forces. Russia lost billions of dollars of equipment in Kharkiv, much of it good quality and abandoned - enabling Ukraine to turn right around and use it against Russia.

.
Europe / NATO General -

“Russia has shamelessly violated the core tenants” of the UN Charter, POTUS tells UNGA

NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg to Reuters on Putin’s “dangerous and reckless nuclear rhetoric”:
“It’s not new... He knows very well that a nuclear war should never be fought & cannot be won.” “So far we have not seen any changes in their nuclear posture…but we stay vigilant”.

Hungary’s PM Orban says that EU’s sanctions targeting Russia “should be scrapped”. Orban has been a tacit supporter of Russia for some time now.

The Polish Ministry of the Interior has began to distribute its Stockpile of Potassium Iodine Tablets to Fire Departments and Medical Facilities around the Country due to the worry of Large Radiation Leaks occurring from Russian Forces striking Nuclear Plants in Ukraine.

SPECIAL NOTE - Potassium Iodine is good in mitigating the concentration of radioactive iodine in the thyroid, and nothing else. However, radioactive iodine is one of the more significant radioactive elements released by a beach in a nuclear plant. The tablets will mitigate those effects over the period of time necessary to evacuate from the down wind areas.

SERBIA / KOSOVO -

NATO has brought reserve troops to Kosovo for training, increasing the alliance’s presence in the breakaway province by up to 1,000 soldiers. Colonel Christopher Samulski, a regional commander with NATO’s KFOR Kosovo mission, told reporters on Wednesday that the soldiers had been brought in “as part of normal contingency planning,” Reuters reported.

OBSERVATION - I’ve noted in the past here that Serbia has aggressively pushed a modernization and expansion of its military and probably is feeling that it is ready to use it. Though they can conduct an operation by themselves, they will look to Russia for support of a longer / larger operation. Russia cannot provide that support. NATO has the response capability available at the moment but that could be stretched if Russia expands operations directly against NATO countries.

Israel -

Israel’s Prime Minister Yair Lapid is expected to call for a two-state solution with Palestinians during his Wednesday speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, according to an official close to the Israeli premier. Ahead of the November elections in Israel, and after years of the long withstanding solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict laying stagnant, Lapid will further express his support for reaching a political agreement with the Palestinians.

OBSERVATION - Lapid is a lame duck PM, with Israel moving soon this fall with another round of parliamentary elections. The general consensus in Israel is still leaning against a two state solution as long as the Palestinians call for the elimination of the nation of Israel.

Iran -

Social media reports indicate that protests following ⁦‪Mahsa Amini‬⁩’s death are ongoing and have now occurred in 24 of ⁦‪Iran‬⁩’s 31 Provinces. Iranian police and riot control units applying substantial force attempting to bring the riots under control.
The official death toll from the protests in Iran has risen to 17
Netblocks - “Iran is now subject to the most severe internet restrictions since Nov 2019 massacre. Mobile networks largely shut down (MCI, Rightel, Irancell - partial). Regional disruptions observed during protests. Instagram, WhatsApp restricted.

OBSERVATION - these protests are appearing to be gaining steam. They are building upon anger from failed economic conditions, other oppression etc.

Syria -

There is no plan for the withdrawal of Turkish forces from Syria’s Idlib governorate and Aleppo countryside, a Turkish military source told a meeting of opposition factions in northwestern Syria.

OBSERVATION - Turkey announced a big offensive against the Kurds, that offensive has been mostly meh. But it wants to maintain a presence in northern Syria as a buffer and as a base to continue to strike Kurds.

Oh my, going through material and data for these posts were so much easier in the before times. Now it comes in surges, as things seem to be flying apart at the seams. The volume is incredible (though it doesn’t help that I’ve been expanding my sources) its hard to filter. I’ve not been able to post as throughly as I would like, so trying to keep the most important stuff up front. That doesn’t mean the items I don’t post are unimportant - they are all components of that which is threatening out country. I know, kinda a whine, but still a trend worth noting.

Can’t see just how things are going to play out in any sector - only that in the end it will not be good. There’s a big storm coming and I’m in a rush to get the hatches battened down.

Globalism / Great Reset -

Observers are wondering if Pope Francis is indicating that there is an economic crash pending? He has ordered the Holy See to transfer all of its assets to the Vatican Bank by October 1st. The Holy See, which is the central government of the Roman Catholic Church and falls under the episcopal jurisdiction of the pope in his capacity as the leader of the Catholic Church and the bishop of Rome, was given the orders on August 30.

OBSERVATION - I’ve repeatedly commented that there are numerous indicators that seem to be converging towards the latter half of this year. Each and every one has imprinted on them influence by the WEF/GGR. The pope is a member of that circle and as one of the chosen, is taking advantage to protect his interests first.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is now funding studies on how to best manipulate people to receive “future” COVID-19 vaccines – including “targeted” messaging and financial compensation. Researchers supported by the Gates Foundation published a study aimed at curbing vaccine hesitancy titled “Overcoming Vaccine Hesitancy for Future COVID-19 and HIV Vaccines: Lessons from Measles and HPV Vaccines.”
Released on August 11th, researchers carried out a “narrative review of studies on interventions to address measles and human papillomavirus vaccine hesitancy” to cross-apply the lessons learned towards future vaccines.

OBSERVATION - This study will also contribute to other efforts by the WEF/GGR to control the population. Just recently WEF/Schwab crowed about the fact that wuhan enabled govts to drastically take personal rights away and impose draconian mandates on the population. He reportedly said he looks forward to doing the same for the ‘climate emergency’

Discussions continue on the interwebs that the US will declare the dollar obsolete and switch over to a digital currency on Dec 13th. Still in the realm of conspiracy, globally many countries are making that move. According to the Atlantic Council’s Central Bank Digital Currency Tracker, 112 countries, representing over 95 percent of global GDP, are exploring a CBDC. 11 countries have already launched a digital currency including Nigeria and numerous Caribbean nations. 14 countries are testing pilot programs including South Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, and China which is set to expand its use of the Digital Yuan in 2023.

OBSERVATION - We’ve seen how a CBDC can be used to control the population. Govt will have the power to monitor your purchases - factor in social goals/mandates, and voila - your purchase is denied. All of this would be possible because CBDCs are programmable. Thus the powers that be will be able weaponize money against humanity.

Wuhan virus -

A Swedish study has demonstrated and confirmed that the mRNA in the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid injections infiltrates cells and transcribes its message onto human DNA within 6 hours, altering our own DNA.

OBSERVATION - WAS THIS THE PLAN ALL ALONG? Here are two links on this subject

https://expose-news.com/2022/09/22/pfizer-covid-vaccine-alters-your-dna/

and an earlier study showing how the jab messes up the DNA and cells even further

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that federal school mask and vaccine mandates cannot be enforced because “liberty interests of individuals … outweigh any interest generated by the mandatory administration of vaccines.”
The federal mandate affected 280,000 teachers, staff, and volunteers with the Head Start program who were met with a “job-or-jab” ultimatum. In the Head Start case, staff and volunteers with the program were required to be vaccinated against the coronavirus by January 31, 2022, and all persons aged two years or older were required to wear masks.

Judge Terry A. Doughty granted a permanent injunction on the mandate, which will affect 24 states, including Louisiana, Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

OBSERVATION - the plandemic is supposed to be over, yet we are still fighting repressive mandates.

Economy -

Doubleline Capital CEO ($107 billion AUM), Jeff Gundlach, said in a recent interview that the Fed is “so committed to this 2% that I think the odds of a recession in 2023 are very high. I mean, I would put them at 75%.” Gundlach believes “the Fed should be slowing down on these rate hikes” because they did too little too late. “We’ve been tightening now for a while. And the impact of these tightenings is going to culminate into a recession.”

OBSERVATION - As the Fed’s decisions are based on old data, their actions ignore the current situation. In doing so the decisions to drastically raise the rates as steeply as they have don’t recognize the dangers that increasing too much and too fast is having on the economy - in a negative fashion, thus increasing the probability that the Fed will drive the country into a deep recession before recognizing the fact and pulling the stick back in time to prevent a crash.

High input prices continue to be a pain point for farmers planning their 2023 crop needs, and nitrogen prices are now seeing a resurgence heading into fall. Experts say the price of natural gas isn’t the only driver fueling the market as farmers look to book their fall needs.
Nitrogen prices averted a major disaster on Friday when rail companies and rail unions reached a tentative agreement and avoided a possible strike. Even with the positive news, this chart from StoneX Group shows prices are climbing back toward the highs producers saw last spring.

OBSERVATION - If the climate makes a repeat next year of this year, famine may very well be back on the menu for large areas of the globe. Killing the petrochemical industry will have many more unintended consequences, such as stopping the construction of the big windmills touted by the left which rely on petrochemical products.

CW2/Domestic violence -

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, his wife and three voting rights groups were hit Thursday with legal complaints alleging malfeasance related to activities surrounding the 2020 election. The Center for Renewing America (CRA) filed two complaints — the first against Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan and the second against the groups Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) and National Vote at Home Institute (NVAHI) — Thursday morning with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The CRA noted that federal law prohibits individuals from making donations intended to illegitimately aid one political party over another.
The complaints said the IRS must deny any personal income tax exemptions collected by Zuckerberg and Chan for their donations to the CTCL, CEIR, and NVAHI during the 2020 election cycle. The CRA also requested that the IRS terminate the tax exemptions of the three groups.

OBSERVATION - The election side of the CW. Since the IRS is a tool of the left now, this complaint won’t go very far, but is begins to open a new front in the cold portion of the CW.

The group “Gays against groomers” has been gaining traction lately in speaking against the transgender frenzy and grooming of children that has broken out this year. This has opened up a fissure between the LGB and T factions. Perhaps the most explosive statement against transgenderism of children was given by a member of Gay against groomers by an avowed gay activist. Take the two minutes to listen to him hammer a school board at the following link.

Allegations by FBI Special Agent Steve Friend contained in a whistleblower complaint filed late Wednesday with the Department of Justice inspector general reveal a politicized Washington, DC, FBI field office cooking the books to exaggerate the threat of domestic terrorism, and using an “overzealous” January 6 investigation to harass conservative Americans and violate their constitutional rights.
Friend, 37, a respected 12-year veteran of the FBI and a SWAT team member, was suspended Monday, stripped of his gun and badge, and escorted out of the FBI field office in Daytona Beach, Fla., after complaining to his supervisors about the violations.
He was declared absent without leave last month for refusing to participate in SWAT raids that he believed violated FBI policy and were a use of excessive force against Jan. 6 subjects accused of misdemeanor offences.

OBSERVATION - There are a few good men left, but ar being kicked out by the FBI/DoJ. Expect more purges like this in the future.

BBC News (United Kingdom) is on a crusade to stamp out all online references to covid “vaccines” that are negative – including those that use a carrot emoji to bypass social media censors. BBC is responsible for the removal of a more than 100,000-member Facebook group that routinely showed posts referencing Fauci Flu shots with the carrot emoji since Facebook does not allow the jabs to be mentioned by name.

OBSERVATION - BBC claims tis group misrepresents injuries suffered as a result of the jab. BBC has only to look at their own advise reaction data (o the US VAERS) to see the millions now dead or adversely affected

Scott Adams’ “Dilbert” comic strip has lost 77 newspapers, apparently because it ridiculed “woke” doctrine:
The cartoon strip Dilbert has been removed from almost 80 US newspapers after it started poking fun at “wokeness”, according to its author.

IN RELATED - A second case comes from the U.K. and involves PayPal. The Telegraph reports:
[I]n the digital world, life outside the mainstream is becoming harder. All it takes is to tweak a censorship algorithm then: presto! …
It all moved up a gear this week when PayPal closed the accounts of the Free Speech Union and the anti-lockdown Daily Sceptic with no explanation given. The latest victim is the UsForThem campaign, which sought to highlight the impact of school closures during lockdown.

Bad days continue for putin.

UN Security Council members condemn Russia for continuing its invasion of Ukraine. Session convenes after Russian President Vladimir Putin orders ‘partial mobilisations’ of reservists and vows to use ‘all the means at our disposal to protect Russia’. No resolution was offered and no vote was taken, because as a permanent member of the council, Russia would have vetoed it as it did with one on February 25, the day after it invaded Ukraine, that called for its immediate withdrawal of all troops.

In a break with Russia, BRICS members Brazil, Inda, and South Africa have called for an “immediate cessation of hostilities” in Ukraine following Russia’s announced mobilization.

The first full day of putin’s “partial” mobilization has been sheer chaos. As I noted previously, “partial” is not in the order nor is 300,000. Evidence now suggests that 1 million people are intended for the draft, not 300,000. the law never mentioned only 300,000 and gave full authority for total mobilisation of all men 18-65

Russians also saw Shogiu’s 300,000 comment in the context as just the first batch and started fleeing almost immediately from Russia. Border crossings have been overwhelmed in places.
Conscription has been heavy handed. Social media has been full of videos/images of showing lines of men being marched out of colleges, taken from work or their homes in the early morning hours being loaded up on busses, trains and military cargo planes to processing centers.

The roundup clearly indicates that putin isn’t holding to his word to only draft those with prior military experience, but are rounding up anyone and everyone. In Buryatia reports mobilization hell - people are being taken from out of beds, residents saying it will soon look during WWII with only females, infants and seniors in most villages.

Observers are noting that the round up reservists for the front is falling hardest on the communities already hardest hit by the war, particularly ethnic minorities. Moscow and areas of high ethnic Russian concentrations appear to be largely unimpacted.

An unintended consequence will be the damage to the economy due to these workers being removed from their jobs.

Dmitry Medvedev, claimed Russian nuclear weapons are likely to be deployed to Crimea and areas of occupied Ukraine. He also included “strategic nuclear weapons and weapons based on new principles.” rather than limit it to tactical devices. Medvedev warned NATO provocations would be met with a “hypersonic retaliation” and called on the west to recognize that Russia had “chosen its path” and that “there is no turning back.” The threat is seen as a means to deter Ukraine and the West from pushing forward to recapture Crimea and occupied Donbas regions. Basic assessment is that Russia will continue to threaten use of nukes but that a threshold to use has not been met yet.

Russia is rushing to get the ‘referendums’ conducted to justfiy annexing captured Ukranian territories. These votes are widely seen as a scam and invalid. Good Morning America reports that Russian armed forces plan to go door-to-door and force residents to vote at gunpoint. That in itself indicates that they ‘vote’ is nothing more than a scam.

However, the so called results can be used by Russia to escalate its war with Ukraine by claiming that any further Ukrainian advances in those areas are an invasion of Russia, which will unlock his ability to order full mobilization or other options, such as nuclear.

RUMINT -
CNN is reporting that Putin is himself giving directions directly to generals in the field, two sources said— a highly unusual management tactic in a modern military that these sources said hints at the dysfunctional command structure that has plagued Russia’s war from the beginning.

BIGGER RUMINT - Observers are noting an increase in Russian intelligence aircraft flying over Belarus - a pattern that resembled what Russia did prior to the invasion in February. Some suggest that something ‘big’ is in the works, such as a possible entry of Belarus forces into the conflict. Time will tell.

Logistics -
- Iranian kamikaze UAVs (“Shahed-136” ) are not performing as well as Russian may have hoped. Urkaine has been very successful in taking them down with EW and shooting (manpads, guns, etc.)

Russian Personnel Issues -
- Confirmation from Russia now that Major General Tsokov was been removed from combat with serious injuries after a Ukrainian attack on his HQ whilst in Svatove. He was the Commander of the 144th Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Combined Arms Army.

- This morning someone threw a Molotov cocktail at a recruiting office in Khabarovsk. There have been reports of other similar incidents in different towns

- Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has confirmed that an anti-mobilisation protest was held in the Chechen capital. This is the first protest against the ruling regime in his 15 years in power. Kadyrov is reportedly concerned that the support for the Ukrainian war is being undermined and his position of power threatened.

Economic Impact -
- Supplying even 300,000 new soldiers will be a monumental task.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -

Heavy OPSEC is obscuring the status of Ukrainian offensive actions in the east and south. There is evidence that Ukraine has pushed further east of the Oskil River and is threatening a major N-S road used to supply Lyman and Russian forces further to the south.

Russian shelling intensified in the Sumy and Zaporizhzhia regions, but remains mostly sporadic in other impacted regions.

Russia is also increasing its use of kamikaze drone attacks using its Iranian supplied stock of Shahed-136 drones. Ukrainian forces are having some EW and missile interception success against these, with reports of another four downed yesterday. So far they appear to be targeting civilian facilities.

Eastern (Kharkiv) front ——
Continued progress towards the east. Fighting heavy around the flanks of Lyman

Donetsk Oblast ——
Russian attacks appear to be more subdued the past couple days. This may reflect a shifting of forces to defend Luhsk Oblast and Lyman areas.

A train full of T-62 tanks rolled up to the train station in Yasinovataya, next to Donetsk city, and then moments later the station exploded.

Crimean front ———
Protest in Snihurivka, Kherson against the illegal referendum.
Explosions were reported in Kherson due to missile strikes at Chornobaivka

OUTLOOK ——
On the battlefield, I don’t see much change in the situation. Details on the Ukraine offensive are being screened from 2d and 3d hand sources. Russia is tight lipped about this too, which indicates things are not going very well.

Iranian drones will likely be used more and more. However, the early success by Ukraine to take them down suggests that their usefulness is limited.

The biggest thing to watch is the scam referendums across Russian occupied Ukraine. These ‘results’ may be used by Russia to justify other actions and potential nuclear option.

.
Europe / NATO General -

The NATO alliance released an official position statement saying it will never accept upcoming Russian referendums in Ukraine. Citing a March 2022 United Nations Resolution on Ukraine that outlaws “territorial acquisition resulting from the threat or use of force,” the alliance called the referendum an Illegal “sham”.

SERBIA / KOSOVO -

Another sticking point in the current situation is the proposed ascension of Kosovo to the EU. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly, Serbian President Aleksander Vucic denounced a European Union draft as a failure to recognize “gross” violations of Serbian sovereignty by Kosovo.

OBSERVATION - Serbs just looking for excuses for their aggression.

Israel -

Right-wing opposition figures on Thursday railed at Prime Minister Yair Lapid for endorsing a two-state solution in his address to the UN General Assembly, as the premier’s left-wing allies cheered his call for peace with the Palestinians. Even as Lapid was still speaking, opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu released a video statement accusing him of “endangering” Israel’s future by renewing discussion of Palestinian statehood.

OBSERVATION - No doubt that this will become a key campaign point in the upcoming elections. With Palestinian attacks fresh on their memory, Israeli’s may not be so favorable towards the left and move towards Netanyahu.

Iran -

Protests are increasing across Iran with Iranian security forces opening fire on protestors. Protestors countering back by attacking security forces, and burning vehicles and security offices/centers. RUMINT coming in suggests that Hezbollah terrorists are arriving in Tehran and joining the 27th Mohamad Division (IRGC division responsible for Tehran).

Iran has also taken the internet and cellular phone service off line in the areas of protests.

OBSERVATION - These protests are growing into the most serious threat to the regime in many years. Govt abuse, economic turmoil and cultural repression of and by the mullahs have apparently reached a boiling point. Question is how far will they go in resisting the security forces? This time around they know there will be no covert help from the US, since we’ve bailed on them several times in the past. Either they will capitulate to the iron hand of the govt, or they will pick up the available weapons and counter attack.

Misc of Note -

Hard to place elsewhere, so here it is. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is directing an increase in the Basic Allowance for Housing in areas with a 20% rise in housing cost and establishing a Basic Needs Allowance for service members struggling financially. A memo also mentions that the President’s budget includes a 4.6% raise for all service members, far below the 8.3% inflation rate. According to a 2020 survey by Blue Star, 29% of junior enlisted families experienced food insecurity, a topic not addressed in the 2021 survey. In August, the U.S. Army released guidance for struggling soldiers to apply for SNAP. (FO)

OBSERVATION - This does not bode well for retentions as well as recruitment. This harkens back to the Carter era policies that Reagan had to fix - making sure the soldier is taken care of. I think this is just another step by the biden gang to diminish and demoralize the military.

With the weekend here - take time to evaluate how prepared you are for a recession or worse. Window of opportunity to make preparations is fast closing IMHO.

Globalism / Great Reset -

Doel3 1000MW Nuclear power plant yearly producing close to 10% of Belgian electricity being shut tonight, for no good reason, in the middle of energy and climate crises.

OBSERVATION - The cult of ‘green ‘ cuts off their nose to spite their face. Nuclear is very green.

In a WES2022 Summit Talks facilitated by CNN news actor Bill Weir, WEF transhumanist Yuval Noah Harari made enlightening remarks concerning the goals and desires of the GGF cabal.

Harari at 4:20 explains that 2% of global GDP is a reasonable amount for his WEF sponsors to further extract from the economy to fight “climate change.” He warns that if you don’t agree right away, we’re all going to die a miserable collective death. He reminds the viewer, like any good high-pressure shyster salesman would, that there’s no time to think.

Interestingly, neither Harari nor Weir, get around to explaining:
* which administrative entity will receive that $2 trillion
* what exactly the entity is going to do with the money it collects to end climate change
* what accountability process will be in place to ensure the money actually goes to combating “climate change” (whatever that means)

OBSERVATION - Harari is a sociopath and a truly vile being. And believe me, if they can take charge, 2 trillion wouldn’t satisfy them.

World Bank President David Malpass was defiant to calls for his resignation after he declined to say whether he accepts the scientific consensus on climate change.
Environmental activists have accused Malpass of climate change denial and demanded he resign.
On Friday, the White House said it condemned Malpass’ comments.
“We expect the World Bank to be a global leader of climate ambition and mobilization,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters.
Jean-Pierre said the US Treasury Department “has and will continue to make that expectation clear to the World Bank leadership.” The Treasury Department “will hold Malpass accountable,’’ Jean-Pierre said, “and support the many staff working to fight climate change at the World Bank. But again, removal would require a majority of stakeholders.”
As per a longstanding tradition, Washington picks the head of the World Bank, while European governments choose the head of the International Monetary Fund.

OBSERVATION - Climate change is the new wuhan crisis and the inquisitions have only begun. In spite of the green rhetoric, man made climate change (formerly known as global warming) has not been proven over and above historic changes in climate. But it is a vehicle for power.

Bill Gate and his foundation posted on twitter earlier this month - “We are already halfway into “The Global Goals” era.

“Looking ahead to 2030—world leaders must not give up on ambitious goals and keep investing in innovations to solve these global challenges. “

What is this “era” - according to the GGR cabal, it In harkens back to 2015, when leaders from 193 countries agreed to the Sustainable Development Goals—the SDGs. These were objectives they wanted to achieve by 2030, everything from ending poverty to achieving gender equality.

OBSERVATION - There is a big storm coming folks and Gates, et al, do not have our best interests in mind.

Wuhan virus -

The UK Government institution known as the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has confirmed that England and Wales have recorded another record-breaking week of excess deaths against the five-year-average, bringing the total to just under 25,000 since the end of April 2022.

However, this number would be far higher if it were not for the fact that the ONS now include the deaths for 2021 in the five-year average. A year that also saw significant excess deaths week on week that could not be attributed to Covid-19.
With further ONS figures proving 1 in every 73 Covid-19 vaccinated people were dead by the end of May 2022, mortality rates per 100,000 are highest among the Covid-19 vaccinated in every single age group, and it takes approximately five months following vaccination for that elevated mortality rate to be realized, it appears Covid-19 vaccination may be to blame.

OBSERVATION - Though based on British data, similar trends are present in the US as well as the rest of the world. I’ve noted these trends for a while now, but his is just another brick in the building demonstrating the deadliness of the jab and the reluctance of health authorities to put a stop to it. /See GGR goals to keep the people cow towed.

Economy -

The Dow Jones Industrial Average hit a near two-year low on Friday, the first major U.S. stock index to fall below its June trough on an intraday basis and mark a new low for the year, following fears of an economic slump brought on by aggressive interest rate hikes.

Stocks and bonds sold off around the world Friday, as the Federal Reserve and other central banks move to raise interest rates and battle inflation.
Markets have been adjusting to the idea of higher interest rates at the same time recession warnings are rising.
“By basically endorsing the idea of a recession, [Fed Chairman Jerome] Powell set off the emotional phase of the bear market,” said one strategist.

Dow drops nearly 500 points to close at NEW LOW for 2022 on rising recession fears

Dow is down 18.57% in 2022

S&P 500 is down 22.51% in 2022

Nasdaq is down 30.53% in 2022

“I think it’s finally sinking in across all kinds of investors and bond traders and businesses — it’s finally sinking in that, yeah, this is not going to be a soft landing. ... We’re going to incur a little pain, and I think the real uncertainty now is for how long,” Victor Claar, an economics professor at Florida Gulf Coast University, told the Washington Examiner.
As Claar spoke on Friday, the markets continued to tumble. The Dow was down more than 600 points at midday. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq were both in the red by more than 2%, with the latter losing more than 12% of its total value in just the past month alone.
The concern among investors was also highlighted by the VIX, also known as the “fear index.” The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index is intended to gauge volatility in the markets. The index was up nearly 10% on Friday alone, a big leap. It is up 75% since the start of the year

Unemployment will soar to 5.6 percent by the end of next year, according to a revised forecast from Bank of America.
The bank raised its forecast for unemployment after the Federal Reserve officials indicated that they think the central bank’s interest rate target will approach five percent next year. The steeper path and higher peak for interest rates makes a “hard(er) landing” more likely, according to a research note from the U.S. economics team led by Michael Gapen. The bank had been forecasting a five percent unemployment rate for year-end 2023, so the new rate is nearly a 12 percent increase.

OBSERVATION - It looks like things are poised to unravel quickly. All the “gains” of the stockmarket when biden took command have been washed out. With the development of the bursting of the housing market and continued assaults on the petroleum / fossil fuel industry, there is little current evidence that 2023 will be a good year.

GGR goals are to have the global economies crash so that they can come to the stage as the global saviors and usher in their global place for world control - you will own nothing and be happy.

Biden / Harris watch -

President Biden shocked viewers of his Friday speech to teachers when he recognized an audience member and told the crowd, “She was 12, I was 30.” “You gotta say hi to me,” Biden said mid-speech at the National Education Association headquarters in DC. “We go back a long way. She was 12, I was 30. But anyway, this woman helped me get an awful lot done.”
The audience of teachers and union members laughed and cheered at the bawdy remark.

OBSERVATION - The more that let biden out into the pubic, the more he embarrasses himself and the country. Either he has some politically deaf advisors, or they are preparing a case to have him removed or at the very least, step aside from a 2024 run.

CW2/Domestic violence -

The U.S. Postal Service monitored protesters across the country, snooping on Americans focused on issues involving guns and President Biden’s election, according to records obtained by The Washington Times.
Postal inspectors tracked the actions of gun rights activists gathering in Richmond, Virginia; people preparing to demonstrate against police in Louisville, Kentucky, after an investigation into the police shooting of Breonna Taylor; and far-right groups headed to the District of Columbia after Mr. Biden’s election.
Cato Institute senior fellow Patrick Eddington obtained the heavily redacted records detailing the postal inspectors’ spying from September 2020 through April 2021, including through covert social media surveillance called the Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP).
The records provide a rare glimpse into the breadth and depth of the Postal Service’s surveillance apparatus, which Mr. Eddington said was capable of reaching into every home and business in the country.
“The Postal Service cannot reliably deliver mail to my own home, yet they can find the money and people to effectively digitally spy at scale, including on Americans engaged in First Amendment-protected activities,” Mr. Eddington said.

OBSERVATION - The USPS ‘intelligence’ division has been pointed out before as spying on US citizens. They are doing this because they can work around law prohibiting such surveillance by other agencies. What is not in the article is the fact that the USPS has a lot of guns and ammo to go along with an armed service. The weaponization of govt agencies that was begun under 0bama is now finding completion under biden. When (not if) things go sideways, there will be a lot of govt agencies literally gunning for Americans.

Dozens of FBI agents surrounded the home of Mark Houck, published pro-life activist, with weapons drawn. His crime, he reportedly shoved a pro-abortion activist who had confronted his 12-year-old son outside an abortion clinic last October. The alleged victim tried to sue Houck, but the case was thrown out of court.

In a press release, the U.S. attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said that Houck is being charged with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, more commonly referred to as the FACE Act. Houck was placed in shackles as agents had guns pointed at his face. His terrified children were reportedly watching from a staircase.

OBSERVATION - The corruption of the FBI/DoJ is complete and they are hooked on jack booted thuggery to scare opponents of the left. There is no reason for the display of force, there is no indications that Houck would be violent. The lefts infatuation with worshipping Moloch demands all bow.

POLITICAL FRONT -

House members will be allowed to vote remotely until after the midterm elections due to the ongoing “public health emergency,” reports The Hill. Pelosi on Friday extended proxy voting until Nov. 10, citing the coronavirus pandemic.

OBSERVATION - Reality is this permits democrats to spend the time campaigning instead of legislating. It has nothing to do with the disease, but everything to do with trying to retain power.

China -

Overnight, there have been widespread rumors that there was some kind of attempted coup against Xi. That’s all they are - rumors. There has been no verified evidence of claims - such as 6000 flights cancelled out of Bejing, military convoys, etc. By this morning these rumors have largely been put to rest.

North/South Korea -

RUMINT- N. Korean nuclear test possible during Harris’ visit to Japan, S. Korea: U.S. official

Reports of activity consistent with preparation for a SLBM launch in the Sinpo region are being note by SK.

OBSERVATION - NK has a history of doing something provocative and they have been relatively quiet for a while. A visit by VP Harris may just be an good opportunity for them to gain some of the spot light.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is starting their eighth month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

CURRENT ASSESSMENT - With the their defeat, Russian forces in Kharkiv Oblast, its ability to sustain its offensive to capture the Donbas region is in jeopardy. Ongoing mass mobilization has caused turmoil in Russia and the forced referendums in the occupied territories may be a harbinger of more expansive military actions by Russia.

********
Bad days continue for putin.

Observers are noting that the so called call up is more like a round up. Bars, school, job sites being emptied of men and being shipped off to processing centers. The Kremlin is thus committing unmotivated and potentially angry men to war with the task of regaining the initiative in an offensive war in a foreign land on a battlefield far from home.

In light of this, border crossings are still flooded with those attempting to get out of the county before they are collected in the dragnet. Finland has basically closed its border to all Russians, regardless of visa possessions.

RUMINT -
Two sources familiar with U.S. intelligence say that senior officers in Russia’s intel community are getting fed up with Putin. There are indications critics there want to replace him with a current intel official, and a person may have been chosen.

MORE - RUMINT that Russian forces in Kherson have requested permission to retreat east across the Dnipir, reportedly denied.

Logistics -
- The list of Iranian drones used by the Russian army keeps growing with the Ukrainian Air Command “South” reporting the downing of a Mohajer-6 UCAV in the South.

Russian Personnel Issues -
- “Russian authorities plan to conscript 1.2 million people for their ‘partial mobilization,’ Meduza has learned from a source close to one of the country’s federal ministries.” Up to 16,000 people from Moscow are also slated to be drafted. Anger rising that the mobilization is focusing on non-ethnic Russians over ethnic Russians.

- Appears the initial mobilized wave will receive 2 weeks of training.

Economic Impact -
- The effects of the call-up hit Russian markets hard last week and questions remain on longer term impacts.

Ukraine -

WEATHER FORECAST - Cool temperatures in the 60s and rain over the 10 day forecast period. Images on social media show soil conditions starting to revert to Ukrainian mud.

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
Heavy fighting continues around Lyman and around Bakhmut where Ukrainian forces have re-secured several new positions. Localized Russian offensives east of Bakhmut, around Soledar and towards northwest of Donetsk were all repelled yesterday.

Russia appears to be relying more on the Iranian drones for strikes against Ukranian cities. These drones, however, do not carry large warheads and have done minimal damage and are susceptible to ADA countermeasures.

Kyiv front ——
NSR

Northern (Chernihv region ) and North Eastern (Konotop - Sumy salient) Fronts ——
Sporatic Russian artillery fire along the border.

Eastern (Kharkiv) front ——
Continued consolidation and progress towards the east. Fighting heavy around the flanks of Lyman

Ukrainian forces continued to advance north and northwest of Lyman. Russian milbloggers reported that Ukrainian forces have driven into the rear of Russian positions in Lyman from the north, after reportedly breaking through Russian defenses around Karpivka and Ridkodub (about 22km northwest of Lyman).

Donetsk Oblast ——
More attacks against Bakhmut that were repulsed by Ukraine forces. Concentrated artillery in the vicinity of Bakhmut and north of Donetsk. Sporatic artillery strikes throughout the rest of the line of contact.
Ukraninan missile strike (probably HIMARS) was reported at Russian base in Alchevsk

Crimean front ———
Russian forces are continuing to use Iranian-made drones to strike Ukrainian forces and cities in southern Ukraine. Odesa City officials reported that Russian forces conducted a drone attack on an administrative building in Odesa on September 23, likely using a Shahed-136.

Ukrainian artillery hit the command posts of the Russians in the Genichesky and Kakhovskyi districts

Western / Central Ukraine ——
NSR

Russian Territory -—
NSR

Partisan Resistance ——
SBU special forces reportedly conducted a likely series of raids in an unspecified location of Zaporizhia Oblast and destroyed Russian equipment, ammunition stores, and positions over the last several days.

OUTLOOK ——
Expect more of the same with Ukraine pressing to retake Lyman. Russia likely will continue to flail itself on Bakhmut. Small gains by Ukraine on the Kherson front as it continues to deny Russian forces east of the Dnipir river fuel and munitions.

Eyes on the ensuing craziness of the Russian mobilization. It will be week/months before the first of these draftees reach the front and when they do, they will unlikely be totally unprepared for combat.
Eyes also on the ‘referendums’ being conducted in Russian occupied territories. The outcome is already known - 97% want to join Russia (sarcasm). How Russia chooses to use these scam results is the biggest concern. Russian hardliners continue to pitch for the use of nuclear weapons. Others say it would permit even larger mobilization.

.
Europe / NATO General -

NATO will ramp up its help for Kyiv in response to Russia’s “sham” referendums in occupied territories of Ukraine, the alliance’s Secretary-General, Jens Stoltenberg, said on Friday.

Iran -

Escalation in civil unrest and demonstrations across the country with protesters seizing some towns after security forces withdrew. Oshnavieh Provence on Iran’s northwestern border region is apparently under the control of protestors. Population ~42000.

Live rounds were used by govt forces to disperse demonstrators in other areas. Fatalities and casualties reported. Mobile network and widespread internet outages.

An Iranian official and state-affiliated media confirmed that an Artesh (National Army) Ground Forces officer died in clashes with protesters in Khorasan Razavi Province, corroborating social media reports that Iranian leadership had deployed the Artesh to crack down on demonstrations. The deployment of the Artesh Ground Forces similarly suggests that the regime views ongoing protests as a credible and serious threat to regime stability. The Artesh Ground Forces also participated in repressing the November 2019 gasoline protests.

OBSERVATION - The involvement of the Artesh - the common military - may be a blessing in disguise. In past uprisings, locally the Artesh supported the people against the IRGC. The growth of the protests have reached a point where to change the nation, they must transition from burning buildings to taking control o local govts and move towards their goal of the removal of the mullahs. Otherwise, the mullahs will weather the storm in their protected areas and let the fury burn itself out.

Ukraine has revoked credentials of the ambassador of Iran because of the use of Iranian kamikaze drones by Russians to attack Ukraine

Misc of Note -

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency for 24 counties in preparation for incoming Tropical Ian, over fears storm will become major hurricane.

OBSERVATION - The track of the storm looks to miss the oil production areas of the gulf. Good news for gasoline prices anyway. Now the hope is the storm will not cause significant damage to the state - an act that will strain already strained economic and disaster funds.

Black Swans -
Known as the Palos Verdes fault zone, the system runs deep beneath the Palos Verdes Peninsula. It previously was thought to be a segmented network of smaller faults, but a closer look by scientists at Harvard University suggests it’s a system of interconnected, closely spaced planar fractures stretching from the Santa Monica Bay to the waters off Dana Point.
The analysis determined the fault system, which runs beneath numerous neighborhoods as well as the ports of Long Beach and L.A., has a much larger surface area that could rupture in the same seismic event, making it capable of a far more powerful quake than was previously known.
Earlier estimates said the fault zone could generate up to a magnitude 7.4 earthquake, but the new study shows it could produce a quake as strong as 7.8.
The difference may be only a few decimal points, but an earthquake’s energy is measured exponentially. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a magnitude 7.8 quake produces quadruple the energy of a magnitude 7.4.

OBSERVATION - I’ve mentioned here the potential impacts of of natural disasters to this country. This study is just another example. But let’s plan the earthquake threat back into the context of the present situation of our country.
First there are several high risk zones - San Andreas Zone (which i would crudely lump the Palos Verdes under due to plate tectonic setting), the New Madrid in the east and the Cascadia in the northwest. If any of these zones unleashes an earthquake that it is capable, millions would be affected and the damage locally would impact the whole of the country eventually .

Let’s look just on this study. A 7.8 would destroy municipal infrastructure over a vast part of the LA basin, with millions impacted (computer models of seismic response to earthquakes in the LA basin show shock waves would bounce back and forth - making damage worse). Significant would be loss of water and power. Ground access would be affected due to road damages. Under the current situation - kaliforna would be hard pressed to respond and the federal govt would be ineffective given the current leadership. Rail and shipping would be affected, causing shortages across the nation and huge amounts of money would be required to initially respond as well as rebuild.

We cannot predict just who such a quake will occur in seismically dangerous area, we only know that is will happen one day. A major quake in the midst of our current economic and political chaos would impact us all one way or another.

Sorry for the lateness - OBE. Tomorrow will be late as well. No post for this coming Fri - Sun - on the road.

Wuhan virus -

Fewer than 2% of eligible Americans have elected to receive a new COVID booster shot, according to CDC data. While more than 4.4 million Americans have received a “bivalent” COVID booster shot, only 1.5% of people for whom the shot is available have actually gotten it since the CDC started recommending it several weeks ago. The latest COVID vaccine booster is designed with Omicron sub-variants BA.4 and BA.5 in mind.

OBSERVATION - With the more recent variants demonstrably far less lethal than the initial strain, the loss of credibility of the medical community over the protectiveness of the jabs and the rise in the knowledge/acknowledgement of the hazards of the jab may have a lot to do with this.

A Manhattan supreme court judge ruled on Friday that cops who were fired because of the city’s Covid vaccine mandate had to be reinstated.
According to the New York Post, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Lyle Frank said the city’s vaccine mandate was invalid “to the extent it has been used to impose a new condition of employment” for members of the Police Benevolent Association (PBA), the largest union to which NYC police belong. New York City’s Law Department said it would appeal the ruling and said, “It is at odds with every other court decision upholding the mandate as a condition of employment.”

OBSERVATION - Aftershocks to the tyrannical mandates still are echoing through the legal system. Renewed evidence that these mandates had little to do with the disease (See Pfizer CEO getting it a second time in spit of being fully jabbed and boosted - if your vaccine did what we were told it would do you wouldn’t have gotten Covid twice in 5 weeks) and more of power.

In a unanimous decision similar to the Navy’s in the spring, an Air National Guard administrative separation board voted to retain a service member who refused to comply with the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
On Wednesday, an Air National Guard administrative separation board voted 3-0 to retain Technical Sergeant (TSgt) Jacob Byers after finding he didn’t commit misconduct by refusing to follow an order to take the COVID vaccine. The Air National Guard administrative separation board determines whether to retain or separate a service member.
The board found that the vaccine order was unlawful for the same reason as did the Navy administrative separation board, namely that the mandate was for the experimental COVID vaccines approved under FDA emergency use authorization (EUA). The military has not made fully FDA-approved versions of the vaccines available to military members. The Coast Guard, however, has claimed that it has the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine, which is fully approved by the FDA.

OBSERVATION - Once again (repeating myself) this has been a deliberate effort to demoralize and attack our servicemen and women in the military.

Economy -

This has been the worst bond market decline since 1949 is set to disrupt the stock market, according to Bank of America. The bank said soaring interest rates will unwind the most crowded trades in the stock market, including long US tech. “Bond crash in recent weeks means highs in credit spreads, lows in stocks are not yet in,” BofA said.
Bonds are experiencing their worst decline since 1949 as interest rates soar amid a global central bank campaign to fight inflation. The US Aggregate Bond ETF is down 15% year-to-date, while global bonds are down even more.

OBSERVATION - The banking sector warning that this portion of the economy is in a tail spin as well.

China -

At least 154 Chinese scientists who worked on government-sponsored research at the U.S.’s foremost national security laboratory over the last two decades have been recruited to do scientific work in China — some of which helped advance military technology that threatens American national security — according to a new private intelligence report obtained by NBC News. Scientists were paid as much as $1 million through participation in Chinese government “talent programs,” which are designed to recruit Chinese scientists to return to China. In 2019, a bipartisan Senate report said China’s Thousand Talents Program and similar arrangements were a vector for China to exploit U.S. research.

OBSERVATION - A little slow on this particular item. it has been pretty well known for many, many years that China has been stealing our secrets and converting it for their use. Observers in this case have been shocked to the extent China has been successful. I guess that perhaps the FBI should look at real threats to the country such as this rather than making up ones to satisfy their political overlords.

North/South Korea -

According to South Korea’s Yonhap, the missile launch was a single short-range ballistic missile from Taechon, in North Korea’s northwest, at 6:53am. North Korea’s first ballistic missile test in nearly four months. Details on North Korean missile launch given by South Korean military, “Flew some 600km at apogee of around 60km and a top speed of around Mach 5” . It is reported that SK believes that it was a KN-23 (Iskander type-ballistic missile) - with the missile performed an evasive & “pull-up” maneuver.

Russia -
WAR WATCH - Russia is now into its eighth month of fighting since starting on Feb 24th.

Russia will regard Ukraine’s attempts to retake Donbass and other territories as attacks on its lands, if the referendums held there produce positive results, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. (Tass)

Russia’s military ‘call up’ has been plagued by chaos and confusion as men who are clearly disqualified by medical conditions are boxed up and shipped to processing centers. Miles long lines of traffic at border crossing continue and men try to flee the country. Protests continue across the country in opposition as well.
The anti-war group Vesna called on social media for new demonstrations across Russia on Saturday evening, after more than 1,300 protesters were arrested in 38 towns on Wednesday, according to the independent monitoring group OVD-Info.

NUKE WATCH - I’ve added this section because of the increased discussion around the news and interwebs about the potential use of nukes by Russia. There is a lot of ‘what if’ going on out there that deserves evaluating.

Some intelligence analysts note that Putin is unlikely going anywhere soon, and he certainly doesn’t have to really believe in the escalation to a tactical nuclear option as the right or useful strategic option in order to order it. More he just has to come to a realization that it could be his least bad option and may provide escapism from a fast declining Russia, both militarily and politically.

One check to putin’s use of nukes may well be China. However, Russia might also be deterred from using tactical nuclear weapons by another power - China.
“Russia is heavily dependent on Chinese support,” says Dr Heather Williams, nuclear expert at Kings College London. “But China has a ‘no first use’ nuclear doctrine. So if Putin did use them, it would be incredibly difficult for China to stand by him. “If he used them, he would probably lose China.”

RUMINT -
The Kremlin is discussing the possibility of introducing martial law, sources say, this will happen if Ukraine continues to attack the “annexed territories”. Source also says that a ban on the exit of conscripted men from Russia could be announced soon. Martial law may be declared as early as 27 to 30 September,

Logistics - - Since the start of the Ukraninan offensive in the east, Russia has been loosing aircraft at an incredible rate with reports that another Su-25 was downed yesterday along with two Su-30’s and an Su-34. Further drones and an Mi-8 helicopter were also reportedly downed.

Russian Personnel Issues - - With Russia’s resupply and logistics degrading so quickly the Russian Ministry of Defense have appointed Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev as a new Deputy Defense Minister specifically to overhaul logistics and resupply issues, replacing Army General Dmitry Bulgakov.

Ukraine -

WEATHER FORECAST - Cool temperatures in the 60s and rain over the 10 day forecast period. Images on social media show soil conditions starting to revert to Ukrainian mud.

The onset of autumnal weather, with rains making fields too muddy for tanks, is beginning to cloud Ukraine’s efforts to take back more Russian-held territory before winter freezes the battlefields, a Washington-based think tank said Sunday. Already, rainy weather is bringing muddy conditions that are starting to limit the mobility of tanks and other heavy weaponry, according to the Institute for the Study of War.

OBSERVATION - Ukraine has the home field advantage in knowledge of the terrain and how to work around. Russia doesn’t have that advantage and may end up road bound like they did at the start of the war in February.

RUMINT -

24 HOUR ROUND UP -
Heavy fighting continues east of Bakhmut, and in and around Lyman. Russia artillery levels are dramatically lower, focused mostly on the Bakhmut/Donetsk area as well as around Lyman. More Russian use of the Shahed-136 attack drones, mainly in the south against Odessa and other regions.

A significant action that I’m seeing is that the Ukrainian air force over the past week is flying about as many and in cases more sorties than the Russian AF. This week has also been particularly brutal for the Russians, losing a considerable number of jets and helicopters.

Kyiv front ——

Northern (Chernihv region ) and North Eastern (Konotop - Sumy salient) Fronts ——
Sporatic artillery fire along the border.

Eastern (Kharkiv) front ——
Heavy fighting continues east of Bakhmut, and in and around Lyman. Unconfirmed reports that t Ukraine has broken through Russian defenses north of Lyman and has cut off all but one of the escape routes of the Russian troops. Further unconfirmed reports that Russia has pulled its higher quality forces out of Lyman , leaving volunteer units in their place. Ukiraninan forces reportedly have made gains southeast of Lyman pressing northward.
Other Ukrainian offensives reportedly are pressing north of Izyum,

Missile strike (Probably HIMARS) reported at Russian base in Alchevsk

Donetsk Oblast ——
Russian shelling was intensive towards Bakhmut, north of Donetsk and towards Zaporizhzhia, but is mostly sporadic in other impacted regions. No gains on the ground by Russian forces.

Crimean front ———
Another Russian Shahed-136 strike on Odesa. Reports that the Ukraninan offensive is slowly gaining ground and that Russian forces are struggling with a lack of fuel and munitions.

Western / Central Ukraine ——

Russian Territory -—

Partisan Resistance ——
Explosion of a vehicle near city hall in Berdyansk.

OUTLOOK ——
Pretty much the same out looks as before. However, watch the fight around Lyman because if there can be another breakthrough by Ukraine here, it would once again expose the soft underbelly of the Russian rear areas.

Israel -

With the Jewish high holy days of Rosh Hashanna and Yom Kippur, approaching, Hamas vowed a “religious war” against Israel over what it called “violations against Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque”. The Islamist ire is over the rise in Jewish visits to Judaism’s holiest site.

OBSERVATION - Islamic/Palestinian “ire” is an annual event. This year unrest in the West Bank has been considerably higher than in the past as the more moderate Abbas is losing control and more radical factions exert themselves.

Iran -

Rioting continues throughout Iran. No large scale confrontations yet with between IRGC or militias and the protestors. That such connotations and escalations are not happening suggest that there is significant turnout that has those religious forces outnumbered.

Protests have also broken our at Iranian embassies around the world, the biggest at London and Paris.

Lebanon -

The report says U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned the Lebanese Prime Minister that even if Hezbollah conducts a “small show of force” against the gas drilling at Karish, they will not be able to restrain the Israeli response.

Misc of Note -

Tropical Storm Ian is about to undergo explosive intensification into a major hurricane in the western Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico, a danger to the Cayman Islands, western Cuba and Florida in the coming days. As Florida prepares for Ian, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has declared a state of emergency for all 67 counties. This will make more resources available for storm preparation and will also activate members of the Florida National Guard to be put on standby ahead of Ian’s arrival.

OBSERVATION - At least Floridians have a governor with a head on his shoulders. A possible Cat 3 or 4 is nothing to scoff at.
