All employees who have been vaccinated for COVID-19 please email or send me your CV19 vaccination card.
All companies will be required to maintain records of vaccination to determine who will be required to have weekly COVID-19 testing, so that we are in compliance with the law.
While we are not mandating that everyone has to be vaccinated, but in order for employees to remain employed you will have to be vaccinated or have weekly testing administered here onsite.
Employers are required to start getting in compliance by January 11, 2022 and should have everything in place by February 9, 2022.

I would never write and distribute such an e-mail without exactly specifying the given ordinances. The actual text of the relevant laws and/or ordinances should be cited verbatim.

Good idea... send it along with a page that lists out all the federal and state privacy codes that would be violated if that information wasn’t redacted.

Natural immunity???
There is no such thing.
You EARN immunity.
There is no law. It's an executive edict and currently going through the courts.

Send them a letter that they are responsible for any health issues with the fake vaccine, and they must sign and return it. Failure to do so will be considered my 2-week notice.
No law, no authority, but there will always be sheeple who will take their word for it and willingly comply.
I’ve heard/read that they’re impregnated with some compound to make them work and that the compound is thought to be a carcinogen but I have no idea how true it is. Wife has heard it and works at a nursing home and other FReepers have said it.

It’s funny. Everyone knows omicron hits the entire population, vaxxed and unvaxxed. Yet they still want to attack and humiliate the unvaccinated because it’s now a full-blown social prejudice. Having natural immunity is likely much much better protection than the vaccines, but they want to ignore that blatantly inconvenient fact because it would stifle their hate campaign

For what it's worth, common vernacular conflates "law" and "regulation" into "law." Companies generally comply with OSHA, with non-compliance resulting in fines that the companies pay -- law or no law (or not a law), companies submit to OSHA.
Plenty complain about the regulations too, not referring to the vax thing, but other regulations. Still, for the most part, companies just do what they are told and pass increase in cost to the customer. It's an example of "can't fight city hall." You can fight, but 99 times out of 100 the court will side with city hall.

Most states have religious exemptions for vaccines. It is against my religion to use vaccines developed using live birthed baby cells, and vaccines that could affect my DNA
